This company bought out the old Seattle company called DataSite a couple of years ago. Access is awful to work with. Immediately after they took over, they attempted to force us to buy services through them without negotiation -- a consumer act violation. Im a lawyer and was eventually able to connect with their corporate attorney who agreed and reversed the bogus charges.We cannot call and ask for files. We are forced to use their software request system -- which is not user friendly. They perpetually come up with new fees to increase our rates. No new service is provided, but they fracture their existing services and then label it with a new price.Despite paying monthly invoices regularly, I received an email without documentation to support it, demanding I pay sums from nearly a year ago. The email was written with text abbreviations rather than whole words.This company is seriously lacking in professionalism and has highly motivated me to move on.
