We love Dr. Jack’s. The staff is accommodating, helpful and diligent. I feel the prices are very reasonable and I’ve always been satisfied with their work. Very thankful they are in the neighborhood!

The staff is very courteous and caring. They do an amazing job! Everytime i need service I use themI had an emergency that needed to be done and BOOM no problem took me in and fixed with a smile.You wont be disappointed if youre in need of a mechanic these honest trustworthy folks are for you! I’ve been using Dr. Jack’s for a long time now and recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic. I have always found them fair and personable. I started using them when a mechanic in the area said it was $600 to fix a problem. I took my car to Dr. Jack’s for a second opinion, and they said it was a $3 part and fixed it for under $5. I’ve never stopped going after that.

Dropped off the car at 10am for an oil change and an inspection at the Grand Ave locale right next to the Bellmore firehouse. Went to Mediterranean Diner right down the block for delicious breakfast while we waited. Rich texted at 11:02 that the car was ready. Quick and reasonably priced.

I went to Dr. Jacks based on the awesome reviews given from many customers. I was tired of getting fooled by other mechanic shops and their dishonesty, So I called one day and spoke to Richie. I was explaining to Richie the bad experience I had with a shop on my VW and how this guy botched up a clock-spring I needed replaced. Richie knew exactly what I needed and was honest enough to tell me to bring it back to the original mechanic, get my money back and he will help me after that. Im so happy I decided to call Dr. Jacks. There are not many mechanic shops who are honest with customers these days, labor rates are not over the top and you cant get better than that!

I have been to this shop and this shop only for the last 2 years. I am always greeted in a friendly, professional manner. The diagnosis of any issues are explained in simple laymans terms. The prices are extremely fair. The waiting room is always neat and repairs or maintenance visits take a whole lot less time than other places Ive gone.

We have been using Dr. Jacks for all of our family cars and could not be happier with the service. Very honest and fair prices are two of the driving factors. Have never been disappointed with their service. Highly recommend!

Its hard to find a mechanic you can trust but this place is always straight up about the price and they explain everything in a way that can be understood by the customer. I have used a local repair shop for years out of convenience.I am always terrified when its time to get the bill.With all thats going on with covid-19,the place i normally used was closed. I remembered using Dr.Jacks a few years ago, and gave them a call. They took the car same day, and had it finished 24 hours later.
