Being new to the area we researched floor remodel companies and Fairhaven Flooring came highly recommended. The existing floors in our new house were in poor shape, lots of scratches, miss-matched flooring, etc. Fairhaven did an excellent job matching the existing flooring in the den, sanding down and refinishing all the other hardwood floors throughout the house, removing the dated yellow color and giving the house a fresh new look. We are very happy with the service, cost, and timeframe during which the job was completed, and would definitely recommend this company for your flooring needs.

Had them redo my floors after a horrible experience with Robbins Hardwood left my floor in shambles. They worked very hard removing a badly applied top coat that gunked up their sanders and the finished product is night and day difference! My floors look amazing and they were super knowledgeable about their trade. I cannot recommend them enough!

If you’re looking to install or repair wood floors, I’d definitely recommend Fairhaven Floors.My situation was tricky. The initial bid was to remove the carpet and refinish the original wood floors while also installing new wood floors in the remaining living areas. Once they started the work, though, we found that the original floors had issues and there were several necessary support beams missing, all while I was coordinating a move from Seattle and trying to be out of storage and into the house by the end of May.Mike and his team bent over backwards to accommodate me - they fit me in around other jobs, worked on weekends, helped find someone to fix the beams on very short notice and met the original schedule - all at an affordable price. They were professional, did an excellent job of communicating where we were in the process and the floors are beautiful.

We have more than 500 sf LVP installed by Fairheaven Floors for our master bedroom, master bathroom and walk in closet last week. They did a very professional job. We are very happy with the result. They had two people worked on the project for three days. They took their time to do the job right. If you live in Bellingham area, and need similar work done, call them first. We are very happy we found them. Mike always responded our calls and e-mail in a timely manner. He did measurements very accurately, we only have half box material left. He offered us his professional suggestions which we are greatedly benefitted. If we have more hardwood or LVP floor job, they will be the first one we will call. It is not easy to find such a reliable company nowadays.
