He also kindly helped me increase the heat to my shower, which has made my mornings MUCH nicer this winter. Very professional and reasonably priced. Totally recommend!

My water heater inconveniently sprung a leak and after trying several plumbers, hoping someone could walk me through how to stop the leak and prevent electrical damage....Pilot Butte ANSWERED! Norm has helped me out on a few occasions and he is a very knowledgeable, punctual, and stand up guy.Our water heater went out and he went out of his way to fix it for us the same day. He was able to get the job done fast and saved us the cost of having to replace the entire heater. Norman and team are awesome. They are very responsive, keep you up to date on arrival time. Fixed a leaky faucet, got some other items working. They are knowledgeable, affordable and arent so backed up you have to wait 2 months to get help. We will be using them for anything plumbing related going forward.
