I saw first hand all the other complaints people have about this location but I dont want to pile on. My complaint is that they did not collect/store samples correctly and therefore one of my tests came back inconclusive. I had to go in again to provide my specimens. I am not sick and need this for official work. I cant imagine this ordeal if I were sick. They did not even bother to call me and best of luck getting in touch with someone over the phone. I had to go back in and request they look into it. After going back and forth with the doctor, they agreed that they do not need a new order. I am not even expecting customer service, just results from a professional lab corporation.

Absolutely terrible. Called and the phone system says they take lunch from 12:15-1:15. Np, I arrive at 11:50 for a drug test and they say they can’t help me because they go on lunch in 10 minutes @ noon. The front desk chick has 0 interest in trying to accommodate me.. I tried to call to avoid this. 0/10 service 0/10 people skills.

I never leave reviews. But I made an appointment at 12:15, not only did they schedule me DURING their lunch, they wouldnt even open the door to tell me so! I had to sit in my car and -wait- to see if -hopefully- someone would come out or in. Eventually they let people in, the reservation/appointment I made was canceled, and Im treated as a walk in when I clearly made an appointment. Thats not right at all. Do better.

I came in for a drug test (urine). The receptionist told me to wait in my car because it was full in there. I found that quite odd because at the place I usually go by my house they insist once you enter the building you cannot leave. Im thinking it was just so covid-19 precaution people were trying to stand 6 feet away and it could only hold about 5 people in that waiting room. Other than that everything was great. The lady told me Stand here. Heres your cup go to bathroom and shut the door you know after emptying my pockets, leaving my jacket, purse, keys in a cubby. Even though the place looks full. With 5 people in there I was seen within 5 minutes! So I give them five stars for there quickness!!! I was literally in and out within 7 minutes! Usually I have to wait almost an hour if Im doing a drug screening near my home. Amazing!

It is usually busy here and so be prepared to wait at least 30 mins. There is limited seating inside and not sufficient space to maintain social distancing. They did not provide sanitizers which was strange. Though the staff was courteous and my process went fairly smooth once it started. Their timings have changed a bit so will make sense to give a call before you go!

They have an online option to book appointments ahead of time. They also have a kiosk when you walk in so you can check in with ease. The staff was super friendly and efficient. The phlebotomist that took my blood was so gentle I didn’t bruise at all. I had a wonderful non-painful experience and would definitely recommend this branch to others!

The lady at the front desk is rude and not willing to answer any questions. We are paying for the service what you guys provide which includes how you treat the people coming in. I’m glad that there is another LabCorp which handles patients in a nicer way. I don’t recommend going here.

Scheduled an appointment at 10:30 am and ended up waiting another 30 minutes to pee in a cup, front desk lady Henrietta Afful had me write down my account info and somehow lost it by the time we went to fill out the information to the back of the lab. I told her that was very unprofessional and it took her another 5 minutes to go back and find it in her probably unorganized desk, I get that the people working here work with pee and poo, but if you want a job in the professional medical field at least treat patients right to get good feedback.

Worst experience. People who were there before were wonderful, but the lady who is behind front desk must not know what shes doing. She is also very rude. Every time we have an appointment but end up waiting another 30 minutes. Why do they even have appointment system when they are useless. Front desk person has been replaced. But the biggest problem is LABCORP just is not positioning more people at this location. Sometimes there is only ONE PERSON who is doing everything from receptionist to the person who is drawing blood. Company probably make covid as excuses, but it probably is not. With such a short staffed location, there will definitely be problems arising from the reason. WORST COMPANY whos definitely going to go out of business someday.

Really horrible service. They couldn’t draw blood a third time, all tried by the same person and the receptionist simply comes and tells me it is company’s policy that I need to come back again. Apparently, a third attempt needs to be done by a different person. For no fault of mine, I need to waste another 2 hrs to go back to this place.

Front desk woman is extremely rude. Arrived 20 min before lunch and she yelled at me that they couldn’t draw my blood. I called beforehand to make sure they could accommodate me and no one picked up the phone. She was turning away people with appointments.

