Ian went above & beyond. I suspected my turbo went out on the way in from Bellingham. He quickly diagnosed my mishap, kept me updated on all details, & got me back on the road sooner than I expected. Even willing to work on a Saturday to get me back for my daughter’s 4th bday the following day. Excellent service.

Finally I found a mechanic I can trust. They have done maintenance and repairs for me for 3 years and found things to fix that have saved me hundreds of dollars. I wont go anywhere else!

Seemed to be very knowledgeable, was absolutely helpful and kind when asked for a quote to replace a turbo on my WRX. BUT.... I still cant understand why his quote was almost double what the subaguru quoted me at.. $3,000 just to replace the turbo, subaguru told me $1,800. If it wasnt for that difference, I would have rated 5 Stars for sure. *****

Just had my first experience with Pat and could not be happier! He diagnosed and fixed my ‘78 Subaru, going above and beyond. He treated me (and my wallet) very kindly. I drove around this evening with a big ol’ grin on my face.

These guys are great! We were vacationing in Bend when we discovered that our Subaru had a bad oil leak. They looked at it first thing Monday morning and told us it was just a loose bolt. They tightened it, put in more oil and that solved the problem. We would have believed them if they had told us it was a blown head gasket! Very honest guys.
