We had Linnius Construction do a remodel of our kitchen and the main bathroom of our 1995 Goldenwest manufactured home. Although COVID caused some delays due to materials not being readily available, the remodel went smoothly. These guys came in and did the job, stuck to the budget and were very patient with all of my concerns and questions. The results are absolutely phenomenal! The cabinets from North Cabinet Company are stunning (this was the company that Linnius Construction suggested for new custom cabinets). If you are considering a remodel, give them a call. He stopped by first thing the next morning to assess the problem and explained in laymans terms the repairs he was going to complete to solve the problem. He kept me abreast of his progress and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Grant was always professional and his results were top notch. I highly recommend Linnius Construction.