I made an appointment over a week ago, paid in advance for my labs. I get there, and the girl at the desk tells me theyre on lunch, no one is here to help you. I ask why would you let someone schedule an appointment for this time if no one will be seen? She replied, I cant answer your questions right now, Im on lunch, and per company policy, answering your questions is working, and Im not supposed to be working right now. ....seems like a shady practice to take peoples money and schedule them for appointment times theyre not going to be seen for. I drove over half an hour to get to this location. Now I have to pull teeth to get my money back from this company!

This place is NOT clean. I don’t know how they are allowed to operate. When I came to draw my blood the assistant touched my vein with a finger with no glove on after what I asked politely to put gloves on. The chair top had human hair on it and not only one, unfortunately. The assistant took a cotton tissue to use and put it right next to the hair that was on the chair! I asked if it is possible not to put tissue on top of the chair top and if a different one tissue could be used. With the glove that he was going to use on me he picked up the dirty tissue and threw it away. I asked him to change the gloves again.

This is a review of the staff and horrible customer service at this location. Labcorp itself is a great company that makes scheduling and obtaining labwork conveniently and accurately. My hope is that Labcorp responds to this review, as well as the numerous prior reviews regarding the horrible customer service at this location.If you go and get your labwork done at this location, be prepared for rude and hostile behavior, snide and condescending remarks, and horrible customer service. You will be made to feel like you are inconveniencing the staff here by getting your lab work done here. Instead, go to any of the other locations for great customer service and an easy check-in process.Although, I made a reservation for my appointment three days prior, it was not honored. I was told that I was late despite checking in at the kiosk at my scheduled appointment time and finishing one minute later. When I tried to address this with the staff, the staff told me me too bad and that I had to wait in the normal queue. When I showed them a confirmation email and text of my appointment time, they disregarded it, and told me that somehow it was my fault but not checking in correctly at the kiosk. While I was waiting, I observed horrible customer service (agitated tone, snide and rude remarks, etc.) directed at anyone who checked in at the door, even little old ladies. After 30 minutes passed, I was called to the front desk. I presented them my electronic lab requisition slip on my phone. The front desk staff automatically told me that I needed to fax it into them or forget being seen. When I tried to explain that other Labcorp locations have been able to process my labs this way, I was basically told that I was lying. I tried to show the staff my requisition slip with the order number and the labwork codes, but they refused to even glance at it. They mentioned that it would take too long to enter in all the codes (despite only one lab test being ordered). This has never been an issue for me in the 10+ years that Ive been going to Labcorp. My appointment was then cancelled. At this point, I walked away, as I couldnt continue to tolerate their demeaning behavior and attitude.I do not recommend going to this location. Id prefer to draw my own labwork rather than go to this location ever again. The staff here need to take customer service 101. This kind of behavior should not be tolerated.

This is an awesome place considering the many people visiting and getting the lab work, drug test, and other tasks. Friendly and great people and doing their best. Front desk personnel is awesome !! She rocks and the team is great !!! People come thinking staff can read their minds or know what their doctors are doing, not !!!

The last two times I went, I gave up and left after waiting 30 minutes on a weekday morning. The first time was at the Overlake Tower, the second time at 1310 116th Ave NE. At the smaller location they have one receptionist and one person drawing blood. The waiting room was full, as in every chair. The line was not moving. I just cant support a business that chooses to staff so poorly that people have to wait so long. I hope that management sees these bad reviews and does something about staffing.

Made an appointment online for 9am. Seemed to not make a difference as I ended up in the same waiting process as walk ins and wasnt seen until 9:30. One woman is responsible for handling the incoming traffic for check-in, ID verification, looking up and answering questions for people about their tests or costs on top of managing the waiting list. The office can benefit from some automation for check in or another staff member.

LOST LOST LOST LOST my lab sample. I have cardiac problems and it took 24 hours to collect. All I get is an answering machine. They don’t return messages. THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY. Not only are they incompetent but they were rude. I have the sample to the guy with a ponytail.

