I had a screen replaced here. 100 days later the screen died. iGSM would not take the screen back. I asked them to open it up because I was sure the screen was defective. They refused to even examine the phone.I had another business, iBreak U Fix It examine the screen and even they told me it was defective. I argued with iGSM on the phone for an hour and they said they would not take the screen back as it was outside of 90 days, even though it was a factory defect.Really, I should have returned the screen immediately as I could tell when I turned it on that the OLED screen was low quality. The color in the screen, in particular black is very faded compared to an OEM screen. My screen from iBreak U Fix It is much nicer and probably won’t die after 100 days and if it does, they’ll take it back.

Not super friendly, overcharged. Got my old messages from my broken screen phone back but the configurations really messed with my new phone, as all apps and other settings were also downloaded back. Wouldnt recommend

I brought an old tablet to iGSM that stopped charging a few years ago due to a broken port. Id tried sending it to another shop out of state that shall remain nameless. They kept it for 4 months, wouldnt answer the phone or emails, and finally sent it back - still partially open 😧 - saying it was unrepairable. 😡Fast forward a few weeks and I decide to send it to JT at iGSM. He was immediately responsive, told me when I could bring it in, quickly checked it out, and told me when he could get it back to me, and how much it would cost. He delivered on every promise and within days returned a repaired, chargeable tablet that made me remember why Id loved it so much all those years ago.Since the pandemic started and weve had to rely on doing transactions and services remotely and trusting businesses to operate as well by phone and online as they did in person, customer service has become even more important. iGSM has been a welcome bright spot in this dark, pandemic-affected period for doing what they said theyd do, when they said theyd do it, at the price they said theyd do it for.If youre on the fence about using them for your phone/tablet/other electronics needs, dont be: they know their stuff and theyre the real deal. 👍🏾

I cant say enough about this business. I have been coming here for years with Samsung cellphone and iPhone repairs and they always take care of me, end of story. The owners are nice, and straight to the point.I usually come in without an appointment and see if if they have the parts I accidentally broke on my iPhone, or any phone really, and they quote for time of repair, how long it would take, costs, and if I really wanna bother with it.They also warranty the work they provide, so for a small business that does such goes a long way. They repair more than just phones, and they have been in business so long I check with them first if any of my phones are out of the manufacturers warranties.

Theres free parking in their lot at a busy area of old downtown Bellevue. They replaced the cracked screen in an hour and my phone works great. Usually don’t post about services but this takes the cake. Brought an IPhone XS Max that had a broken back glass in for repair along with the charger port. Kept calling to add more parts that I needed which I totally understand. I show up to pick it up and they told me that there were software issues that were making it reboot and lag abnormally which I would normally not have any problems with. After a software reset the phone didn’t improve. Even worse was that they handed it back to me saying I’d be able to trade it in without problems. I had the housing changed and the Apple employees told me that the power button was damaged as well, which I had never had problems with before. Sticking with Apple Care from now on

Did a good job with my phone but it cost a pretty penny. Further more, not one employee wore their mask. Its not even that they didnt have one, they just had it on their chin. Theres also no type of check but they make you sign in with names and phone numbers as if they could just tell by looking at you if you were sick but once again, they didnt wear their mask.

Unprofessional service at its best. The guy throws my package on the floor and kicks it to slide on its side while its labeled fragile, this side up. Im pretty sure not an issue with being educated but rather illiterate mindset. He noticed me carrying the box with both hands but didnt even have the courtesy to open the door to let me out.

Homepage of their website says cost to replace S9 PLUS Cracked Screen $229, when I called in they quoted $320. Then I offered to bring my own part and ask them to labor only, and lady on phone verbally attacked me for suggesting such a thing. Then she hung up on me! This is the 2nd time I have used iGSM. They seem very capable of fixing any issue with a cell phone. The first time, I needed a charging port replaced. This time, with a different phone, I needed the battery replaced. They got the part in a single day and installed and tested the new battery in about an hour. I find them to be so highly reliable that I am willing to drive to Bellevue from Seattle to utilize them.

Great establishment! Repair all sorts off devices. Perfectly repaired my galaxy s9 plus screen ( galaxy s9+ *for Google searches*). Very happy with the staff, the price is 100% worth the care they take with your device and it hardly took any time at all to get done, about ~ 1 hour once I dropped it off.

Very rude! I purchased something on wish and went there to pick it up. And they are very impatient from beginning before I say a word. After they gave me my package, I tried to open the package, and they ask me to leave immediately saying they need me to step out for other customer. The problem is there is no one there and no one outside the store. I dont understand why they have to be so rude, opening the package will only take like 10 seconds.

I contacted several companies to get an estimate on repairs for my laptops broken hinge, and iGSM was the only one to give me a response that was more than a couple of words and included an actual price range. The job was done quickly and the computer looks great. The price for the repair was very reasonable. Totally worth the trip from Seattle to use this business and Ill definitely return for any future repairs.

