Super helpful. I needed help switching polices and the young lady named Rheanna was very professional and helpful. Unlike my last insurance provider which took forever to change my policy, Rheanna was quick but very precise. This has literally been the WORST experience i have ever received.Vanessa Andrade gave us a 24-48 turn time and didnt receive a response back until 4 business days later (2 of those days she was out of the office) it took over a week to get proper documents that held up the closing and made our company waste money on a rush fee. PLEASE RUN away from this place! unless you wish to get the run around with wrong items repeatedly getting sent and an attitude you came to the right spot. only one that helped was Rheanna Lapuente please speak to her, if you get Vanessa Andrade hang up as soon as possible.

My daughter and I moved to the Seattle area more than five years ago and looked for a new State Farm Insurance agent. (I have been with State Farm for 50 years due to the extensive coverage and excellent claims service.) We have had several addresses in the past few years and needed new renters insurance policies with every move. Malinda Zampera and her team at State Farm not only executed all changes with efficiency but also provided excellent customer service making sure all of our insurance needs were met. The cost of the premium is reasonable but the peace of mind in having good insurance is priceless.

My interactions with staff here has always been so incredible and helpful. As a young driver new to the insurance world they thoroughly explained the process every step of the way and even helped me weigh my options to make an informed decision. Did not feel like I was being manipulated or reeled in by scammy sales-people types. These folks are the antithesis of that - so kind and real.

Phenomenal location! I am definitely one who is very selective when it comes to going out of my way to submit glowing reviews for businesses but this place knocks it out of the park.Insurance, finances and policies etc. can be confusing and frustrating to walk through, but this place in particular made it refreshingly easy. The people at this location are great, down to earth and feel like real people. They understand that most people just want the best deal: save money and get a lot of coverage. These State Farm reps truly go out of their way to find you the best possible rates. They educate you on how policies work, how credit works, and how to take care of finances. I learned more about banks and credit cards and insurance here than ever online or at actual banks.In particular, make sure to ask for Andrew Jennings! He has a wealth of knowledge that he is eager to share, great fun to chat with, and doesnt try to weasel more money out of you, or anything along those lines. I will definitely be switching over to that location to smooth out future dealings with insurance.If you want to simplify your insurance life you MUST MUST MUST come here!!Also, the location is very cozy, well set-up and has free convenient parking in an enclosed garage which is a great plus.

I have had my insurance with Malindas office since I moved here in 2008, been with State Farm since 1992. Recently had a very good customer service experience with Andrew Jennings at Malindas office. He was very helpful in working with me on some options to lower my insurance with a particular option I was not aware of. He was great at follow up and made sure I got the assistance I needed. I would highly recommend this State Farm office.

Office was locked during office hours. Called office number and transferred to a female who then put me on hold for 10+ min. Finally staff showed up, not a very pleasant A good neighbor experience. Finally a male staff helped me to pay a simple bill and offered a pending discount for low mileage driving 😜

Malinda Zampera, the worst insurance agent that you can get. She is unprofessional and doesnt respect her customers. Most of her employees are working remotely and they are very rude and irresponsible. They gave me wrong advice that could have resulted in irreversible consequence. If I did not go to other agents to get second opinions, I would have unknowingly been driving uninsured. She is a cheater and is only looking to sell you insurance by manipulating you. She messed up my policy and instead of helping the situation by fixing it she started to yell at me and blame me for her mistake. She talked to me disrespectfully because of the fact that I complained about their poor communication. Due to their mistake my policy was canceled without my knowledge and they didnt notify me. I was lucky that I stopped by their office to ask some question and catch that, otherwise it could have resulted into some serious problems. Complaining about their poor communication offended her and she used her position to give her the right to yell at me and dictate what is right and what is wrong. The funny fact about the whole story is that I was working with her rep Andrew and he was trying to calm me down and digging into issue to solve the problem and she overheard me from her office. As soon as she found out they made a mistake, she came out and started to fight, and tried to make me feel that it was my fault. I will not stop here and will file a complaint to StateFarm and follow up as I have enough evidence for everything. Long story short, When I asked her is this is how she really treats her customers in this office she was like Yes, if they are going to complain. Horrible person with toxic culture in her office. I went to another StateFarm agent and they quickly took the ownership on behalf of StateFarm and promised me to follow up till they fix the issue. That was all I expected from Malindas office! They found out Malinda also messed up another policy that I have as well!!!! I asked them to move everything out of her office. When they called Malindas office no one help the other agent to provide the case to move all of my policies. Malinda reps also refuse to provide my current insurance card without her manager approval and claims she is OOTO! Please dont go here! Just drive a few blocks away and pick someone else as your future agent!

Nightmarish. She tried to upsell me by having a weird party like appointment. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was the smell: I dont know if there was a sewage leak or what, but it was like someone discharged an entire Yankee candle store to cover up something insidious. When I entered the office there was a piece of printer paper with my name spelled incorrectly displayed on the reception desk. She then proceeded to try and upsell me on insurance, while her mother (who is not a state farm agent) talked intensely to my boyfriend about very weird things in the lobby. We spent over an hour trying to escape the situation and Ive since changed agents. While she was still my agent, she never actually helped me, it was her employee Monica who was a rockstar.
