Great experience for shipping an international package! I had initially gone to FedEx, but it was expensive, about $270 for a 10kg/22lb medium size flat rate box, and they require you to call customer service to get an EEI number which seems so unnecessarily complicated. After multiple calls led nowhere, I decided to check UPS, which actually quoted a better price ($160 for the same box) and it was very easy, I got it all done within 15 minutes. They have a partnership with USPS for the international shipping. Excellent customer service, good prices, efficient and professional.

I visit this UPS near weekly and the service here is always courteous and professional. Caleb is super helpful and all the staff have positive energy. I’ve also done Notary services here which were hassle free and super efficient especially during this Covid time. Have also shipped packages to multiple countries in Asia and all arrive quickly and on time. This is our go to UPS branch. Thank you!

Ive come here a few times now before covid and during covid for notary, shipping, and drop off for returns, and every time has been stellar. I like that they have a fancy line for waiting outside the place during covid times. It lets me distance very well and they were wicked fast for my return so I was out of there in no time!

Called to get status of a package. guy who picked up was reluctant to help for a very basic ask. hung up on me too. if youre going to help me, you might as well do it without an attitude.

Their staff changed recently not courteous anymore! disappointed !

I have always had such great experiences here as i ship quite a bit. new staffer yelled at me - loud, to the point of frightening . He was flustered because he couldnt get an address correct, and I was flustered because it was taking so long. But being screamed at to the point of fear, is totally unacceptable. I wont return - FEDEX for everything . unacceptable

The female staff at the store was horribly rude when I went to get my documents notarized this afternoon. She asked me to wait on the side when I was diligently waiting in the queue. This is terrible customer experience!!!

Tip Top Service.I had to rush print a document across the state for a colleague. They treated my urgency with calm service and put my mind at ease. The document was printed in a VERY quick fashion given the urgency, and had it ready for my colleague promptly. They even called me back to let me know that the documents were picked up by my colleague.Hands down this is the best interaction with a quick print service Ive ever had. Thanks UPS Bellevue.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes this UPS Store location is very busy with lots of walk-in customers queued up. I am a regular customer and the average waiting time I have experienced over the years is under 1 minute. This location rents mailboxes, receives deliveries, packs and ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS, makes photocopies, and sends and receives faxes. The staff are always cheerful and efficient.

Extremely helpful at one task (sorting, packing, and send old photos and memorabilia to me). But sat on a package from Amazon for over a month before notifying me about it. I assumed it was on its way to me. So mixed service level. But we are staying with them.

Ive used this place for years (off, then back again recently) mainly for receiving all the packages I get. I get stuff from more than just Amazon, otherwise Id just use an Amazon Locker (there are multiple ones local to me), but this lets me get packages from anywhere, even when they have to be signed for. They have multiple box sizes to fit different budgets and needs. The boxes are in front, so at night they can pull down the metal screen and you get a door code to still be able to access your box 24/7. If whatever comes in fit in the box, you can get it any time. If not, you just wait until they open. Theyre even open until mid-afternoon on Saturday, which is great. Helpful, friendly staff. Parking can get super crowded at times.

DO NOT GO THIS PLACE. I PAID $108.00 TO 2ND DAY A 9 LB PACKAGE TO NY. THE LADY THERE MISLED ME AND MY PACKAGE WONT BE IN NY FOR 10 DAYS!! I SHIPPED A SUIT SO I CAN GET IT DRY CLEANED BEFOR A WEDDING I HAVE TO GO TO. I JUST CAME FROM UNITED STATES POSTAL AND I COULD HAVE OVERNIGHTED IT FOR $104.00!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT GO HERE. GO DIRECTLY TO UPS OR THE POST OFFICE. THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT

Overall it is not that bad as many other post offices. But still need to wait there for nothing.... Finally found a better shipping solution. The service is called Kiwiship, a MUST check out!

After experiencing frustration with other couriers, I only use UPS if possible. With all the shipments (sending or receiving) I did with UPS, it never failed its missions, I believe it will continue to deliver.

They employee a notary, but good luck getting in to see him. I called ahead and was told his hours, but when I showed up, I was told I had to wait another half hour because he had gone to get the mail. There is supposedly another notary in crossroads, go there and save yourself some time.