They are nice but let me tell your what happened with my phone after they replaced the screen. I have a OnePlus 6T1. The top speaker of the phone is a little bit jammed so its hard to hear when talking on the phone.2. The phone starts aggressively blinking in low brightness. It flashes white faster as the brightness decreases.3. Its very hard to type on the keyboard as now i make a lot of mistakes because of the capacitive input delay.4. I constantly need to restart my phone because once i touch the phone with a little wet hand the phone does not take touch input precisely.Personally, i understand a device is no longer the same after a part is replaced but it cant be this bad. Also the bezels on the new screen are slightly larger.Also they asked for my password after they are done. I mean why do you need my password if you are just replacing the screen? When i told them that i can come and type down my password and wait there until they are done, they did not want that and told me if i dont give my password then my phone is gonna be ready in 2 more hours.

We went and met someone at the store to have our Galaxy S7 Edge looked at and she was very nice and helpful.She asked us about the issues and explained why they might be happening, told us up front about the potential costs, and gave good advice on alternative solutions.

I got in touch with them to repair a broken hinge on my laptop. All they did was glue it back and charged $109 for it. They didn’t do a very good job, it looks very messy and they scratched few places around it too. I wont suggest going to this place for broken hinges. I was never offered multiple cost effective options as told by the owner. I was just told this is what we are going to do and we have to keep it overnight. I did not expect the job to look this messy for such a high price.

I came in with my screen fully removed from my iPhone. After a full night of drinking two friends and myself decided to repair my cracked screen ourselves. Now one may not realize at first, but three intoxicated people with tiny screws and broken glass don’t mix well. Someone came in on their day off out of genuine kindness and fixed my mess and I’m so grateful.

After almost 3 years my battery life had gotten pretty bad. I got the battery replaced at iGSM and to my dismay my battery life actually got worse. I sent them an angry email about it. They were calm and professional and said it must have been a bad battery and theyd already ordered a new one for me. The next week I got a message that my new battery was in. The second replacement went smoothly and completely free of charge and now my phone is working great.I would definitely use them again.

JT did an amazing job with my MacBook battery replacement. I called all around the Eastside to different computer repair shops and nobody could get me a battery as quickly as JT for a competitive price. This place is pretty awesome! My Samsung phone stop charging for some reason. I went to T-Mobile and they told me theres no way of just fixing the charging port. They said i may have some water damaged also and getting a replacement is not a guaranteed. He said that my best option is to do an upgrade with a better plan that I currently have. I left T-Mobile, googled and found this place. The guy at the desk did a great job explaining to me what needed to be done to fix it. An hour and a half later, my phone is fixed!!!!! Took in my phone for screen and earpiece replacement. Both were fixed and service was good.However wireless charging stopped working. I managed to fix that myself by pushing the back cover in properly. Then I noticed the rear camera and LED are not working. Had to take it in to fix it (no charge) because when they put it back together, it was not done right.These guys are great for getting the phone fixed but it would be nice if they would put it back together properly. I was told since the phone was locked they couldnt test it, but if I knew that, I would have removed the pin before dropping it off the first time.Overall, I would go back if I needed my phone fixed but will test everything when picking it up.

To be very honest and upfront--these people are crooks. They replaced my friend’s iPhone X screen twice and both replacements were defective leaving her with a malfunctioning display on her phone. I have heard in the past not to go to this shop as they use inadequate and low quality parts but was being open-minded as my friend was their customer. These people were the most dishonest people I have ever met. They were very defensive for absolutely no reason, admitted to using unauthentic parts and claimed they’ve disputed chargebacks before--no surprise there. Please don’t go here. It will be an economical loss as a customer. Go to the Apple store in Bellevue and they will personally tell you of the horror stories their customers have been through.

Since I discovered IGSM wireless I have used them for all my repair needs. I have had multiple phones factory unlocked by them with no problems. Much better than any online service. I highly recommend this company.

My phones screen broke while on vacation in Chile. The phone repair shop attendants in Santiago all told me the same thing: that my phone was unfixable because the battery had exploded. I couldnt believe it, because the phone was still capable of receiving calls.But after taking it to three different repair shops in Santiago without finding anyone who could fix it, I had all but given up hope. Still, I kept the phone with me just in case I happened across a competent local phone repair shop staffed by experts who could fix it.In Seattle, still thinking my phone was as good as dead, and being inches away from tossing it, I decided to bring it by iGSM. Going into it, I had zero expectations. JT took one look at my phone, and contrary to what three different phone repair places in Chile had all told me, miraculously said my phone could be fixed. I told JT I had to leave the country in a few days, and he agreed to have it fixed by the very next day.True to his word, JT called me the following day to say my phone was now fully working. I was very pleased to hear it. I paid $100 to iGSM for a front screen assembly replacement, $40 for a battery replacement, and $40 for the 1-day turnaround. All in all, $180 on a 1-day turnaround was much better than paying no less than $600 for a new phone replacement.

I brought in 2 phones to be fixed, a screen on one and a charging port on the other. Everything was great, until it wasnt. 4months after the repair the screen went out on the phone that had a new screen put on. 6 months after the repair, the charging port is going out on the phone that had a new charging port put in.
