They were thorough and gave me a complete readout when done. Never had to really take my Mini in for service since i bought it so I had to try and find a good place. Had to get brakes replaced, and they also found other things along the way and let me know. This was my first time at this business for the used car I had just purchased. Eric was very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. After inspecting the car he phoned me with a quote for the repairs for the amount I had expected. He then phoned me a half hour later and stated that the most expensive repair from the list really did not need to be done at this time. That cut the bill for repairs in half! As a senior on a fixed income I really appreciated that option and knew then and there I had found a very great place to bring my car for repairs. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a reliable and honest repair shop.Update: Went back to Jeffs seven months later to have my transmission looked at due to overheating after towing my boat for the first time. Transmission was fine and they installed a heavy duty transmission cooler. I also had an oil change. The final bill was $300 less than Erics estimate which was a nice surprise.

I am long time customer in this place, and I feel that new management start was a bit ruff. Now they are doing a big better job, but there is a long way to go. My main reason why I am loyal is because old mechanics are still there, so it is always important to have experienced, skilled and hard working people happy, because they are doing work and not managers. I have the old Porsche and I love my car, so I will better give it for service in the best hands, and deal with managers later.

Really nice and courteous, but didnt fix the problem. I told them where it was and they drove it around to try and hear the problem but the car didnt make it. Rather than looking up under the car where I said the problem had been before, they were just going to keep it over night after already having it all afternoon until the car made the noise. Sixty bucks gone and the issue is still there. Oh well.

Our car wouldnt start because a less than 2 year old battery didnt have enough juice to start the car. I dropped the car off at Jeffs Autohaus without an appointment and they provided great service. The battery was under warranty and they replaced it and also tried to figure out if there were any issues with the car that would drain the battery. Very thorough service. We have used this business for 20+ years and highly recommend them.

I have a 2008 BMW sport wagon that has had a history of battery and electrical issues from the start. Jeffs has been the only shop in its long history that has taken the time to properly diagnose the issue. For the first time in 9 years I dont have an issue. Between their knowledge of the car, taking the time to do additional specific research, explaining the diagnosis clearly, communicating updates and actually fixing the problem, I would highly recommend them.

Fist off I must say that these guys are absolutely amazing with customer service! My car had lots of issues and no matter how much I called or asked questions they never got annoyed with me. Also the technician that was working on my car was quick and efficient. Also my car is modified so it makes it harder to find the root of an issue and they found everything that was wrong with the car. Also they are the best priced mechanics and they are honest they do not low ball or try to charge you more than what is fair. Will recommend this place to all my german car friends. Its just an amazing auto shop!

I was overcharged for replacing window channel on a 2007 Acura MDX.Acura of Bellevue quoted for 2.5 hours and Jeffs charged me 3.5 hours.

I had my car service done here several times and find this place to be very reasonable. They are detailed oriented and did not suggest unnecessary changes like other places.

Jeffs Autohaus (and Jim) did a great job with the last oil change on my precious 1990 VW Vanagon Syncro Camper. Im very particular about who works on my van. Work was done by the time promised - the oil I asked for was utilized (20-50W Castrol), OEM filter and new crush washer used...and filled halfway up the dipstick as requested. Underestimated time to complete replacement, took 3 times as long because they were not aware of the vehicle requirements, car smelled like dirty oil inside after. Did not return phone calls or emails.

In 2012 I took a 2002 Subaru Impreza I was thinking about buying here for a checkup. $150, they told me of a few minor problems and a slow steering column leak. I decided to buy the car. I took it to my mechanic (my neighbor of 15 years, trustworthy) and had $2000 worth of repairs to do. They said they checked the coolant, but it was BLACK with oil from a leaky head gasket. What they thought was steering column fluid was also oil from my head gasket. Whats more, Subarus are known for their head gasket leaks- apparently Autohaus Vick was unaware of this. I wouldnt have bought the car otherwise. After calling them they would not even refund my $150, and did not even say sorry for their misdiagnosis.

We were in Bellevue, visiting from Kansas, and had problems with our 2009 Nissan Versa -- a squeak which turned out to be a loose hubcap, and the clutch on the 6-speed manual slipping when starting on hills in Seattle to the point of creating a burnt hydraulic fluid smell. We brought the car in to have it checked for road-worthiness before heading home -- getting in the same day we called.Autohaus Vick checked the vehicle, correctly pronounced it road-worthy, and charged us only for the quart of oil they added, despite a sign indicating a one-hour minimum charge for diagnosis. Though our contact with the business was brief, their staff were personable, gave proof of fair-dealing and every indication of competence. In the unlikely event we should ever need auto service again in Bellevue and environs, we would certainly choose Autohaus Vick again.

Overpriced & didnt get my moneys worth.I came in to get my headlights fixed because they arent bright enough. I have a 94 VW westy, and I guess the glass in the headlight assembly is old or something. They suggested I try getting some new bulbs at $25 each. That sounded good so I went for it. Somehow, $25 each plus 30 mins labor added up to $150 and the new bulbs made very little difference. Disappointed.

I have always had high quality, dependable, and honest service from Autohaus Vick. I can even remember an experience where a Dealer- Shop stated that an expensive service should be done, A-V did some testing and found the service was not required.
