Upon moving to the area from the eastern US in 2016, I contacted Whims on a whim because I needed Nationwide representation. I have been a Nationwide client since 1960. The initial interaction was horrible. No one would answer the. phones and if they were answered there was no help forthcoming. Within the past 12-18 months there has been a dramatic positive change. Kristine has responded to my questions quickly and in detail with clear explanations of options to consider. I have not asked for a lot, but is is gratifying to get fast detailed responses and even be contacted when she sees something that might be of benefit to me. After 56 years (with a break while living abroad) I was on the verge of changing insurance companies. The office response has removed such thoughts.

Had to file a claim after my truck was broken into. No communication from the adjuster for a few days. I finally called and asked what is going on. Devin said he saw the case but did not know if it was his. So he couldnt call to find out?? Took about 2 weeks to get it resolved.There is no email customer service, only phone, which I dont use because I want a paper trail. I am forced to call. I refuse to.I told them I was going to terminate my service since the support methods are very limited and I had several problems getting my insurance claim done. They didnt reply because they dont care.I will never, ever use Nationwide again. Going with them was a HUGE mistake.
