Worst place to get your haircut!!!!! These people dont know how to cut hair. Ive never had such s bad haircut in my life!!! My grandma whos blind can cut better hair than them.

You can make an appointment and check in online. I felt bad for the guy that checked in expecting to get his hair cut on time. But we walked in (which is cool) and she got us in right on the spot. But then he showed up and....well now hes late. Decent cut but youre much better off going to Wallys down town. Theyre always packed but youll get a cut with the 25 bucks youll spend at this joint. Its good theyre open late but the cost vs. value isnt there....and they expect a tip!

Honestly worst hair cut Ive ever gotten. So sad and disappointed that I went here. Lady named Michelle did my undercut, telling me she could do designs in hair and was confident she knew what the hell she was doing. The picture shows the horribly embarrassing design she gave me. I ended up stuck with being half bald after I told her she did so bad that I wanted it all just shaved off. Ill be wearing my hair down for months growing this back out. After I had her shave it all off she told me shed be going to the craft store to get stensals to shave designs and that I should come back and shell do more designs for me for free. Still charged me $10 after everything. I will NEVER be going back.

Horrible experience. I showed the stylist (Lisa) a picture of me, with a previous haircut I liked. She wouldnt really look at my photos and found something on pinterest. I agreed because it was similar to the hairstyle I wanted. When she asked me what size sheers she should use around the sides and back I suggested an 8. She said, that is really long, how about a 4. It was like a negotiation. I went with a 6 (even tho she obviously went shorter than that) and it ended up being a blunt bowl cut with lamp chops for side burns. It resembled Kim Jong-un. It was terrible. One side was about a centimeter long towards to temple point while the other side was two to three inches long. I ended up going back the next day, getting a refund and as a result of this I had to cut my hair short like a man. I am so upset. It will take me months to grow it our long enough to do anything that makes sense. I will never go back to Super Cuts!

I will never return to this place again. They are NOT kid friendly. I took my son in there once and the lady cutting his hair scolded him for moving. It was his first hair cut and she ruined it for him. Not too mention Ive been in there a couple times after that and got denied service twice because they had a group coming in at 3:30, I was there around 2:45 and there wasnt a customer in sight at the the time.

It had been more than 6 months since my last haircut. The staff took their time, listened to us, worked with us, and recommended products that would benefit us.
