I was referred to Air Van by my sister, who used them and recommended them. Air Van was very quick in answering all my questions. Our movers were brilliant. We had a lot of belongings to move. They showed up a few minutes early and worked so hard all day to move our belongings to a new place faster than the estimated. Movers were polite, respectful, and professional and took great care of our things. They exceeded our expectations. The only surprise we got was that the move took less time than estimated. Thank you so much to all of you guys. Youve been accommodating and made our move quick, stress-free, and painless. If we ever need moving services in the future, we know who to call. I was looking for a moving company in Bellevue, as were moving to the West Bellevue area in Washington. This is the first time Ive used a full service moving company and was hesitant to let a company pack my belongings and take them to another state. Unfortunately with our busy schedules we were forced to rely on a moving company. I called multiple companies before contacting Air Van. After speaking with them on the phone I made my choice to use their services. From beginning to end the experience was amazing and stress free (minus my own worrying). We really love the Bellevue area and are so happy we picked Air Van to get us there. Big thanks to the team at air van. Everyone from the office staff to the movers that showed up were awesome!

Air Van moved me into my new apartment yesterday and did a wonderful job! The crew put extra effort into protecting the floors and walls between having the experience and the right equipment to keep things moving smoothly and safely. They were so respectful of my space that they even asked each time before using the restroom. My things arrived quickly and safely all while the crew maintained good spirits keeping my stress down.

Absolutely the worst moving experience of my life. We hired North American to handle our move across the country, based on their reputation. Well, they may want to disassociate themselves with Air Van Moving out of Bellevue, Wa. We were moving from, Seattle, Wa to Pennsylvania. Air Van (hired by North American) picked up all of our household goods on, 01/10/2017, Here we are today, 05/22/17 and I am still sleeping on a mattress on the bedroom floor because we still have not received all of our stuff, after months of continuous phone calls and e-mails. When I do actually get to talk to somebody in the office, I get nothing but lies, Ive been told my things were left in Ohio because the driver got knocked off for being overweight so, they had to leave it in storage facility there. Yet another lie because they now say they had to ship it from Tocama, WA. Which means it never even left the state of Washington. Then I was threatened to be charged a storage fee for the things that THEY left behind. I was finally able to speak with the Vice President, Steve Wynn, on the phone (after hiding behind e-mails & office staff), his solution was to hang up on me. However long it takes, this company & staff will be reported to every agency/bureau, even if it takes as long as, this move is still taking. Please, very seriously consider other options for your moving needs.
