Be Chic nails is a great place to get your nails done. The staff is great; super helpful, friendly, personable and always professional. I’ve been coming to this salon for 3 years, since I moved from California and it’s the only place willing and able to do super creative designs and beautiful long acrylics. It’s hard to find a nail technician who’s really great at doing eccentric work like that. Chloe, the owner, has been my number one technician and knows exactly how her clients like their nails. My nails (claws) are part of my identity and she’s on point EVERY time! I one thousand percent recommended this salon. This is a woman owned small business and a great one at that.

This is the second time my daughter and I have gone to Be Chic and both times we had a great experience. Very clean, professional, and they do a GREAT job. My cuticles have never looked better and my nails are gorgeous! Very satisfied. Price is a little more than other salons but.. you get what you pay for. Very worth it.

Visiting from out of town and needed my nails done in pinch. This shop had me in and out within an hour (keep in mind gel manicure AND pedicure). And my nails turned out very well and crisp. Will be coming back next time I’m in town.

Always professional. They do a wonderful job and my manicures and pedicures last so much longer than anywhere else I’ve had them done in the past.

My husband and I have been going to Be Chic for a few years now for manicures and pedicures. The staff is friendly, does beautiful work, and the salon is very clean. It’s the only nail salon we’ve felt comfortable going to during Covid. Highly recommend!

Worst salon experience to this day. We had to reshape my nails so many times they became so short after walking into the salon with long nails. All polish is bubbly and has white spots. Shape is different on both hands. Cuticle next hang nails left as is. Please see pictures ..this is the quality you get for $50.00. I cried all the way home and plan to redo these tomorrow morning. The owner Chloe is hilarious and an honest and friendly business women. Her nails are beautiful and she is truly the best in Bellevue. I usually ask her to do a pink & white acrylic and they are beautiful- work of art and it allows me to go 3 weeks between fills without any issues.

The staff here where amazing, the salon was clean and looked great. I highly recommend, and will definitely be back.

Lovely atmosphere. Just got my nails done here today and it was nice and clean and the place has high ceilings so it wasn’t smelly like most places. I went in the morning so that have been why.The women working here were so sweet and they worked together so I was in n out in about 45 min for a mani pedi! (Shellac mani)

Ive been going here for years and I love them!!! Their dip nail quality is unparalleled by any other salon Ive been to.Oh, and dont let the negative reviews fool you. Ive been in here for many of the scenarios described. Most of the times its customers coming in being insanely entitled and rude to the staff. The owner is amazing and is not afraid to protect her people - even if it means angering a few customers. I respect the hell out of her for it.Anyway, I love them and suggest them to all of my friends and family. :) ❤

[Updated] owner responded quickly offering refund or redo of service. However, nails started coming off having them for just 5 days; from the end of first service to the day I came in to fix them. Shellac. Not classic mani. Thus, I decided to get a refund. (photo attached)—————————————————————Oh my god, worst shellac EVER DONE.Coming in, they made me move to a different table. My esthetician changed while she was half way through polishing. Other lady took over and look what they made my nails into together!!! Jesus, the nail lamp kept on turning off too. What the heck. Based on high reviews, I had hopes to be reasonable outcomes with my $35, I’m very disappointed

I’m so impressed!! Be Chíc is clean, friendly, gentle, and efficient. I walked in for my appointment with a misshapen manicure from a previous place and the lovely nail techs fixed all my shaping issues. They were incredibly kind (and very funny!) and when I showed them a picture of a matte cuff almond acrylic, the nail tech made it happen. I can’t remember the name of the tech who worked on me - I’m terrible with names, unfortunately - but check out her work! I was also able to meet the owner - she’s a delight, with an incredible sense of humor. I felt very taken care of and will absolutely be back.

Not because you guys didnt have my appointment.. Because you kept on saying you dont know what you business has on google.. Because you were rude and not ready to listen what a customer is trying to tell you. Because if you own a business in Digital world you should know what does booking an online appointment mean.. If this is not what your business supports you should immediately complain the platform about wrong information.. As soon as I google your business I see this booking option. So you should not disown this situation and tell me that I DONT KNOW. Thus until you go and fix this booking issue and learn how to talk to customer, yes this will be 1 STAR!!

I was in town from Vancouver and went here requesting a ombre chrome look I saw on their instagram. The nails looked good despite the shape wasnt as square as I wanted. A couple hours later all my nails started cracking. They just didnt look good and I wouldnt go back.

She is detail-oriented and does a wonderful job fulfilling my requests. I have been going constantly every 2-3 weeks for the last several months and have always been very happy with my nails and how long they last. Today, I asked for a subtle Disney-inspired look for my upcoming vacation and loved the final design! The salon is very clean and is always fun to visit. I have gotten so many compliments since I started going to the salon and would recommend to everyone to go check them out!

This place is great! Store atmosphere is calm and cheerful, the staff are really knowledgeable, and the prices are reasonable. Plus, the owner is really funny and nice. Definitely planning to go back!

