Excellent service for helping me with sending my Chinese passport for renewal with the Chinese embassy in SF. Very knowledgeable about preparing the return envelope, including using stamps on the return envelope so I can prepay the envelope and make sure it won’t expire after 3 weeks when the embassy uses it to send back my passport.

This is not the first time. I’m at home, actually, the whole family is at home. We were waiting the package to arrive all the time. And we received a notice that indicated “no authorized recipient available”. Excuse me?! it’s pandemic, we wfh 9:00-6:00. We have everybody here can sign it! And a notice left in the mailbox without ringing or knocking the door. I just don’t understand. What you need to do is just take few more steps to ring the bell or knock the door. And mailbox?! Seriously? Mailbox indeed can not give a signature.

I need someone to yell at, my package keeps being put out on delivery but never arrives and the lady inside tells me when that happens the first time its supposed to stay at the building. Nobody seems to know who I can contact about my package and I know its not their fault but I need someone to chew out about the complete lack of communication between employees and whereabouts of my package.

I live and work in the neighborhood very close to the post office always get great service when I go there.

Sometimes parking can be a bit scarce, but the experience in the store is fairly standard. Professional staff, efficient service.

I have been trying to call them since this morning. Noone picks up the phone call. You tell me what kind of a service is that ...However, when I go to the post office physically, they always help their customers well. So Good in that sense, but today I really needed to talk to some one and its not cool that they cannot even pick up a call. Its my fourth attempt. I cannot even leave a message. Hence Poor-Fair

Never knew that usps could give me much better experience than Fedex! Need to mail something and purchase a prepaid return envelope, it takes me less than five minutes, so easy!
