All Hi-Tech has done my furnace and AC maintenance and made minor repairs when needed. Always good work and reasonable prices. They also recently installed a new hot water heater when ours went out. It was done within a day!

This is my first time to leave the google review. I had an appointment with them this morning to fix my furnace. Faisal Muhammad and another coworker are really professional. They identified and fixed the problem very fast--about 20 mins. They are very very honest. They told me that I only needed to change a part. I even asked them whether I needed to change my whole furnace. They told me that no. Thank you so much!---All Hi-Tech Heating! My room is warm now. It really worth waiting.Update: Faisal Muhammad and his coworker replaced the part for me last week. They have done a fantastic job. Faisal found a small broken item inside of the furnace while he was trying to replace the part. He told me that he will come back again to put a new small item back to the furnace. Two days later, they came back again and put a new small item back to the furnace. When I was about to grab the check and ask them how much I should write on the check. Faisal told me that it was free. Can you believe that? Yes, they are awesome. They are professional, honest, and super nice. I highly recommend them to anyone. I no longer need worry about furnace problem because All Hi-Tech Heating is my future must-go-to company.

I have been working with All Hi-Tech Heating and Air Conditioning since 2018. Their first call to my house was on a VERY hot day just before our party started and the air conditioning went out. They were at my house in no time and had the problem fixed before anyone arrived. They have since come out twice yearly to inspect my units and just this week to repair my furnace. They have an amazing communication system that lets you know when they are on their way and there is constant updating. They keep the area clean, are very conscientious, and will always tell you all your options. On the last visit, I suggested that maybe we should replace the furnace. Faisal told me we had more good years from the furnace and just needed to replace two parts. I really trust these guys! We have worked with two other companies for our yearly inspections and every year they wanted to replace things that often were very expensive. I never felt like they were trustworthy, All Hi-Tech had my trust from the first time they came out.

Very professional, honest, and customer friendly.All Hi-Tech did the repair on AC unit with a condensation problem. Faisal (from my All Hi-Tech) called and informed me ahead of my appointment time that he is on the way. He completed the repair well with in the estimated time, saved me a good amount of $s by preserving existing Freon, and explained to me how I can use my unit efficiently to lengthen its life. The place was left in a clean state.Highly recommended, and will definitely work them in future!

Im a realtor and I pay to have them clean and service the furnace in each home I list for sale so its certified and ready and they are always honest and do a wonderful job. Inevitably with all other HVAC companies Ive used, they try and up bid the job with this or that and so then I have to go looking for another company. When I struck on All-High Tec, that never happened. So Im a client for as long as they are a service provider. I highly recommend them because they are so true to their word.

They showed up on time and fixed the issue with furnace and serviced it really well. They took their time doing the job. They are very honest. They found the issue with the furnace really quick and they did not even charge for that. They also advised me on several things. I used All Hi-Tech for furnace maintenance and tune-up and found them to be very thorough. They cleaned up the furnace, tuned it up, looked at the exhaust system, thermostat, vents, carbon monoxide levels etc. Faisal (from All Hi-Tech) was friendly and explained me some features that I could make use of to lower my bills and stuff I dont need to worry about. I definitely felt like I was talking to someone who understood furnaces quite well about and was committed to provide me a great service. Based on my experience, I will highly recommend All Hi-Tech.

I had a very positive experience with All Hi-Tech Heating & Air Conditioning. Given a last minute item that arose during the sale of my home, I was forced to find someone to service my furnace on the 4th of July. All Hi-Tech was highly recommended by a friend and I called the company on the 3rd of July in order to plead for some help on the holiday. Faisal was incredibly understanding and quickly jumped in to help. His inspection and service was thorough and professional and, despite the beautiful holiday outside and his other plans for the day, he spent lots of time with me discussing his findings and suggesting important repairs. I would recommend All Hi-Tech to anyone that wants to deal with a professional and has immediate or preventative maintenance furnace needs.

I had a someone else to come and do the furnace cleaning in the past I wasn’t very impressed with they work. Then I called All hi Tech Heating, they did an excellent job tuning my furnace. They cleaned it well and serviced all the parts need servicing. They took their time doing so. They are honest group of people. I highly recommend them.

I sent pictures of my furnace days before the cleaning appointment, but on the day of my appointment, the technician was late and then I was told that he doesnt have the right equipment. What have you guys being doing before? Was it that hard to take an actual look of the pictures before my appointment? Waste of time.

Id been having and intermittent problem with my furnace not coming on when it should. I had a guy from a different company out to look at the problem. He charged me for the visit but didnt know how to fix the issue.When I described the problem to Faisal from All Hi-Tech he immediately knew it was my pressure switch and got me the part right away. My furnace it now running perfectly again. He saved me time, money (probably $200+ for installation), and the uncertainly for calling someone else who may or may not have known what they are doing.Finally its just great to talk to experts who know their stuff! These guys are pros. It you have a problem, call them.

These people are amazing. I called for a repair toward the end of the day. It could not be scheduled the same day as the tech was busy already, so Kim got all deteals about my issue, called her technician and they suggested ways I may be able to fix the problem myself. 3 days before Christmas, company at the house and the furnace wont work. I called at 11am, they were here before 2pm. Very knowedgeable, very professional. Even showed me how to correct if the same thing happens again. No trying to sell me a maintenance plan, other work etc. Could not be happier. Oh yeah, and no extra charge for Saturday service call.

Weekend call; furnace wasnt working. They came promptly and it was a simple, yet not obvious battery problem with thermostat. They gave us a substantial break on the price which was very nice of them to do. Very friendly, well call them again for our next servicing.

Great service and friendly staff I called on a Sunday evening and The technician was on the phone FaceTimeing with me diagnosing the problem late on Sunday for over an hour. I like the level of professionalism .

Urnace stopped working at 11pm Friday night. We started smelling gas and the pilot wasnt turning on. I sent a txt message to Faisal to see if he could help. He promptly responded and asked me to send a picture of the furnace and then asked me one question and BAM he knew exactly what the problem was. He told me hed be in the next day (Saturday, which is a day he does not work) at 10:30 am. He called me in the morning and told me he was coming early which was awesome because we were cold! He showed up and within 15-20 he was done. Gave me advice about filters and other important maintenance tips.Super knowledge and efficient.
