Packed, short staffed. Nothing was their fault. Prices on parts pretty high.Employees were great and fast.

They are usually pretty quick here and seem to do a thorough job. They are generally polite too.

Had to do the service for the hubby. It was my first experience here, and I can say it was pretty good. First of, the staff there are so nice (I parked in the exact wrong spot at first and wasnt even admonished... He just moved the truck after he got my info and the keys... Thank you for that). The waiting room is clean and well organized for the social distancing that is unfortunately still necessary. They were quick and thorough and I was out the door in no time.

Great team with a focus on service and providing great customer service with a smile. Worth the wait especially for the good care they do. If there isn’t something they can’t help you with they’ll make sure to head you in the right direction!

I have used the Quick Lane several times in the past with good results but this last time was a let down. I choose Quick Lane since I like to think the services would not be in question. I live down a long gravel road and I know my air filter needs replacing on a regular basis. This last oil change, the form given to me afterwards showed it was checked. There were a few smudges around the air filter housing but if the filter was actually pulled out and looked at there would be more evidence of inspection since my car is dirty under the hood. So I pulled the air filter and it was dirty, to the point of some dirt and dust falling out. My bad on that for waiting so long but I mainly only drive the car in the winter. The oil was clean but I looked underneath and the oil filter was very dirty on the outside. Maybe the new filter had been put on with a dirty rag, but I dont know for sure but I am not confident it got changed. I will now drain the oil and buy and install a new oil filter along with an air filter. I am an easier guy than most so I will just let this pass since I Iive out by Sisters and will just treat this as a lesson learned. Quick Lane did check an error code which I appreciated. I never had an issue with Quick Lane over the many years but I will again start doing my own maintenance or go to the generic oil change places at a cheaper rate. I never had an issue with my other cars at those quick oil change places and they did check my air filters. I just felt like my Ford car would be better served at Quick Lane by the Ford dealer. This was my experience.

I had an little bit of an emergency. My fuel filter (which should have been changed at my previous service) was clogged and spewing fuel all over the engine bay and bottom of my truck. I went to Robberson quick lane in Bend (who does my regular LOF service), and they were spot on in diagnosing and fixing the issue right away (the young man (I forget his name) actually did the service in the parking lot in front of the store because there were no open bays). They were dynamite and I will always have my trucks serviced there. Thank you for always doing what is right by your loyal customers!

I have a 20 year old F150 pickup that has 20 rims. I needed winter tires and wheels but wanted a smaller rim and tire size. Alan stuck with it until he found what worked. Because its an old truck, some electrical issues were beginning to surface. Alan tested the altinator and found it was weak but not an emergency to replace right now. He was amazing. I called and made appt. for my Ford Fusion and they brought my car to the quick lane building behind the dealership. Staff was friendly. I typically do the cabin air filter myself, but this time decided to just have them replace it. Well 6 months later Im installing a new filter and find all kinds of loose and missing bolts. Its 4 bolts to remove for the glove box ( one was loose and the other had fallen out) then the filter cover is missing a screw. On top of that the air bag cover underneath is missing a screw as well another is loose, and that isnt even part of the process. Makes me nervous about what kind of work they did around the engine.

I will only take my car to Robberson Quick Lane. Very professional and the best price in town. I love the new remodel of the waiting area.
