Needed a map for our labor day travel, called and was able to pick up a new atlas. Very helpful with our insurance on two cars motor home and renters.Great service!!

The helpfulness of the employees varies significantly. Some are very helpful when you call in, while others give you very little guidance. Rhett has always provided outstanding service, but others in the office, not so much.

Paid our premiums for home and auto insurance for over 5 years. The service they are supposed to provide with our first claim was atrocious. The claims provider fought us the whole way. It took us over three weeks to get anywhere near the claim we were owed, all the while our car sat in the shop unusable. I wouldn’t wish this insurance provider on anyone.

I was with them for maybe 30 years....but it just got too expensive for my budget. They still carry my renters insurance but my auto is with someone else. But they always treated me well.
