I wanted to share my awesome experience with the staff at the Bellevue location. I dove up from Portland with my wife to explore the IWC watches, as there arent any shops with them around there.The staff immediately warmly greeted us and asked how they can help. Polly was so kind and helpful to direct us in not just IWC but educate us on the other lines of watches. she really took her time and made us feel like she cares. I appreciated that a lot!So we end up back at the IWCs and I see a color that I must have overlooked earlier. So I try on this beautiful green dial watch and actually was looking online at this a couple days before. But most watches dont do justice in photos or video. Plus you have to try it on to know that you really love it. I did!Me and my wife had a bite to eat and talked it though and ended up purchasing my first new IWC.Thank you to Polly and Mark for the experience and great conversations we had. Hope to come by more often and will make sure to drop in.We will definitely make more purchases here in the future!!

I dropped my ring off for cleaning and sizing a couple of weeks ago. Their COVID precautions made me feel safe while also not being overly inconvenient. Cheryl got me sized up quickly and told me to come back in 2 weeks. Today it was ready. It fits perfect and sparkles like new. Natalie rang me up and was also super friendly. Really, a fantastic experience start to finish. I’m doing all my watch and jewelry business with them from now on.

I was looking for a shop that did repairs and had the best help here! Elizabeth is so genuine and kind, & I can’t recommend her enough. My fiancé & I left talking about how she is the perfect image of amazing customer service.

Went there to get info on a watch, and the lady there was extremely rude. I wanted to verify if a Concord watch that I was being sold was the real deal. She said she didn’t know the brand, but it’s part of the Movado group which they carry instore. Mind you that’s the reason I went there. I was told they couldn’t tell me that info for liability issues. Which I can understand. Had she not been rude. I felt I was spoken over every time I tried to ask for information. She wasn’t even able to refer me to a watch repair, because she didn’t know any?? So you’re selling watch and don’t know your competitors around the area?? The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I will never recommend anyone to go to that location.

A truly beautiful experience! When my mother and I visited to inquire about a specific watch, we were greeted by Elizabeth, a lady who in my opinion, exemplifies what a true boutique experience should be about. Conversation with her was genuine, upbeat, and down to earth despite being in the middle of an industry driven by its exclusivity. I could tell that she loves what she does, and goes above and beyond to treat everyone the same way so as to eliminate any sort of hierarchy. She is a true watch enthusiast and a wonderful person, and I would personally recommend that anyone interested in marking a sentimental experience to speak with her.

The mid-aged, short-haired sales associate lady was very rude and unprofessional when I visited the store to shorten my diamond tennis bracelet. Her demeanor literally changed when I asked her about shortening the bracelet, and she coldly said it should be sent out to fix it. I then asked her if she can help me decide how many diamonds to take off to shorten the bracelet. She didn’t say anything but shook her head and sighed in front of me. I told her Im going to go to other jeweler and immediately left the store. I’ve never experienced this kind of insult from a sales associate and would never expect it especially from a high-end jeweler like Ben bridge. Not a single customer should be treated like this from any store. I will never go back to this store in my life.

Had a great first experience last year when I was deciding between a few watches and got to see a few options. When I started my research for this years watch I was laughed out of the store when I wanted to understand the process to get a Rolex, so I didnt bother checking out the other brands on my list.

This review is long overdue. Ben Bridge does not carry all the watch brands in one store which is how I ended purchasing a watch from their Bellevue, WA location. I live in San Diego and did the transaction via phone----yes, i had concerns doing it this way particularly because of the price of the watch I was getting. However, it turned out to be the best retail experience Ive ever had. Benito was outstanding, his customer service skills was top notch further exemplified by his attention to detail. He is deserving of every praise and loyalty I have for the store. A brand or an establishment is only as good as the people that represent them--- Ben Bridge hired well. Benito is a star.

The Bellevue Ben Bridge is one of their largest stores with a great selection, and excellent staff. I cant say enough about Sheryl a long time BB employee and Mark (the watch guy) and their excellent customer service. I have bought two watches here, and both Sheryl and Mark were very patient, answered all my questions and make themselves readily available to assist with purchases, repairs or anything else you might need. This location is much better than the Seattle location. I have been in here multiple times and each time has been a nice experience. They have watches from brands like IWC, Tudor, Rolex, Tag Heuer, Hamilton, Tissot, Baume & Mercier, and more. They also have engagement rings, no lab grown diamonds. I would not shop for engagement rings here unless you have a budget of at least $6,000. If you want a watch, your budget could vary from around $200, for a Tissot or Hamilton, or up to 20k+ for a Rolex.

Came in looking to purchase a luxury watch for my sister for her birthday, and Sheryl was extremely helpful. She showed me multiple brands and let me compare them side by side and let me take my time to decide which one I wanted to purchase. If I ever need another Rolex I will be coming to see her for sure.

