Chris was great at communicating and working hard to find the valve that needed replaced. Came next day, fixed, quick, no issues.

Ive had the units these folks installed since 2017. Ive had a few issues, but nothing too major...wall A/C units can be a little finicky if thats a word. Every time Ive called Ive been greeted very nicely professionally (Sally knows me by now I think ha!). Then when the crew (usually Steve I think) comes out to work on these temperamental condensate pumps hes always very professional with a good sense of humor. Recently I had an issue with a refrigerant coil. Took a little bit to get the parts but once they were here they worked diligently (and safely with masks and distancing) and quietly as my wife is constantly in virtual meetings. Well as quietly as can be expected.All in all I can say that this company employs a team that cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to help. They dont overcharge (in my estimation) and they dont upsell or talk over your head. 100% recommend Solutions for your A/C or heating needs.

I was then called and offered an earlier visit.Matt and his team came out and after digging a bit to figure out what the exact issue might be, they quickly diagnosed and got my AC unit up and running again.They were efficient, friendly, and affordable.Highly recommended.

My management company called them and they contacted me within minutes. They said they couldnt get someone to me until 5:00-5:30 but they called back a few minutes later and said they had someone in the area and he arrived 10 minutes later. They had my heat going in minutes!

I called in a panic when the AC stopped putting out cold air (after a power bump). Matt answered and explained about a 5 to 10 min delay in the AC unit after losing power (or turning off the AC). He told me to turn on the AC and if it doesnt start cooling to call him back and he will be right over. Well, long story short, he was correct, the AC started cooling. I call back, thank him and said from now on, Solutions will be our goto for all our AC/Heating needs. I need to explain, we have never used Solutions before. These are some really nice people.

We set up an appointment for the next day when he could get all the parts needed. Chris called the next day and asked if he could start on the repairs before our scheduled appointment, of course! The team took precautions to reduce or eliminate contact exposure while in our home for both the estimate and installation. We had a couple of zoned heating and air units installed. I was AMAZED at the level of service I received from Solutions Heating & Air!! We had our AC go out late one evening with the temps in the upper 80s, and when I called in the next morning, they were able to send someone out within an HOUR!! This is so important for so many reasons, starting with our young boys who are home during the day. I was honestly just hoping to get them out same day if possible, and I had also expected to call multiple companies in hopes to get any one out that day.When the technician came out, Steven was friendly, and approachable. I called solutions heating and air conditioning at about 3:30 on Saturday afternoon because my air conditioner was not working. of course it was 100° outside. Amanda, I believe her name is, answered the phone when I called Solution’s and was so helpful and kind. They were probably the eighth or ninth company I tried to call with no luck from any of the others.I live in Blair and was not expecting any kind of service on a Saturday afternoon from a company an hour away in Bellevue. Steven Younglove showed up about 5:30pm that same Saturday. He was awesome! He was at my house for about an hour and got everything up and running again. They did not drag their feet to get an extra hour out of me and not only solved the issue I hired them for but solved an underlying issue quickly, cleanly and effectively! Called Solutions Heating and Air main phone at 10:30 pm on a Friday after our air stopped working in 90-100 degree days, (Chris answered the phone!). Was there the next day and we were up on running in no time. We recommend Solutions to everyone now, as Chris was very professional, honest and helpful!

I called Solutions when I realized my furnace was not heating my home with a wind chill of -17 outside! Chris (the owner) called me back & then sent someone over that NIGHT to check things out. It was determined the motor was done. My son brought over some space heaters to get me through the night. Chris called the next morning and said there were no motors for my furnace in Omaha. He said he would bring over additional heaters and over night a motor for the next day. OK HERES WHERE IT GETS NUTS! Chris called me back & said he was on his way to St Joe MO because they had my motor in stock. He drove to St Joe 1 1/2hrs one way in icy cold conditions to pick up my part. Who does that for their customers? I have never met nor done business with Chris prior to this. So in my world he gets an A+++ for customer service.! He deserves your business.