Update: The owner reached out to me and wanted to make things right. She re-did my nails (they look AMAZING) and told me she would talk to her team about the issues I had experienced. I have a lot of respect for a business owner who will go out of their way to make sure a customer is satisfied. I have changed my mind and will be going back :)I have been three times and have only liked my nails once. The other two times I have had to go back within a week to get them fixed. The last time I went in to get them fixed I ended up leaving with my nails worse than when I had come in. I gave them a fair shot but will not be going back.

I have never left a nail salon more satisfied. I am ultra particular about the legnth & shape of my nails. I was stunned at how perfect they looked leaving the salon--no need to go home to file down or reshape myself! The salon is cute & clean, the staff is amazing, and pricing is pretty great.This my go-to nail salon, and I cant wait to go back!

Great customer service, color choice for dip powder is a plus. Too many to chose from. Prices are very decent especially being in the heart of downtown Bellevue. The gals are nice and very attention to details.

The owner Chloe, is one of the most talented nail techs I’ve had... she’s extremely fast without cutting corners and has a charming personality . It is apparent to see Chloe’s pride in ownership by the expertise, customer service and the salon’s beautiful decor. 5 stars all the way!!!

My first time here I got a pedicure and it was pretty good, they were friendly and even gave me a bottle of water which is a step above other salons in the area.Today I came in for a regular pedicure and a gel manicure and was trying to match my colors (a natural cream color). The woman that was going to do my manicure (she came from Jennifer’s nails on Bellevue Way) was making it seem impossible to match the 2 because they are different brands and told me I could get up and look at colors even after my feet were already in the water. There were 3 workers and 1 customer finished but waiting for her nails to dry and they can’t help me? Finally since they were not being helpful I just asked for a pedicure and for my previous gel to be taken off. My pedicure was fine, nothing special and not much massage, the gel was taken off but left completely dry and gross with no oil or lotion put on even though I paid $10 for it.I’ll be going elsewhere from now on. If people don’t like their job or being in customer service, find a new profession. Maybe they are only nice here when the owner is in.

First experience: Shellac polish change. Awful. The polish was very inconsistent and did not cover the sides or tips of my nails.Second experience: Dip manicure. Manicure was not done, the only thing that happened was removal of shellac and application of dip, but I still paid for a full manicure. The dip was very thin and cracked off on two different nails (my nail did not break, only the dip), and it was INSANELY streaky after the top coat was put on. Only one nail was buffed after the dip was put on, and that’s one of the nails that chipped.Third experience: Went to get the two cracked dip nails fixed, and the cracking was blamed on me: “are you sure you didn’t do something to crack it? This has NEVER happened before. Are you sure you didn’t do it?” But she fixed them, and while there we talked about the owner and the girl who does the owners nails. My nail tech was saying “the owner this, the owner that.”Fourth experience (not at the salon): Another cracked dip nail from the same set, this time pulling my nail off with it. I then looked at Google reviews and found that the nail tech who was saying “the owner this, the owner that”, is the actual owner. Why was she speaking to me as if the owner were an entirely different person? Great question.Don’t go here. For real, just don’t.

Updated review:Immediately after posting this review, the owner Chloe responded and asked me to contact her the following day. She was very understanding, attentive and nice when I spoke with her on the phone. She offered a refund of services and said she would be talking to staff to prevent any future occurrences like ours. For me personally, good customer service can be more valuable than a product/service. It’s understanding that things happen and I’m very pleased that Chloe not only stood behind her employees but offered a fair resolution. Thanks!My boyfriend and I came into this nail salon and had a terrible time. My pedicure was OK, the lady didnt even clip the cuticles or top coat my toenails. The pedicure didn’t even last a week. The manicure was also not good, I just did a clear coat after the lack of attention to my toes. My boyfriends pedicure on the other hand was absolutely horrible. The lady was buffing the side of his big toe and for some reason moved towards the top of his big toe?! He instantly stated Oh please stop that doesnt feel good. Well she didnt stop for a few seconds so he jerked away and starts bleeding everywhere. She had filed off several layers of skin off his big toe. She was apologetic but it was horrible. My boyfriend is way too nice and paid for the service although it was horrible. We both got crappy services and hes had a wound on his foot for now a month. It’s unacceptable that the staff didn’t comp any of our services.

I booked an appointment for acrylics with Chloe, she did such a good job and really put a lot of effort into the nails. Everybody was super nice, decent prices. Will definitely be returning.

I got a pedicure here today and it was amazing. The shop is very cute and clean and one of the best and cheapest pedicures in bellevue. I will definitely keep coming back!

The girl chloe is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. The others listen to what you want while chloe just yells at you and doesn’t care about customers at all. One time she told me to not look at my hands when she’s doing my nails because she gets really pressured and will mess up...

Pricing for shellac change was high but regular pedicure was good. Staff was attentive but didn’t do as much work on feet, my heels are still dry.
