Overall this place has been a mix of good and bad experience. Im sure this can be better if all the people are in sync. I have gone 2 times for the service to this place and have had issues in getting loaner car. The representative on the phone have no idea how long the service takes in the shop and dont offer the loaner. When you reach the shop the time estimates are higher and you are stranded for hours. However, the staff in the shop was helpful explaining the situation. It helps but doesnt solve the problem.
I took my car in for 20000 mile service. My car was ready sooner than promised and they washed it which was great. The location is very easy to get to. John was my service advisor and he was friendly and very helpful. There were no loaner cars available for me but if I had wanted to wait another few days to take my car in there would have been. I wanted my service done before a road trip and was able to make arrangements for pick up/drop off so it was not a problem. I definitely will continue to take my vehicle for service to Audi Bellevue.

I recently had to take my car in for routine service and to repair damage from driving like a race car driver over a giant curb. My service advisor Ricky updated me regularly on the status of my car including additional charges for things that needed to be repaired. He also fixed a cosmetic issue on the side of my car that I had totally ignored for a year. I was allowed to keep my loaner for the days that I needed to as my work schedule did not allow me to get in right away to pick up my car. Overall a pleasant experience.
On impulse, I saw a beautiful used Mercedes SLC300 hardtop convertible that they had advertised. I talked to Melissa on the phone, she was lovely and answered all my questions. When i decided a couple hours later to come in (I live on the island of West Seattle), I didnt let her know as she had asked, so instead Benson helped me out. He is amazing. I fell in love with the car. I indicated to him and Randy how I wanted to do the deal, and they adjusted perfectly to my cadence. Day later, I go to pick it up - it is perfect. Everything is ready. And Benson is just a gem. He laughed that he was an Audi guy who didnt know as much about Mercedes, but I respectfully disagree. He had a quick answer for everything I asked him. And he was funny and genuine, and I can honestly say that was the best car sales experience I have ever had. I wholeheartedly recommend Benson and the co-workers I came into contact with. Wonderful experience and I LOVE my car!

We worked with Daniel purchasing a used Q7. He was very patient in explaining the features of the car. He called as soon as lease return that matched our requirements was arrived and speed it through the certification process to get as out on the road. Daniel is professional and very knowledgable about all of Audi models and systems. We ran the can through the detail process on Daniels weekend days. Arteom facilitated that and went above and beyond making sure the care was cleaned.
If they message you and say they could doappraisal on your car just ignore it its a SCAM.They saw my ad on the internet and messaged me so I go there and without even looking at the car they make an offer which is half the market value.They are just trying to buy cars for cheap and make money. That’s why they message anything they see on the internet and hopingsomeone accepts the low offer thinking that it’s a decent offer since it’s Audi dealership.Also there was no need for me to go there if he was gonna make the offer without looking at the car.

I recently brought my Audi in for its 40K service and Daniel Eskildsen was my service advisor; he has been the past couple of times I brought my car in. Each time, he has provided quality customer service. He is very thorough with explaining everything and ensures you are taken care of. He is also prompt with giving updates on the status of your car so that you always know what to expect every step of the way. My service experience at Audi Bellevue has always been excellent. The Audi tech broke a hose to my radiator and they won’t take responsibility for it. Janelle Keller the service director was gaslighting me. Proper protocol when your tech isn’t careful would be paying for the part. It was broken when you received my car it wasn’t quoted with my diagnosis so that should be on you guys!
Our sales person, Tan Tran, was a wonderful person to work with at Audi Bellevue. He was so helpful, energetic and positive. We werent even at Audi Bellevue to buy an Audi; we were there to look at a Mazda that they had. He was so knowledgeable and thorough while helping us inspect the Mazda and test drive it. The entire process with Audi Bellevue was smooth. When we are ready for our dream Audi A4 we will definitely give Tan a call. We cant imagine working with any other salesperson. Tan Tran is the best!

However, scheduling service appointments with a call center representative can take a lot of time. And for some reason, their online scheduling/call-back system doesn’t work correctly to reserve a time. - Overall experience with this dealership over the years has been great!
Recently bought a vehicle here. The salesman Tan was great to work with, went above and beyond during and after. The overall buying experience was not great dealership wise, but Tan made up for it and was always available making sure everything was right and I was happy. Sold me a car with AC compressor not working and when the car was sold they told me everything was in great condition. Once I realized AC doesn’t work I made multiple calls and trips to get it fixed. I love my car now though once the issue was fixed. I just wish someone told me this before I bought the car. On the repair sheet, they literally said that they were aware of the issues with AC compressor but the car was sold like what .

Audi Service in Bellevue is worth the drive. No nonsense, easy and thorough. Where other dealers shied away from a large, complex warranty repair job, they took it on, were cool and as far as I can tell the car is like new. Will was my service coordinator and he kept in touch as necessary and helped making the whole thing work out so great for me.They have my business.

