Being new to the neighborhood I went here for an inspection for my car. I dont typically drive this specific car a lot. A few days after the inspection I went to go drive on the highway and my hood flipped open. I was going about 45 mph. It seemed apparent that the hood was left open by the mechanic. I went to Performance Auto Care the next day to let them know what happened and to see if there was anything they could do. Although the mechanic was professional, he quickly denied leaving the hood unlatched. From my perspective there wasnt really any other way that this could have happened as this was the first time i drove the car (driveway kept) since the inspection earlier that week. I would not trust this shop again to do any work on my carThe damage to the bumper stated by owner happened months before it was taken to this shop.

My Lexus SC 430 had all the check engine and abs lights on the dashboard and they were able to take care of all of them without changing me an arm and a leg. Good honest mechanics are always worth their weight in car parts. Im glad I found this shop.
