Excellent customer service. I only needed 25 pieces of sod. Not only did they have it ready for me same day, they discounted it for me.

A one-star rating is generous. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Their associate/representative, Ashley, stated that she would call to confirm the delivery date/time; then never did. The delivery driver called while on his way to deliver to a location when no one would be available to receive it. I requested an alternate delivery date/time since one was never provided. Upon calling King Ranch back to confirm, the same representative, Ashley, answered the phone again. Ashley stated that my order was cancelled and I would have to re-order and go back on the waiting list. I asked if the manager was available to speak with, and was told “He just walked out, you’ll have to talk with me about this.” So I asked for his name and that I could try and reach him later. Ashley said “I’m the only one available,” and hung up. I called back again and Ashley answered the business telephone line by saying “I told you that the manager isn’t here!” I asked for the managers name again, and Ashley responded by literally yelling through the phone, “I don’t care if you do talk to him about me!!” Then hung up on me again. Truly, the worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

I had read the reviews and I chose not to believe them but I ordered a few pallets . I ended up being very disappointed with the grass that I bought, the grass is in bad shape and has several weed. I at least have about 20 pieces that are just completely weed. Don’t waste your money buying grass from this place. The advertising about fresh grass is not true, the grass is really dry. I wish I could put a picture.

My husband went to an interview here and as soon as he seen my husband had tattoos you could tell he wasnt going to hire him.

Over charged me by $180 then replace 3 pallets of grass with dead dyed grass. After watering the dye washed off and grass is completely dead. Wont do business here again.
