Probably the most capable quick lube I have ever been to. The manager was not shy about training and jumping in to help. The staff was attentive and communicated well throughout service to make sure everything was perfect.

My elderly mother needed a check-engine light checked and an oil change and I sent her to Jiffy Lube on Bel-Red road.It turns out that she needed a new battery and another part. The manager and owner were really great, with the owner leaving to pick up parts himself.My mom told me that the staff there was really very nice and shes very happy.

Chris, D, and Dylan were OUTSTANDING! They were able to get my cars oil changed, fixed an out headlight, and replace the air filter in less than 40 minutes. They went through each system and made sure that my vehicle was as up to date. These guys work well together and you can notice it even when just sitting in your car. I will definitely be going back to this location since it is near my work, and I REALLY hope I get this same crew for the next inspection! Thank you guys!

The guys at Bel-Red Jiffy Lube are probably the BEST you will ever see and they are honest! I did not get their names but man everyone is nice and helpful, give their honest opinion on whats good for the car not like other places where they said what was good for them. This Jiffy Lube was the best one I’ve ever been to. They check to make sure all of your lights are working before they even do the oil change. They also offer free fluid top-offs in between oil changes. The employees were super friendly, patient, and helpful. Not to mention insanely fast and efficient. They seemed like they actually cared about their customers and weren’t just trying to make a dollar. Dee was especially awesome!

Duing my first visit here, I had a couple cars ahead in line. Associate chatted and got my order. I think it was battery or oil change and our chat went well. But for some reason didnt ask me to sit inside. Left me sitting in my car on their driveway. After few min came back chatted more and left. After many minutes, I asked if I could leave my car (as no passengers were in cars ahead me so likely not too full inside) and he asked me to go in. It had plenty of free seats inside.Second visit - I asked about basic oil change. They entered my popular model into their system. Was told 2009 car per law cannot have cheap oil and quoted $100+ oil change package. Turned rude and disengaged as soon as I resisted/questioned, I drove out.

Great all around shop. Manager is very communicative and runs the place very well. Team there is great and delivered the service well. Highly recommend. Extremely well run.

Everyone working was super friendly and helpful! Although I waited for an hour, I was expecting that long considering it was a Saturday morning. They checked my lights and other fluids as well, overall an awesome experience and I will definitely be coming back!

Phenomenal service they make services other than oil changes VERY easy to understand. Bryan, Aidan, Javon, Dylan and Ben absolutely Blew my expectations out of the water!! Although we had to wait about 45 minutes for the short staffed team they have, they are rock solid. My go to location!

This was by far the worst experience I have had getting a very simple oil change done. I do not recommend this business whatsoever. The employees were rude. We spent 2 hours just waiting alone. They charged us more than we had expected for a simple oil change.

Chris is an awesome manager at this location. Worked great with Pat and actively saw him working on Shop procedure and just being an awesome trainer. Being first come first serve you might have to wait a bit, so if dont plan on a super fast visit unless you see a bay open when you show up, the service is worth the wait. Definitely willing to come back to this location.

If I could give 10 stars I would!I needed to get my car in right away to have some oil removed (too full from another company) and I called around 7:15am today, expecting to get a voicemail and surprisingly Chris answered the phone. I explained the situation and told him I was on my way there. I think its important to note that I have never been to this location before, I just simply found the one closest to my work.I got there around 7:35AM and expected to have to wait until they opened at 8AM, but the bay door was open and Chris walked outside to greet me. He took care of the issue for me and took the time to answer some questions that I had about my older car, offered suggestions and gave me a recommendation for a mechanic.Chris was very kind and knowledgeable and I drove out of there feeling a sense of accomplishment and all before 8AM! If there was an award for Best Customer Service, Chris would definitely have my vote.Overall Great Experience!

They are genuinely good and very honest.I had the check engine light come due to Oil change this morning. I took the car to drive thru at Jiffy Lube. David and Bryan did a courtesy check of all systems, performed Oil change and I was on my way in 30 minutes.They gave me two other recommendations, but didnt try to upsell at all. Thats a rarity among auto mechanics.I would definitely take my car to this service station for the next Oil change too. Excellent service.

Great, fast, and honest service. Wanted to replace a battery on an old car I recently purchased, but they tested and checked the current one and actually recommended I wait. They could have easily just replaced the battery for a brand new one and taken the money, but they would not sell me a part I didnt need even after I asked for it. Honest service makes me a loyal customer. And how quick for service! All the staff was lovely as well. Highly recommend this little Jiffy Lube location.

I called twice to check the price with vehicle information. However, I was still charged more than I was promised. The price is the same with the dealerships oil change. I will not return to waste another two hours on empty promised discount.

When doing oil change here, make sure check your receipts. For my past two oil changes, they forgot to apply the coupon once; the second time, they didnt forgot the coupon after I reminded them, but they added a $15.00 fee then applied the coupon!Never mentioned that they did the oil change wrongly for me once, which made me leak all the oil half hour after the oil change and had to find emergency stop on HW90!

This was a really good experience. The wait was short, and I was met as soon as I arrived. The person told me what to expect, and when it was my turn, three people descended on my car. Each had a part to do, and they were calling out instructions and checks to each other. Work was verified, acknowledged, and recorded. Professional, fast and $15 cheaper than the car dealer. Wins all around!