Making the decision to downsize cars and switch to an electric car was easy, finding a car in stock during the global pandemic and chip shortage not as easy - until I reached out to Audi Bellevue. Diana was awesome, confirmed by phone and text that the car we wanted was on the lot and treated us warmly (even with a toddler in tow) when we arrived. When we realized the charging cable didn’t make it into the car, they brought it to our house the next day (kudos to Josh) - all and all a good experience.

OK, here is my experience purchasing a new Q5 from this place.I bought a new Q5 from Audi Bellevue on 7/18/2021, but had to return it back to the store immediately after I got it on 7/21 because of a Vehicle Starting System: Malfunction issue. And now its already 8/9/2021, the car is still staying in this Bellevue store and having the same issue not being fixed.The sales man noticed the issue(vehicle starting system: malfunction - the message only shows for about a second after starting the car) which I didnt notice while doing test drive and he promised me it was a small battery issue and the battery will be replaced the next business day when service department back to work. I trusted him as the car could start and didnt have any functional issues I could see. They gave another new car to me for driving during the weekend. The next Monday, they dropped off my Q5 to my house saying the issue was fixed, but it was actually not, so I had to return it back to the store immediately after that . After a week, they told me they figured out what happened to the car(an alternator needs to be replaced) and a part sent from Audi will arrive their Bellevue store on 7/30/21 and promised after that the issue will be resolved. On 7/30, I had to call them to confirm I could get my car on that day, and was told the package was delayed, and based on the package tracking number, it should arrive on 8/2, I trusted them again. But now, its 8/9(three weeks from the first day I purchased the car), my car is still not being repaired. I contacted them again today and was told that they tried another way to fix the issue by running an overlay on the circuit and not to replace the alt and it didnt work.(So whats the package sending to you from Audi on 8/2)From the conversations I had with Audi Bellevue, I was told that I SHOULD blame Audi INSTEAD OF Audi Bellevue as Audi is the manufacturer and Audi Bellevue is only selling cars.This is just the experience I had with Audi Bellevue. From my perspective, I think I should blame someone, but maybe I should only blame myself for trusting Audi Bellevue too much.Two stars as they gave us a car for driving during these three weeks and promised to reimburse Uber costs while I didnt have a car to drive.
This is the first time we have bought an Audi and had a positive experience at Audi Bellevue. Kevin, our sales person, was extremely helpful in answering our many questions and demonstrating some of the amazing features of the Audi Q5. There was no pressure during the process and the sales manager, Lucas, went the extra mile to close the deal. This Audi deal is providing some unprofessional service. We did car service and get all tires replaced in here. In my first drive in the highway next day, I got a tire pressure alert after 10 minutes drive! We checked the tire pressure immediately, all tires get 30 tire pressure and our car expected a 39 tire pressure. With a expensive tire service, we get 4 brand new tire with low pressure tire installed. What a basic check of any tire service should provide. We did so many car service and tire replacement, not a single a time we get such similar experience. We could get a flat tire or car accident with 4 low pressure tire. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been servicing my car here and bought it since 2008. I moved away for about four years and recently came back here. Honestly the service has gone way down. To even try and get an oil change appointment I had to wait on the phone for over an hour then to check in today it took 30 minutes. They used to have free loaner cars but they don’t need more. Oil change about $90 for many years. Today when I went in they quoted me 220. When I asked them to break down each charge the guy took about another 10 minutes and then quoted me 200. When I asked him what the difference with the $20 was he just said oh our system didn’t add it up right. I’ve had a Lot of good years here but I think I’m gonna start taking my service somewhere else. Between the wait and the up charge I’m not very satisfied
First experience there was excellent. Ricky in the service department was very personable and knowledgeable when I dropped my car off. As was Will when I picked it up. All maintenance requests were handled perfectly.

1st I thought I paid for an “all inclusive” 5 year maintenance plan for my wife’s Q3. When she got there, they told her that a tire rotation was not included in any of their service plans.What? I already paid a huge chunk for what I thought was a 5 year worry free plan. Nope. Be prepared. Audi is going keep changing for something that should be included.2nd I scheduled an 11am appointment to get the car maintenance completed. I understand maintenance takes time, but you would think if you have an appointment at a certain time it would get completed reasonably soon after. I had to call Audi 4 hours later only to find out that it was still incomplete. Why schedule an appointment if the work will not be done at around that time.The service man I spoke with seemed mildly empathetic to these issues, but at the end of the day, he didn’t really care about making sure his customers were happy.In summary, I’m not impressed by the Audi Bellevue Service Department. They have a lot of ground they will need to make up if they want me to buy another Audi there.