My fiancé had my ring made here and it seemed like a really good experience. The gentleman that helped us was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my fiancé’s questions. He was told that we could get my ring cleaned any time, get it checked for scuffs and that they would polish/clean it any time (and that we should get it cleaned roughly twice a year). Seemed straight forward and professional. Well, we have since tried to get the ring cleaned and are now being told “we are not cleaning any rings due to COVID-19”. The lady that I spoke to was actually pretty rude, which was shocking because we’ve had relatively positive experiences here. I told her we’ve already had it polished once because there was a scuff mark not even a week after heproposed and that it’s been cleaned and she said “well we are not cleaning any rings right now”. I can understand that COVID has shifted a lot of current practices, but we spent thousands of dollars on this ring and rude behavior and seemingly not caring whatsoever about it is unacceptable. She didn’t bother to apologize for the inconvenience or explain why they’re not cleaning or even say anything regarding that we’ve already had it polished/cleaned once before. If we didn’t already pay for the ring here and the supposed services, I would change services. This is just one experience, but im not sure if I would recommend this place to get your ring created.

I have always had pleasant experiences at Ben Bridge, both at the Tukwila and Bellevue location. We bought our wedding rings from there 13 years ago and I have bought five additional pieces since then. Their selection and prices keep me coming back to their store.

Bought a watch online from them and took it to their store in Bellevue WA to have the metal strap adjusted. Not only that they charged me for it, but asked me to come back next day to pick it up when its ready(?)

I was in the market for a new Rolex and stopped by to see what they had available, but also needed to get a watch repaired. I thought I’d deal with the repair work first but as soon as the sales associate saw it wasn’t a “high end” watch, he passively told me that my watch wasn’t good enough for them to repair. Rude. I’m glad I didn’t start out with “I’m looking for a Rolex” because I’d have been gutted to give him my hard earned $ when his true client service colors showed. Not going to comment on my net worth but let’s say the tech industry has been great. All I’ve got to say is “I don’t discriminate the watches I wear, you shouldn’t judge a customer either.”

I love having a local jeweler that competes with the large national chains. I have never been treated anything short of incredible at Ben Bridge, and my fiancee absolutely loves their jewelry. 5 stars.

We had a very good experience and store feels very upscale. Sheryl, the sales assistant, was polite, knowledgeable and took time to answer our questions. Unfortunately, I don’t have a good experience here. I came here for a Diamond ring resizing, and to buy a pair of wedding bands today.An Asian lady with an accent came to help us, who claimed to have worked here for over 8 years.She didn’t introduce herself nor asked our names. She appeared upset the whole time. She wants to make a deal so desperately before we have time to ask questions, nor have our concerns addressed. She was very inpatient and rushed when she explained things. It was not busy in the store around the time we visited, so it was not like she should be in a hurry to help other customers. It felt like she doesn’t want to help us at all, except to close the deal ASAP. I feel disrespected and not welcomed.The store has some beautiful pieces, however I lost interest and trust to the store because of her bad attitude, unprofessional and poor customer service. You do NOT want to be treated so poorly in a store like this for such a special occasion in your life.It might only be that lady who did her job very poorly and unprofessionally, however, it brought down the standards of whole store.

I picked up a new watch here recently, which took me over a year of looking online and trying on different models in the store. Worked with Benito the whole time and his deep expertise with timepieces, not to mention his endless patience, were instrumental in finally discovering that perfect watch for me.It also helps that there is a watchmaker onsite so sizing happens very quickly if and when you do buy something there.

Our experience has been nothing but a first class treatment with one on one time with a jeweler whom has become a great friend and someone whom we trust completely with education on the diamonds and all of our purchases. Such a horrible experience with Dan at the Seattle Ben Bridge/Rolex location. Felt as though I was dealing with a used car salesman instead of a high end Rolex watch dealer. These guys really failed me on all expectations. Nothing was as promised and I ended up settling for a product based on misinformation from Dan. I have now had to begin working with other jewelers due to this stores inability to perform on a high level. I felt as though they were borderline unethical as well as only caring about the sale. After purchasing a watch from a seemingly reputable dealer, Im almost sure that this isnt the feeling you should have in the end. Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. They say all the right things and speak about customer service and brag about their years in business but unfortunately the performance and deliverables do not match this seemingly rehearsed pitch.If youre looking to spend your money and Ben Bridge has the product you may be fine but in my recent experience, if youre looking for the total customer experience as I am and you are not willing to compromise or settle for less, this would not be the location for you.In a day a age where there are thousands upon thousands of Jewelers to choose from you would hope and pray that the ones that have been around for many years would understand that you begin a business by being mindful of sales but you stay in business by listening to each and every single customer....Not just the ones that you deem are important.Im extremely hurt and very disgusted with Ben Bridge Seattle and how my overall experience went with Dan.
