This facility is absolutely worthless, no one picks up the phone to schedule a delivery.For 4 hours I have been trying to get through to the belmont nh location and all 20 employees that I have spoken to have refused to do anything to help other then transfer me to someone else.
Paid extra for priority delivery and due to truck arriving 20 minutes late the delivery truck left without my load...my perishable product will now sit in a trailer over the weekend for possible delivery on Monday...no options...just lots of excuses...12 trailers in yard, perishable plants, products on dry ice.... feel free to make a claim Lets all help them during this troublesome time and ship our freight with somebody else...XPO, ADuie Pyle, UPS
I scheduled a delivery for a Tuesday between the hours of 9am - 5pm. Found out on the day of the supposed delivery that they changed my delivery to a Thursday between 2:30-7pm without telling me.Ive tried over and over to call the local branch to find out what happened and to get my shipment during a time that works for me and they never pick up and I am transferred to the general FedEx customer service line.Terrible service.
Requested a call back 3 times, never heard back.

While I wasnt prepared, I was able to drop off a shipment that was being psid for by the recipient. It took a while but Casie helped get it done! Thanks FedEx and thanks Casie!
Our order was broken twice, took over a month to get from CA to NH, and every person that has been spoken to about this could care less. I would recommend using any other carrier than this one.
