Horrible place to take your car. I recommend avoiding this place and go somewhere else they have you leave the lot with more problems to your car than when you take it in.

Took my car in for a broken door handle drove it back home and check engine light pops on and my transmission starts leaking oil. Horrible place to go I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. If I could give yall zero stars I would.

Tim, Jason & the gang are the best mechanics around the area!!! Ive been taking my early to late model domestic & foreign model vehicles to these guys for almost 20 years now for 1 reason - they are honest. They will explain whats wrong, ask me what I want to do which sometimes means I choose to fix it myself (theyll even tell me how if I need help), or let me bring in parts if I already started a job and got in over my head! Listen, the most difficult thing to find is a car shop you can trust, these guys will not let you down & work with you in whatever way you need. As cheap a shop rate as youll find in this area for the kind of vast knowledge they have under their own hoods!

Got both my headlights fixed here, service was quick. I also get my oil changes done here. I like to pet the cat while I wait.

Just went in for some answers to some automotive question I had. The owner met with me and took the time to answer my questions. He seemed completely and confidently willing to treat me as a customer needing his help. I will return when I have the need with automobile repairs.

Ive lived all over the USA (and other parts of the world too) and let me tell you something Jacks in Belton is the ONLY place I take my car to because they are HONEST. Let me state this clearly, they are HONEST. They could have taken advantage of me (Im the guy with the black honda and this is not my real name of course) I do NOT work for Jacks I never have, never will (because I am not a mechanic at all) I have no relatives working there, I never had relatives nor friends who have worked there. I do not get paid by anyone to say anything. Did I mention they are HONEST? Also Daniel is very friendly and was very courteous yet very very professional. I know everyone has opinions but I was just there today and this was my experience today. I think I forgot to mention about how HONEST they are.

They messed up my vehicle and then refused to take responsibility for thier mistake and tried to get me to pay more money so know because of thier mistake i am without a vehicle

Best place you can go to get alignment hands down 👏 my car was so out of alignment most places would need an extra part. But jacks was able to perfectly align my car without an extra part 10/10 would reccomend.

Had $1600 in work done, one thing that needed done was to replace the rear pinion seal, they cut the first one so it still leaked, I brought truck back about 4 times in a month because of their mess ups. When I brought it back to have them fix their mistake, they tightened the bolt in the rear way way too tight causing it to heat the bearings inside my rear end and break the whole rear end! I ended up taking it to a shop in grandview, because Jacks said, well now you need your rear end replaced (even though it was their fault it broke) I will NEVER reccoment Jacks to anyone! I had to spend another $1632 to have my rear end rebuilt! Also they screwed up when replacing a blown out spark plugs and had to have all redone at the other shop as well.

Daniel will take care of you without all the BS. No upcharges, just a straight shooter.

I do alot of my own repairs. But when I cant find a solution I go to them. The first time I went I had a bolt in my tire and I was out of plugs and was going to be late for work. I brought my tire in and one of the guys stopped on another car and in 4 minutes I was walking out with a plugged tire( tire was off car already)!!!! Thats faster than I can find the hole, clean it, plug it, and pull air hose out to reinflate. I just wish they owned a body shop too....

Went there for inspection. Told me several hundred dollars to fix something that was just replaced.
