The employees here are awesome, professional, and fast.They do a very thorough job and explain everything theyre doing and I appreciate that. Also honest and not recommending replacements of items that dont need replacing. I will definitely come here again for all of my oil changes!

They got started on my car right away. They showed me everything along the way. There was no pressure to purchase anything. I asked them to check the windshield wipers. They said they were ok but I insisted they change them out, which they did. The owner Kevin came in to introduce himself to me. Everyone was polite and professional and answered the questions I had for them. Highly recommend!

We were so happy with our oil change/fluid top-off service. Kevin and his employees were thorough, professional, and prompt. There was no attempt at up-selling, which is what we have usually been subjected to at other oil change facilities. We will definitely be bringing our other cars there!

Recently brought my new used car to Pro Lube for an oil change. When I mentioned the car had been sitting for a year before I bought it the guys went ahead and combed through the car. They showed me some areas that will need work in the future and pointed out how good the fluids look. They were so thorough and friendly. One of the technicians has the same car and gave me some helpful hints. They are all SO nice and explain things in an easy to understand way. Never try to up sell me or anything. These guys definitely have my business for life. Thank you all so much!

This place has sure gone down hill since it was a jiffy lube.Prices have gone through the roof, they charge almost 2x what they quote you, and on top of that they are slow.Simple oil change and filter replacement, $75 anywhere else and thats top dollar stuff.Meanwhile at this place it was $140 for an oil change and a filter swap, after they originally quoted $75, and they dont tell you your total until you get your receipt after they charge you.All in all, I would not go back even if you paid me to.

Wow. Just wow. These guys are so friendly, professional, and genuine. Some places you go, the customer service feels forced, like they “have to” be nice to customers, but both guys that helped me out with my oil change today were great. This is my second time coming here, and they’ve reaffirmed that this will be the only place I ever go to for oil changes. Thanks guys for being so awesome!

Every time I go here it’s exceptional service. Last time my oil pan plug had been leaking. They filled me up with oil didn’t charge me and said drive immediately to your service provider.The manager even checked on me later in the day to see that I made it safely.

An absolutely phenomenal group of guys work here. As others have said, they are always genuinely happy to help. They have gone above and beyond each time I have visited, even going as far as to run by AutoZone to pick up a part I was missing on a coolant checkup. Be sure to make them your go-to.

The owner made an act of kindness on Facebook “pay it forward” group, and gave this lady a FREE oil change who needed it. Since seeing that, I’ve been coming to them for an oil change. Super friendly, and very efficient visit to get my oil changed and wipers replaced. They gave very honest feedback regarding recommendations for what needed replacing and what didnt, and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need, unlike other instant oil change companies Ive been to. I will for sure get my oil changed here every time. Also, they gave my pup a treat so instant win there.

I dont know how I can thank you enough at pro lube you guys are amazing for doing my oil change. I wasnt sure how I was going to do it but you guys came through and had me come in and blessed me! I chose this business through a google search mainly due to the fact that Kevin is former USN as am I. Since I travel as a photographer in my RV my vehicle was in need of a simple Oil change. The young lady showed me the actual oil samples on a white board of my transfer case, differential, oil before the change, transmission fluid and more. This is a service that I have never seen before in all my years. Kevin and I exchanged a few stories of our USN days which left me with a great feeling. I will be back for transfer case and differential service before I leave for the open road again. There was no pressure to purchase extra products or service. The best customer service I have ever had for basic auto service. Kevin, Rudy and the entire staff are courteous and friendly.They did a thorough exam of my car, topped the windshield, wash, vacuumed the floor and had me on my way in under 15 minutes.They have my future business.

For the past 25 years I’ve taken my Ford vehicles to Robberson Ford for service. Following a week of trying to contact them to schedule an appointment, with no returned phone calls, and an ignored internet appointment request, I decided to give ProLube a try. I called ProLube, they answered the phone within 5 rings, and said they could get me through in about twenty minutes. They were very professional and courteous, did the job in 20 minutes, explained the inspection results, and I was on my way. ProLube is my new go-to for service for my Ford F-150.
