My car is cleaner and looks shinier than the day I bought it! They did an amazing job getting out the scratch where my niece used a rock to write her name on my car! Would recommend Final Touch a thousand times over. Thank you Ari and your amazing staff!

I had such high hopes for Final Touch after I saw how great of a job they did with my parents car. I got two things done: Window Tinting and an Interior Detailing. They did a great job on the Window Tinting (which is what they also did on my parents car). However, I am still so disappointed on the Interior Detailing. The biggest reason I wanted the Interior Detailing was because of water spots on the seats as well as hard to reach carpeted areas that were dirty. I asked if they would be able to do these things and they reassured me they would be able to. I got my car back and it looked no different from before. I let them know I wasnt too happy with the job and so they told me to take it back and that they would make sure to do a better job. I pointed out all the areas I was unhappy with. Got it back once again and still...nothing. I had never had one of my cars Interior Detailed before so I was so stoked to get this done but now I know what to expect. Very disappointed. I feel like you should be able to see results and I didnt.

I cant say enough how amazing these guys are! Ari was able to sneak my new car in for the full lifetime warranty paint protection. They are super busy, but he managed to get my new car in right away so I didnt have to drive around for a few weeks without it. They were quick, professional, and it looks fantastic! The price was very reasonable. I live in the San Juan Islands, and I will definitely still be bringing my vehicle up to these guys whenever I need my car taken care of. Hats off to the entire crew!

Just had the inside of my car detailed, and I cannot express how happy I am with the service. My Subaru was a wreck after a few years of dog hair (we have 3) and hard outdoor adventure use. Dropped it off over the weekend for my convenience while out of town, was able to pay over the phone and then pick it up with extra keys, after asking they lock the spare inside. I was shocked when I got in it the next day! It looks literally brand new, and the best part is the lack of any odors of cleaners. Absolutely worth the expense, and Ill likely be getting the car detailed more regularly, now that I know how clean it can be!

Overall a good experience getting an interior detail in my wagon. They were able to get 98% of the mothball smell out of my old craigslist car, I dont know if Id call it a $200 detail but it got the job done nonetheless. The carpet was cleaned very well, although they werent able to get many of the stains out. The staff was very polite and didnt try to upsell me, which I appreciate.

I got my car windows tinted here and they did a really great job. I didnt have to wait very long to get in and they did the job in less than a day. They also had the best prices in town. I definitely recommend them.

Recently had my car detailed and on first inspection it looked pretty good but before I left I noticed they missed some green spots around the roof of my car so I asked them to touch it up before I left. A few days later I noticed they failed to remove the wax from my passenger side taillight as well as a small spot on my passenger side front fender. These guys seem to know what they are doing and Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were probably just in a hurry. Will update after next detailing.

What a great job, My car which friends referred to as a dog mobile showed the effects of hauling dogs around and smelled like it. After they did their magic my car was like new again. I appreciate the work done and the value . Dont buy a new car get it detailed at Final Touch. Thank you.

Got the gold package on my car. The person who assisted me was very helpful and professional. They did an excellent job following Covid safety precautions. They offered me a loaner car which I appreciated. The only thing that prevented my car from being perfect was the inside windows. The front windshield needed additional cleaning. Given the price of the package, I didnt want to have to go behind them and do additional work. Overall though, I was pleased with my experience.

Over the course of 5+ details, Ive always been happy with the results. I usually focus on interior detailing since I go through a car wash for exterior cleaning, but I recently decided to have the exterior detailed and it was well worth it. Thank you to the team down there.

I had my SUV detailed, they quoted me 280 over the phone, and after inspecting my car said that I would need to buy the next level to get the level of cleanliness and the detailing I would want. Gladly paid the up charge. Came by that evening to pick up my car and they did not disclose that they didn’t clean the whole back trunk part of the SUV because there was stuff back there. I went home to my garage and opened up the trunk to see they have not vacuumed out, or cleaned any part of the back. The reasoning that they gave was that Covid prevented them from safely touching my stuff. Had I been notified before hand, I would’ve removed all of this junk from the back, so they could do a more detailed job. So I removed all the stuff, brought it back, and named a few other spots that I had noticed since I was already bringing it back, spots in the cupholder, the plastic of the visors and mirror, and the middle armrest console had not been touched, And there was still a bunch of gunk visible in the gearshift as soon as you put it in drive. I left The keys and told them they could call me tomorrow when it was done. I had to call them, they said it was ready I went to pick it up. The back had been cleaned, but none of the other issues I had named had been fixed, but by this time I’d already made a total of four trips to the auto detailing shop and was not about to make six since they are no longer picking up or dropping off people due to Covid. This was all for a grand total of $357. Wish I could attach pictures so you can see what they called clean

I have now had several great experiences here at Final Touch Auto Spa. I had the windows tinted on 4 or 5 different cars where they matched some windows that were already tinted perfectly. Well worth the money for a car that feels brand new! They were able to remove a deep-set stain on my cloth seats and all of my little coffee spills. Id highly recommend them to anyone!