The oil changes here are 80 dollars in Washington which is way too much but they are fast as hell and the employees are great at what they do and honestly if I dont have the time to wait for a more conventional car shop and I need an oil change right now, Jiffy Lube is the place to go hands down.

This is my second time here the first time I wasnt impressed, but no complaints . This time I pulled in behind another car, and waited for about 15 minutes, no one came out to greet me, ask what services I wanted Etc. After 10 minutes another car pulls in next to me someone runs out and greets them gets their information and so on... so I wait to see if they will come over to me next. They did not they went back into the shop. So I back my unhappy butt out of there.Very unprofessional I will not use them again. I went to the one in Kirkland instead they were very helpful very courteous, I like them much better.

I had a check engine light on and they diagnosed it at no cost. Visually showed me the engine maintenance points checked, verified the fluid refills and balance inflated my tires. Great customer service. Very safe technicians and during a pandemic, thoughtful about masks and distancing. - I will be a repeat customer driving from Seattle for routine work done now.

My first negative review as a result of poor service I received here.First: They came and shared false information about the oil types to convince me to put the most expensive option into my car. Thankfully I knew what I wanted, price is not the problem but underestimating the customer to sell stuff and business profit is wrong.Two: Oil was carried and delivered in hand held container, used same container for different oil types and maybe other fluids. There is a point for having separate pumps and hoses in professional places, right?Three: Wasted my time for 40 minutes because their system was down! And no one was willing to finalize my service and close the hood. Finally I started my car to go and that was when they finalized my service and let me go.Plenty of better options out there, would not recommend them at all.

I have never been there longer than a few minutes for a basic oil change. I like sitting in the vehicle, I can watch them and it gives me peace of mind that Im not getting scammed. I hope this continues after COVID. Needless to say, we set up Fleet services just to continue using this store exclusively.

Honest, knowledgeable staff and friendly owner :) I have a pain in the donkey kind of car (08 Land Rover LR2 with an older transversely mounted 3.2L I6 Volvo engine), which is just a royal pain to service. Most of the time the oil filters are not even in stock, because its just such a rare and bizarre combination that I tend to buy and carry my own oil filters just in case. And, of course, due to liability concerns, most service locations wont install a customer provided filter. Many times when I drove up to an oil change center I have actually heard folks whisper Please be a 2010 model!. Many repair shops wont work on this car. Today my wife and I were greeted with a friendly conversation from Chris, the business owner who runs a fun team of well experienced car enthusiasts. They checked my car for a number of things, including various leaks that I could smell but had no idea where they were coming from. Now I know I have a leaky rear diff, and an old leak near the front transfer case - things Ive been smelling but wasnt sure if it was a valve cover or something else that I could repair on my own in the apartment. Now I know where to go and what to expect when eventually getting those addressed. They didnt have an oil filter, but they agreed to use the one I brought with me. Talking to the team really put me at ease knowing that they care about doing quality work and really deeply care about cars. Its not about doing unnecessary preventative work, like what youd get at a dentist, but about keeping the mechanical systems healthy. I also received a significant discount on top of whatever coupon I might have had, which is no small thing given the current COVID-related difficulties we all find ourselves in. The store was taken over from a previous owner who had a mere 2.7 star rating. So if you read any older reviews - those are for the previous management. The new management did a fantastic job turning this into the best Jiffy Lube location in the entire state. When we eventually move to a less expensive area, I will still drive out here for any service needs for both of our cars! 5 stars is not enough!

Stopped by to fix a plastic guard under my 2012 white Toyota Corolla that was loose and skidding. Bryan, Collin, the mechanic, and the lady who was working there on 8/12/2020 were all so kind, genuine, and professional. Bryan was kind enough to have a genuine conversation with me regarding a diagnosis and solution to preventing the problem from occurring again. He was very cordial, and for a brief moment, I forgot I was at Jiffy Lube, and felt like I was just hanging out with a good friend. On top of all this, they even fixed my guard free of charge! I just wish I tipped them for their hard work. These guys uphold the gold-standard of service and professionalism.

Just got our work vehicle serviced at this Jiffy Lube location and was very impressed by their professionalism and quick work that was performed on our vehicle. They definitely stand by their name, Jiffy! Would highly recommend this place for all your oil change needs! We were in and out in less than 30 mins, cant beat that and still have exceptional customer service!

I do not mind paying someone to change and dispose of my engine oil but felt the price here was a bit higher than other jiffy lubes. And when they wanted $5 to top off my radiator that also seemed excessive so when I read the invoice and saw that the fluid level was ok and that they said that they had vacuumed my carpets but didnt (see photos) I knew this was not a place I would be coming back to. I feel bad for those who are taken in by their bait and switch tactics.

I have a 2013 Toyota Corolla that had the filter cap tightened to tight on it. I had gone to valvoline and was told to take it to the dealership in order to get that taken off and that they couldn’t do anything. I drove over to this jiffy lube (store 2592) and was greeted by Chris. I told him my problem and he took a look at it. The cap was so worn down from everyone trying to get it off it would need to be broken off. He said he would need permission from his boss to do so and since it was Sunday he couldn’t get in touch with him. So I came back the next day when Chris told me to and they started taking care of it right away. The whole team was super amazing and so nice. The boss Bryan was very attentive and Chis made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. I will definitely be coming back here every time I need my cars oil changed. Thanks for the awesome service!
