My brother and I both went to Kumon for several years (my brother still attends) and we have had an amazing experience. Kumon helped us solidify important skills that many kids struggle with in school, as well as challenge us with new concepts. I am now taking college math in high school and owe a lot of that to Kumon’s program.

We started up both our boys in Kumon at the start of covid when school closed. It has really helped us keep their learning on track. Ms. Tina is wonderful and really knows all her students very well. Very happy with this Kumon school and location.

Tina and her team at Lakemont did a really good job in instructing kids to keep learning especially during this Covid-19 period. They worked so hard to work towards a better online class via Zoom. During the online class, Tina tried her best to assign students into each group and followed with good communication.The instructors are passionate in encouraging and teaching young kids. My kid feels happy and satisfied to keep learning. Both his math and reading are getting improved. Keep good work and thank you so much!

I really like this center and the manager Tina. My children are not only learning learning math and reading but commitment, discipline and focus. They have to practice every day and is good to teach them patience.

Our two boys have been coming to Kumon here for nearly a year now. Although it took a few months to really see the benefits sink in we are now very satisfied as they end their first full school year with Kumon helping in the background. Both boys are very different in their learning styles, but the Kumon method (coupled with the superb attention they get at the Lakemont location) have greatly accelerated their learning.

They teach you things that you can’t actually use in school. Like they don’t let you use paper to solve and show your work. Whereas in school they make you show your work and get marks off if work is not shown.

Tina did a great job for all the kids. My son Charles made a huge progress at here for the past two years.

Our two children have been going to this Kumon for several years. They are quite happy to go, and have been progressing well in English and math. They get extra attention when needed. We have been quite happy with the center and plan to continue sending the kids there indefinitely.

I was at this Kumon for 3 years before I finally left.It was a very bad experience, all the stress that came out of the unnecessary work. Do not send your chldren to this Kumon, it is a simply a waste of money and time.