Everyone can do an amazing outcome on a truck once, but not everybody can deliver an amazing outcome on on a Truck Every time, i Have gotten 4 Details form these guys, Let me tell you, the Owner Ari and The Manager Adam have NEVER let me down! Not Once! i Have a Lifted Truck Not the Easiest to Clean Either, but when I come and see not a spec of dirt on my car and it Gleaming in the sun i know what a good choice i made! I Recommend this Detail to anyone who wants to come into a smiling place and a perfect product!

Final Touch had my Sprinter van all day. When I originally bought the van six years ago, I had thought the paint job on it was basically oxidized and not repairable. I was shocked to see that they were able to buff the vast surface area to an amazing shine! I highly recommend them for doing a quality job. A testimony to the value they bring, I understand they are the go to shop from the local auto dealerships. Warning: Dont be surprised if, as you enter the shop lobby, you see Duke the Dog greeting you at eye level behind the counter.

Final Touch Auto Spa was an excellent choice to partner with to get our work truck detailed before we put it up for sale. We typically used the work truck for hauling product, pallets, and trash around the county so typically light wear but the most noticeable damage was in the bed of the truck from pallets scraping the bed. The obvious fix was to line the bed and they provided an excellent price or combo package with my detail.The service and turnaround time was on point and better than expected; their customer service rep was very informative, professional, and no non-sense in regards to a hassle free experience.In comparison to my car dealer experiences and their typical details, the service and quality of Final Touch was impressive.

They missed the entire middle console when detailing it. The tint had little bubbles all over, that I was told would “go away”.There was dirt underneath the bubbles that then became holes. I came back in and I was told that the holes are from my seat belt hitting the window which is not the case. Adam was the guy I dealt with he was very rude and condescending.Ari the owner reached out, was very nice and offered to fix it. He is the only reason I’m giving 3 stars.

Recently took in my 2 cars and they did an amazing job on the detail part of the vehicles but I also had them do a dark window tint on both of the cars and they turned out really nice. My vehicle was in on sort of an emergency cleaning after a large spill happened over the weekend. Final Touch got my car in right away on Monday and they did an excellent job. Everything was very clear before any work was done as far as the pricing and the timeline that I could expect to have the car back. They took care of the spill in my vehicle as well as detailed the entire interior, washed the outside, and fixed a chip in the windshield (they are affiliated with Louis Auto Glass, a trusted local provider of glass repair) .Obviously the pricing for this level of detail is quite high but it is worth it for the quality of work. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend their services.

Brought in my old Honda 97 accord for an interior cleaning and these guys broke the ashtray and acted like it didn’t happen there. When I complained about it to the front desk they assured me they could get a replacement part for this car and then never called me back. I had to drive down south to a junkyard and fix it myself. I don’t even use the ashtray but it looked unsightly to me while driving. Also the cleaning job was mediocre and they left my heater on for a long time to dry out the seats but they were still not dry when they turned it over to me.

My car had been neglected over the past few years and it was really beginning to show. I had just gotten new brakes and needed new tires and desperately needed a good detailing. The initial quote they gave me wouldnt allow me to get everything done in the detail department and get the new tires that I had already ordered. Without my knowledge they did everything under the quoted price so that my car looked even better than expected and kept me from being in a huge financial bind. They are a bit pricey but they do an excellent job and they do have some really great coupons out there, so keep your eyes open for them and then go in, your car will thank you for it!

Fantastic job to the manager and the whole team. They were able to correct the damage caused by Bellingham Auto Spa, and prevent mold from growing. Bellingham Auto Spa pressure washed the inside of my car. I saw it with my own eyes, and the owner confirmed it when I complained about how wet my car was when they were done detailing it. My car had so much water in the doors, when the windows rolled up water saturated the inside window pane. The seats, trunk, and floor were all damp to the touch, and the car smelled like mildew. It had no mildew issue when I dropped it off at Bellingham Auto Spa. Thankfully, Final Touch got me in quickly fix the water before mold truly set into my interior. Thank you again!!!!

Wow, what great customer service I received from Rick, owner of final Touch. I ran into a little issue while having my truck detailed and Rick took care of it immediately, no questions asked. I am very impressed by the level at which they back up their service and care about their customers. Rick is a great local business owner and, although I hit a little snag on my first experience with Final Touch, Rick won me back and I will definately use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Too bad they dont have 6 stars. I have a 64 red corvette with an 18 year old paint job. It is in good condition, but over that many years you always build up many swirl marks. When I picked it up I was astonished. Did a walk around and couldnt see a single swirl and the color literally popped. Ive had it for 10 years and it has never looked so good. The guy who did it has 35 years experience. My highest recommendation.

Called about installing a specialty blue mirrored tint. They said they would do it and they had their own tint. Drove an hour each way, waited 3.5 hours while they installed their own tint. It was not blue mirrored so I had them peel it off.They said they would install using my tint. Drove an hour each way again and waited an hour for them to tell me they couldnt do it. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION.

I have 2 cars and I took them both in for detailing. One to Final Touch and one into Bellingham Auto Detail directly across the street. I have an existing relationship with Bellingham Detail and like Matt very much. I have no relationship with Final Touch. I let them both know that this was a contest. We have a clear winner. It is Final Touch. Although I will still continue to do business with both, as a local business owner, I like to spread it around but hats off to the winner.

