Clean facility, friendly staff. Appointments are recommended, although they do try to fit in walk-ins for whole blood donations.

Wow. This place was so accommodating and comfortable. Covid precautions are definitely in place, all areas were cleaned immediately, and everyones bedside manner was great. Ive donated blood across the country, and seriously this has been the best experience Ive had at a donation center. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Huge shout out to (future MD) Alex, your attitude will definitely be a blessing in the medical field.

The worse experience EVER!!! I was going to donate for the very first time today, the lady at the desk was soooooo RUDE! I registered and made an appt online, but when I get there they are asking for all my information that I registered with online. They stated that it is two different programs and they dont talk to each other. That seems fishy for a healthcare facility, it is 2021 and the programs cant speak to each other. I was very uncomfortable and expressed that along with the fact that my identity has been compromised in the past yet they didnt seem to care. I canceled by appt and will never schedule with these folks again, I will find another place that actually cares to donate blood.

Great place to donate blood. All staff are nice and friendly. Its comfortable and you get to eat snacks and drinks after your donation. This is how blood donations go: First fill out the QuickPass Questionnaire before entering blood center. Show person at desk your ID drivers license, and QR code from QuickPass. Once done they will measure your temperature, blood pressure, blood iron levels, weight. Then they will prepare and start you for blood donation. Very easy and simple procedure. Blood donation lasts about 10 minutes, the entire process lasts about 30 min-1 hourStop by the Canteen for some Juice and Cookies!

The person who did my blood donation was expert. I have small veins, they made it look easy. I dont even have a bruise the following day, my mosquito bites look worse than this. Dont know if others are as good, but it went great for my first time experience.

Highly disappointed, been a regular donor with PSBC, and BWNW. This time they deferred me citing a travel guidance related rule which should have technically blocked me from donating blood ever, their website doesnt clearly call out the guidelines. I dont understand why they cant have questionnaire and follow up questions all taken care of before donors actually go to the center. Waste of time.

The staff is really friendly and helpful here. I went in early on a Saturday morning and it turns out you should make an appointment ahead of time. Fortunately it was slow due to the weather so I was able to get right in. After filling out a short questionnaire I was giving blood and done in about an hour. Be sure to eat and hydrate well before you go!

Dedicated blood donation facility in single story industrial building. Efficient check-in and friendly staff. Tablet for movie watching during donating. Volunteers help with propel water and cookies after.

I needed therapeutic phlebotomies for hemachromatosis and this office acts with zero sense of urgency and its impossible to reach anyone who can help you or have them call you back. With every new prescription for a therapeutic phlebotomy youre told you need to wait up to a week for the medical director to review and approve the prescription. Not helpful at all and I would go elsewhere.

I miss the old Puget Sound Bloodworks that I happily donated to for years. These guys are not good. And if you have an issue or question... good luck resolving it. The rude woman on the phone couldnt be bothered. She said she would call back but never did. It seems they mistakenly had me down for a therapeutic draw (whatever that is) when I was just donating like I always did. They banned me for it but cant seem to amend their mistake or even tell me why they cant, OR WONT, fix their mistake.

Bad experience ever!

Good staff good supervisor. I gave blood 2 times, first time went fine but during the second time, they stick needle into my vein really hard and it made a black mark on my hand and I guess it will last forever. Probably this would make my hand look like the hand of a Junkie now.Anyhow I wont stop caring for cancer patients and I will donate Blood in Future for sure.

Clean facilities. Good cause. The doctors are a hit or miss.Great volunteers that help assist you w refreshments after or even before you donate.

I have donated many times at different blood centers, and several times in Bellevue. The staff at the Bellevue center have always been polite, professional, and cheery. I dont especially enjoy the needle-sticking part of the process, but its never been particularly painful. The facilities are clean and pleasant, and there is plenty of free parking. I make an appointment, and they have always been ready to take me right in.

I previously went in but was turned away. I visited one more time and the whole process was very fast and the person who helped me was very nice and happy (I wish I had caught her name). The supervisor asked to talk to me about a bad review I had given prior to this one and was very nice and obviously felt bad about what happened and wanted to change it so no one experienced the same thing. Definitely a much better experience! Ill be retuning to donate as soon as I can!!

I absolutely love the staff here. Every person makes me feel special and at home while I donate.

This was second time I gave blood at this location. Most of the staff is very courteous and professional but both times i have run into staff that act like I am a patient in a charity ward. Those exceptions are abrupt and curt . This last visit the phlebotomist with that attitude hurt me when she jammed the needle in me.

Painless process for me, super friendly staff to boot.

They called and harassed me without end for 5 months from an unblock-able number. These people are the worst, most annoying, childish people I have ever encountered.

First off, the girl was n such a hurry she went through the vein and into the muscle (that hurt for a couple of days), then by going through the vein I bled out inside so the whole inside of my arm was bruised for 2 weeks...all the way down to my elbow. The place was dirty (trashcans overflowing at the end of each bed) and I was the last appointment of the day so I got to hear the girls complain about the days customers. Very unprofessional overall. Next time Ill just wait until the mobile unit comes back to my office.