The check-in process was straight-forward and it didnt take long before I was in my loaner car.My cars service was completed within the estimated time. Returning the loaner was fast and easy. My service rep was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about my Audi.I would highly recommend the Audi Bellevue service department.
I took my Audi Q7 in for suggested maintenance based on mileage. The service department took complete care of me and my car. When I returned to the dealership to pick up my car, it wasnt ready and would not be ready for a few more hours. I was provided a nice Audi A4 to drive home. A service member delivered my Q7 to my driveway that evening and took the A4 back to the dealership. I am very happy with the dealership and would recommend them to others without hesitation.

Me and my wife were planning to switch to an SUV from Sedan and Auto nation made it possible quite easily. Diana Bidna (Sales advisor) was very helpful through out the process. The sales associate was really nice before I bought the car but then stop replying to you after that. Their financing department is a mess giving inaccurate information. Be careful about the services package they offer, its mostly well over priced and they dont tell you that the price is negotiable until you are ready to decline it.

This dealership really came through in an emergency. Arrived about 4 PM with a nail in my tire. Also needed a 20K service prior to a trip next week. They got me in and finished everything the next day plus provide Lyft rides each way. William R. helped me through the process during what was his busiest time of day.
I took my 2019 Q5 in for a coolant leak and it took them 4 times in a month to fix it -- that is a lot of wasted energy, resources, and time for a coolant leak. I would give them a 1 star but their customer service was OK. The one exception to that was when they asked me if I was messing with them after the 4th time. Not sure if this was a true attempt at shifting responsibility on me due to their incompetence or if it was meant as a joke. Truth of the matter is that the only joke here is their service teams ability to fix a coolant leak.
Service department is the best! Easy to make an appointment and drop off the car. Providing the vehicle feedback by video is also an awesome feature.I usually work with Alexis and she always go above and beyond. Ricky was the service advisor this time and he did a good job.My constructive feedback to the team is, my brake service went from a day job to 5 day job. I had a loaner, so it wasn’t a problem, but it would be good to let the customer know if you expect a delay. I had to call and check every day. Usually, this doesn’t happen.Keep up the good work!

Took my car for regular, simple service. Bad experience all the way. And the car was returned stained (headliners with grease stain) and they didn’t even correct the clock after having replaced the battery. Certainly not a service level consistent with the Audi brand. My next car will not be an Audi.

The service department has been pretty great in our experience. We havent had terrible issues with our car; however, free quarts of oil when asking about oil consumption, honoring recently expired coupons, and being upstanding on any issues have been our experiences. As long as we live close by, this is where well take our car!

Got my Audi serviced yesterday in Bellevue. This was the best experience I’ve had in n awhile. I dropped the car off the night before and it was promised for the next day. They notified me the next morning that some regular maintenance was due and asked if I would like that completed too. All by text! Car was ready as promised with all work completed.
The dealership was busy, so we had to wait a while before speaking to a salesperson, which is understandable. The salesperson was knowledgeable, and we had a positive test drive experience. However, from the time we agreed to buy the car, paying cash, to driving off the lot was almost two hours. There is no reason it should take this long to write a check, sign some papers and get the keys.
Sharing my service experience @ Audi Bellevue. I consulted for a water leak issue, my advisor Ricky was super helpful. He gave me a heads up that it might take a few days to get it replaced and gave me periodic updates. My overall service experience was very satisfactory. 5 star for sure :)

Ricky has been super helpful for my car service, including the safety recall (which was not fixed properly last year), and the regular maintenance.He also helped replacing the car key battery, for FREE!It took longer than expected, but I got the round trip Lyft ride, which made it much better.Appreciate the clean car wash!Thanks a lot!
This dealership isnt run very well. I bought a car, it wasnt working right, so I utilized their 5 day return policy (which technically is 4 days) and I traded in my car and all I wanted was my registration and my title back. No one could give me any documents they said the office was locked and for some reason the GM didnt have a key? So they said they would fed ex the documents to me the next day.It never happened. In fact I didnt get my documents for 5 more days after constantly emailing and calling 3 general managers and my sales person.Finally 1 of the GMs actually responded and sent me the paperwork.I do have to say my Salesperson was nice - he did the best he could do, just didnt have a lot of support from management.
My experience with the Service Department went very well. Each of my questions were answered thoroughly. My point of contact, Frederick, was exceptional. He kept me informed during my cars service and even stayed late until my vehicle was finished so he could assist me. I am happy and will continue to get my Audi serviced at Audi Bellevue. Thank you.
Had a fantastic experience here selling my Corvette! Tanbi was my rep and she was prompt and courteous. The whole process took 1.5 hours from the time I arrived to the time I left with my check in hand. Gave me the highest price for my car as an ICO when compared to dozen others. Had a nice selection of beverages at the office to choose from as well.

I took my car in for its normal service. Ricky helped me, made sure I had a ride home and back to pick up my car. I was impressed with how professional he was and how courteous he and everyone else were.My car was ready when he indicated it would be and had been washed and vacuumed. I have always had excellent service here.
