Zero customer service. Issues are not being resolved. They cut off my service and won’t respond to my emails. Be aware of the 5 year contract and the fine print. You are paying per pick up NOT per month and as a new business 3 years ago they talked me into a twice a month pick up that had literally 10 papers in in each pick up. No bill for the first 3 months meant hundreds of wasted dollars that could have been easily resolved. Stay away.

Office has been closed since 2019...find another company that shreds paper and doesnt have a massive data breach.....secure?...ha!
