Called to get an estimate on some work to be done. Receptionist was great. Transferred me to a not so great man. Told me not to waste his time if I was in a hurry to have work done which I wasn’t but didn’t even ask if I was. Then started talking about contracts and not getting on the schedule until late next month and that everyone else will tell me not to waste their time either. I just want an estimate for a second hookup added and to go from there in NO HURRY! K.Kelly can keep their time as I will go elsewhere and you will never hear from me, family or friends for work. You do not treat a potential customer like that. Talk about wasted time.

The ignition on our boiler system went out. Apparently our system is rare and K. Kelly was able to service it. Their receptionist was very friendly, through (checking to ensure they would be able to handle our boiler system), and answered all my questions. The tech was amazing, pleasant, drove to get the replacement part (last one left in the city) and waited through a full cycle to ensure the repair completely fixed the system. Our part was under warranty and they worked with the manufacturer so that we did not have to pay for the part, only service. This company was our savior and finally a company that is pleasant through the whole experience!

Get a second opinion. Was told my furnace was as shot. I said that “I didn’t want a new furnace, so do what you can to get it running please”. Technician said I needed rollout switch, igniter and board to get it to fire. I said “order the parts and we’ll go from there”. Two days later, I got a call from the office with “bad news”. I was told that the “board” was no longer available, and couldn’t be ordered from anywhere. I was asked if the tech could come in 30 minutes to measure for my new furnace. At this point, I was very skeptical. I said, hold off on measuring. I then opened up the furnace, and took pictures of the part they couldn’t get. I plugged the part number in google, and lo and behold, I could get the part from about a dozen sources, Amazon being one. 2 day delivery. I then called a buddy who installs furnaces to see if this is a repair that I could do, and he said it was basically plug and play. He also told me to start with the cheap stuff (igniter) and go from there. Basically, if I was lied to about being able to get the part, maybe I was lied to about needing the part. I ordered the igniter, installed it, turned it on, and it is still working like a charm after two weeks. My $4500 furnace bill turned into an $11 part. I have never written a review before now, would not have written a review if I hadn’t been lied to. Get a second opinion.

I was very impressed with both the customer service and plumbing work we had done. Mike was quick to answer my email questions and schedule our service. Jason did a great job installing our new faucets, sinks, shutoff valves, sump, and sump cover. He also did a great job cleaning up when finished; I was surprised I had no garbage or parts to pickup after he left. Everything looks and works great! I would definitely recommend their company.

Great work! My husband and I recently purchased a new sink, faucet, and under sink water filter. We wanted the job done quickly. I called K. Kelly, Inc. And they were able to get a guy out next day. He took a little under 3 hours to complete the project. Was it pricey? Yes. Was it worth not having the headache of figuring it out ourselves? Most definitely!

Weve used K. Kelly several times over the last 5 years for plumbing issues. They installed our tankless water heater, our sump pump, performed routine maintenance, and saved us when we had a plumbing emergency and water was gushing out of the shower faucet. From the time I place the call to the time the representative leaves our house, it is a positive experience. My experience started with the lack of hot water as a family faced their evening showers after a hard day of moving into a new home. An emergency call to K .Kellys 24 hour service line was placed. In less than 60 minutes the courteous professional had responded and walked me through a solution. Hot water restored, family happy. Next, our family faced multiple leaks and smelly water. Robert the technician was an absolute boss, working as Superman in disguise while doing an entire Central Air Conditioning system install entirely by himself. On top of that, we had a freakish monsoon-type of rainstorm that day (June 15th, 2018) which didn’t deter him at all. He was extremely knowledgeable, highly professional, and very skilled as I now have a very cold house on this 90 degree day only 2 days after agreeing to the work.The price was EASILY $1000 less than anywhere else I had looked into, and even the diagnostic fee ($65) is cheaper than anywhere else (usually $75 or more).Thank you for everything, once again!

Customer service was great over the phone; we were able to schedule an appointment and have a new water heater installed in less than 24 hours. The installation took less time than quoted. Adam, the gentleman who installed the water heater, was on time, was courteous, and worked very efficiently. Weve never had a bad experience with K Kelly for our plumbing and heating/cooling needs.

Do not go to this company!!! So many other options. These guys are crooks!!! Work was done well but they kept changing the price on me and when I called they always had a different excuse on charges. Will never recommend to anyone.

We had Kelly replace the furnace in our other house. They were fantastic to work with and did a wonderful job!!

Brad installed an ice maker line for our new refrigerator. I was just going to get a quote, but the price was fair and he had the time to do it immediately. He did great work, cleaned up and was an all around nice guy. I would recommend them for any needs you have. It is nice that K Kelly is a one-stop shop for so many service needs. I am working with Trent on a gas line install for a new range and an estimate for a range hood/vent installation as well. He was thorough in walking me through the project and explaining options.

Cant say enough good things - they stayed on the phone with me and helped solve my problem, explained how the entire system worked so I would know for next time, and all through, never showed any signs of impatience or frustration (Im a brand new homeowner, so there was a big learning curve!).I wouldnt hesitate to contact them again for any other needs I have in the future.

Upon my request, K. Kelly communicated with me promptly. The service representative lined up a visit per my first of top three requested appointment times. A field representative came out ahead of time to review my request and it turned out I didnt need the appointment which saved me money.I did make different HVAC inquiries while the field agent was at my home. He professionally listened, suggested possible options and stated he would send me estimates. He encouraged me to do the work when items needed to be replaced; he did not even suggest doing work now! Integrity!I have worked with K. Kelly in the past at another address. I will continue to contract with them and refer them to others.

All staff, from techs to office staff to sales personnel, are professional, knowledgeable and customer-service-oriented!

I would not recommend their Plumbing to anyone they left a mess, my concrete guy changed the drain to a longer one and they took the one they provided back and still charged me for it. I emailed them 2 weeks in advance letting them know when my cabinets and countertops are going to be there and didnt have anything sent out so then I emailed them again and asked when they were going to install the sinks and they let me know that the countertop people have to do it but they didnt have anything sent out the first time I emailed them and it was nowhere in the paperwork that they do not install sinks, so then I had to hire another plumber. Also when installing the towel Rod they put a hole through the drywall because they miss leveled it and then just left the whole there. They also put drywall screws on my outdoor faucets which are already starting to rust and its a brand new house. The guy that came out to look at dishwasher was very rude. All in all I would not recommend them for anybody not unless you want to be very unhappy but on the other hand I would recommend their HVAC those guys are very nice did the job there was a mistake and they came out right away and fixed it the workers were all very nice and were never rude like the plumbers. Id give the HVAC a five star but the plumbers a zero.
