The employee in Clifton park! Btw never told me that their bennington store was closed down even though thats what this company has listed online. Nowhere does it say Clifton park. I just drove the complete wrong direction for something that could have been avoided by a simple heads up that they didnt have their online information in order. Now I dont have time to get my laptop up and running before work. Its a very important day for me too. Id give 0 stars if possible.

A+ service by the guys here. I had taken my Custom Build to Geek Squad where they told me I would need to get a whole new device, but after bringing it to computer answers Ray was able to diagnose it in less than an hour. They gave me a great deal on the repair, and a great warranty with the replacement part. All and all a great experience.

Im sure Computer Answers is great, but they currently have no store in Bennington. I called them first when I had a laptop emergency t his past weekend (July 13, 2019) and got a friendly voice on the phone willing to take on my emergency for an upfront free that would put it at the top of the work list. I was desperate and willing, so I got in my car and drove a half hour to Bennington, only to find a sign on the door explaining it was (for now) closed. Confused, I called back and was told that the person I had talked to was in Clifton Park, NY (or was it at the other store in Albany?). Apparently their phone system did not tell t hem where my call was coming from. I am grateful to them because they then recommended Epic Integrated computer repair, on the same street. Epic did not charge me a prioritization; they only charged for the work itself. They were amazing. A local store, doing local business, staffed by knowledgeable locals. Theres something to be said for that. But I cant get it out of my head that I drove all the way to Bennington in a crisis, desperate for help, and the place I called was not even there!

Would not suggest them to anyone. They are not honest and look for ways to manipulate to find ways to make more money off you. They took a damaged phone in for me and not only could they not fix it but they sold me another phone that was locked and wanted me to spend 50 more dollars on top of the 112. I had already spent. When I asked for my old iphone 6 back it didnt have the camera anymore?? They did return my money but I do no recommend them.