While the employees were very friendly and courteous, the point of a detail is the details. I chose the Platinum package, or at least on paper I did, but what I actually received was water spots, dirty rims(definitely not steam cleaned), and just an overall lack of detail(i.e. dirty door jams, dirty windows). The wax/clay bar seems to have been done ok, although it still had significant residue on the side skirts, and that coupled with everything else makes me feel...cheated. If I am able to find 3-4 things wrong before even getting in my car, seems to me at least, the job was not done.*To Final Touch Auto Spa* I can add pictures, but in the end you(r) guys either know they didnt do a complete job, or felt it was complete, either way its not what I paid for nor expected, and unfortunately that forces me to find an alternative in a place with very few. Additionally the employee that did the final walk through with me (which I had to request, and im unsure as to why this isnt a standard process, given the supposed depth of work being done) should have seen and corrected the issues. Overall I am severally disappointing, and I really feel taken advantage of.

Today was a terrible day for my lovely car. I had a huge coffee accident and spilt my latte all over the inside of the vehicle. I have had Final Touch detail my car before.. so in a panic... I called very early in the morning and left a message. My phone call was returned in less then 10 minute and Final Touch could get me in today. I got it to the shop and we went over all the damage that needed to be cleaned. My car was finished the same day and looks and smells fabulous. I appreciate FinalTouch and the care they gave me today. Thank you so much for being such a terrific company!!!!

They did not do everything on the list. Interior was nice and clean but they broke a knob and tried to hide it... There were no signs of using a clay bar on the outside since there was still specs that I could remove with a finger nail. Those should have been gone. And the spray they put on the running board was extremely slippery. Overall a hasty job that had room for improvement. Thoroughly look your vehicle over before paying!

Just got my car back and she is as beautiful as when I first got her. The cigarette smell is gone, the engine all shiny and pretty.

Horrible job cleaning my saturn no direspect but the door handles had dirt in them i could pull out with my fingers under the spoiler was carroded with old dirt still i could just rince off with a hose they said they washed the car and they didnt. Inside was ok looked like.they cleaned the seats thats about it. They vaccumed and jus wiped doen the dash in the cracks was still old mold i could get out myself but assumed final touch could do but didnt. Every door crevice was dirty none of the windows were cleaned with window cleaner i mean this is suppost to be a detail shop. Arnt they suppost to DETAIL the parts that need detailing? And we paid extra for more cleaning and looks like they just wanted to get the car in and out the details i just mentioned were what was needed to be detailed when the car came into u guys.

I am not used to brining in my car to have it detailed by anyone other than myself but I must say I was impressed with Final Touch and their team. I was shocked to see how clean my car could get. Thanks guys!

I was at first taken back of being seen right away as a walkin. They did a good job at tinting my front two windows. I had to return and get the driver side redone because I accidently rolled the window down while the film was still needed to be healed. I am very disappointed of the fact I had to pay $70 extra for the window being replaced. This is my first and last time I will go here.

The worst $200.00 I spent in all of 2013 goes to final touch auto spa. Money would have been better spent going to the drive through car wash and getting the deluxe package. When you call and tell them what you want done, you agree on a price, it means nothing. everyone one is a manager when you complain and it is always somes fault that they did not explain the Details to you Dont waste your money here. Check the value pak there are companies who do the same for a lot less.

This was the second time I have gone to Final Touch, the first with my Tundra where they did a full detail, repainted the hood and top with a headlight refinish. Despite having to take it back for another go at the headlights (they faded almost immediately) I was pleased with the quality and price. This time with a valpac $100 off coupon I took a recently puchased Impreza Sport in for the Premium detail which they were able to accomodate on short notice: initially I had to wait for 45 minutes for the shuttle ride home forcing a teleconference enroute which was awkward, when I picked up the car under direct sunlight it looked ok; in the garage the hood was spiderwebbed, cloudy, they missed chips on the top ( $150 extra) and the front windshield was still dirty. Calling the next morning Manager Aaron got me back in and said it would take 30 minutes...an hour later upon my inspection they had to buff the hood AGAIN. Listen the customer shouldnt have to tell these professionals how to do their job or point out defects several times. After dropping $480 for a comphrensive detail I was not even offered an apology by Ari for the inconvenience and from beginning to end the exercise felt rushed. This was not a quality experience, no quality control and weak customer service. There are several other competeitors located nearby and I would suggest patronizing them if you expect value and attention to detail. I for one will not be back.

UPDATE: Owner called and apologized for the experience. Really stand-up move and Im considering going back and giving them another chance. Means a lot that he called.Very bizarre experience. Long story short I ended up with a gift card because of poor quality work and Im not going to use it because I dont want a similar experience. An example of poor value for the dollar here: They dont clean the wheel wells or bed of the truck with a wash. So you can do a drive through and get your bed sprayed out but they dont do that here. Another example, I got the interior detail and there was no cleaning between the seats and the center console. Ive heard similar stories from other buddies who have gone here as well. Ill be looking for another option in Bellingham.