Opposite of friendly. I called up to ask if they’re open because the previous two I went earlier were closed, the lady on phone just laughed.When I reached the lab, she was extremely rude. There was another gentleman who came right after me and she was polite. I could definitely sense some racism here.

They dont know how to draw blood. Ive visited 50 different places to get my blood drawn for various reasons, only this facility couldnt find my veins. Put the needle in muscle and they were moving it here and there to rip my muscle. Also be ready for early closure for no reasons on any day. They dont know how their online portal works. They cant assist on that. I hate the fact that my doctor sends me to them. I try to visit overlake instead for better response.

I dont know her name, but the nurse here is fantastic. Ive had blood drawn by at least a dozen different nurses and shes by far the best of all. I dont know how she does it, but my blood draw is fast and pain free every time!

Went to get ua for new job. The lady behind the counter was rude and unprofessional. There was standing room only. After 2.5 hours of waiting we could hear all the staff laughing and talking in the back including the lady that should have been out front at counter. Someone waiting to get seen was a nurse and said she could pull blood from everyone in there in ten min. I said Im just waiting to take ua. She said that you just go to bathroom and fill cup. I let her know they told me to sit down and wait. She said thats crazy and to go get someone. I went in back and they asked what I needed and I told them Ive been waiting hours to take ua. They said oh yeah just go to bathroom and put name and birth date on cup and fill it up and leave on counter. Could not believe I waited that long to do that by my self. To top it off, the lady at the front counter must not know about hippa laws. She was confirming a patients personal info and the paitient was in seating area and she just starts blurting out her personal info from across the room. Her address, Dr name etc. What a joke!!!!

Exceptionally unsafe place. I’d not even feel safe buying grocery from a similar looking place, putting a side allowing them to draw blood from my body. Not sure how could this be a licensed lab. There was a guy who works there that seemed under drug effect or mentally unstable.

Avoid this lab completely!!! I wish I had read the awful reviews about this place before taking my poor children here. The woman who worked here was completely unprofessional and incompetent. My children are now more terrified of their shots, thanks to our disturbing experience here. This woman had no idea how to show any kindness for children afraid of needles. She also made so many mistakes that I asked her to stop as I doubted she even knew what she was doing. I have laid a formal complaint. I believe this place has closed down recently but I am appalled this place was even allowed to operate. Disgusting!

I came here on a Saturday for a pre employment drug test at 11 and apparently they stop doing that at some point in the day and dont tell anyone on line or there phone message. The nurse lady had such a horrible attitude and treated me like I was the one with the issue. Like I was supposed to know that they have a deadline for me to pee in a cup. Just be warned if you come here for a pee test. Call! Otherwise your driving downtown Seattle. So stupid situation. Labcorp has always caused issues with me. Cant stand this company. They dont know how to communicate to their customers.

This place is slow, dirty, old, inefficient, and a waste of your time. Came in middle of the day and there were 6 people waiting and only ONE person helping everyone who was acting as the receptionist AND taking all the blood and urine samples and she kept saying how that happens all the time and is the norm! There is a lot to say about this place.I called twice and left voicemails on separate days about if there are cut off times for specimens screenings and if I need printed or digital paperwork. No one contacted me back and when I arrived I was told I had to leave because it was almost 11am, which they stop pre employment screenings then, and start again at 1pm. I even went to my car to call them after seeing there were multiple employees inside the building and no one picked up the phone, again.The first employee I spoke to earlier in the day was fairly hard and sarcastic as if my predicament didnt matter to her. I was taken aback by the lack of compassion or care. The employee I spoke to upon returning was quite nice and let us know we could wait in our cars while they went through the list and would text me when it was my time. The employee who even took my specimen and testing was kind and comfortable with engaging in small talk.Overall, I am not happy about how I couldnt get ahold of anyone at this center which would have helped me schedule and plan better knowing any cut off times as well as the attitude of some staff members is unprofessional. I live rather far from any testing site and didnt have much of a choice but to stay in the parking lot for over two hours until they started testing again. Then I waited an extra hour on top of that for a walk in appointment.I would highly recommend reserving a spot or coming in early in the morning.
