Very fast place for an oil change, friendly service, and good price. No appointment needed. They can also accommodate RVs which is the reason I initially went there. I will bring other car there too, thanks!

Great service for a great price. Took my jeep in for a oil change. Changed the oil, lubed my grease fittings, checked the trans fluid, the front/rear diffs and transfer case fluid as well. Then to top it off they vacuumed all the central Oregon dust out of it as well. All for $51 total. Not going to get that service/price at a dealership. Oh and they washed the windshield as well.

We are on a 7000+ mile RV trip. We needed an oil change that could accommodate our 32 ft RV. We had a hard time finding a company that could do it... Lightning lube was able to get us in with no wait, and had it done in 20 minutes while we waited in the RV. it was awesome, just had to post a strong positive review after our experience.

The first time I went there I was with a family member of one of the employees so everything went well Even got a little bit of a discount This time I only had a certain amount of time between my work shifts and I called to see what kind of time frame they got going on at the moment and the only thing he was willing to say is maam Its first come first serve okay well Im on a time frame again maammaam again maam first come first serve I let him know Im a block away do you have someone in the garage right now maam first come first serve okay Ill go somewhere else The one by quick way was very polite and Im almost there

The oil change attendant was awesome. Great kid. He was efficient, honest and very friendly. The greeter was rude and very unwelcoming. I was very glad that I only had to deal with him on entry.

Arrived ten minutes before the shop opened.One taller gentleman came out to tell me repeatedly that they will open in ten minutes and also aggressively told me to move over to one lane like I was blocking two lanes to the business.I understand they had not opened yet and that’s why I was waiting 🤦🏽‍♂️

I am truly impressed with everything, especially with the customer service, on the phone, and when I arrived, Casey, Casey, Casey!!! He made me feel great, he has the customer service 👍 of a true human being, I have started this review without even being finished in my service,ci would drive from Klamath falls to receive this again, I have been swept off my feet by this great service and Casey. The guys working must not know a single thing about cars. They deflated my tires to 30 PSI, didnt top off any fluids except windshield washer and put 5W30 oil in my car (needed coolant and transmission fluid topped off).I would only take my car here as a last resort and be very specific with the people working with exactly what you want (even then though I had to tell them NOT to clean out the car 4 times....)Its getting into summer, hot days, old cars should run 10W30, tires should be inflated to 35 PSI at least (generally Anyway).First and the last time I will be taking my car to this place.

Only oil change open on Sunday! I was very happy with the oil change and the car wash included! The car wash was especially well done. My came and covered with bug guts—they got them all off, even took out my mats and washed them and vacuumed. They asked numerous times if everything was OK. I pointed out a greasy smear on the windshield and they took care of it. I think this is my new favorite car wash! I used to go to empire but they suck compared to the attention and friendliness of this place!

These guys saved me this evening. I arrived at 5:40 pm, after my unavailable mechanic told me I was in need of a power steering flush, maybe more. Power steering had been leaking so I put non-Honda fluid in the car - don’t do that. While flushing the fluid, they found the leak and replaced a broken hose clamp. They flushed my system and cleaned up the big mess of fluid all over my motor. They did this all before they closed at 6 pm and they did it with smiles on their faces. The hose clamp could have popped off at any minute, maybe even on my 30 mile drive home, so they really did save me! I am forever grateful!
