I wish I could give 0 stars. People Beware!They will charge you extra for Customs, which is not mentioned prior to booking.Once you pay them, they will not help you track your shipment (online tracking does not work of course: website is broken out).I had to call 20 people to ask for the status of my shipment, as it was 5 days over ETA. But, everyone said, its not their department, and the designated people never pick up.!BEWARE
