I stopped taking my Lexus here some time back, I believe it was somewhere between a leaky radiator that somehow passed a pressure test to a multipoint inspection that failed to notice, and or clear a check engine code. However, my mom still takes her car there for oil changes (its convenient for her) well after a filter check last week she calls me today to tell me her glovebox wont close, it seems the tech failed to reassemble the cabin filter correctly which dislodged the glove box door, upon correct information this techs error I noticed the filter wasnt changed because we did it last time. Im really not a fan of this level of skill or lack of pride in work. Your better off dealing with a more reputable local shop.
Friendly people and help when you need them happy motoring
I wish we hadnt dropped thousands on the maintenance plan because it means were stuck here. Your best option is to drop off your vehicle the night before for service and go in person if youre trying to purchase anything like new tires because you may not get a call back. Costco offers great rates on tires so thats where we went even though weve got the Toyota card with no interest.
Jordan Hughes was great to work with. I appreciate he was patient with my hesitations and inquires. I drove back and forth from Eugene to Bend to test drive and purchase and it was worth it. I love my Toyota Matrix.
Travis is great, excellent service, understanding. High prices, however.
