We vent there to see an apartment what showed available online only to be told there is no point for us to see it because we dont qualify for that one. I have been in email contact with the leasing office lady before and she didnt mention there are apartments not available for everyone and it hasnt showed anywhere on their website. We were basically told this is a luxory community and that apartment is too cheap and have us look something else instead. Waste of time!

Sleeping here is difficult due to feeling the vibrations from rooftop ventilation fans and neighbors washer/dryer. The vibrations travel easily through the floor. Doors are also super thin so you hear everything from the hallway. Great location and appliances but all that is tough to enjoy when youre constantly tired.

Emily Axtens has been a big help while she was Assistant Manager at the Borgata Homes. She facilitated a storage locker change for us, which was very helpful. Most recently she assisted us with a lease adjustment to include our son who will be staying for a short time before he is transferred. We are very sad to see her leave, although shes getting a much deserved promotion. Congratulations Emily! And, thank you very much for all the help youve provided to us during your tenure.

Parking garage is constantly being broke into. Last time door locks to enter the garage were broken, After calling multiple times we are told it will be fixed Monday, its been 4 weeks. Not very prompt in fixing issues.

Lived here for 2 years .Great staff, quiet place, Great location near groceries, movies, and restaurants. Only left because my husband didnt like the far commute, otherwise Im sure wed still be living there.

Any time I submit a service request, Wesley is extremely prompt and happy to help. Whether changing a light bulb or power washing my deck,Wesley seems genuinely interested in pleasing the tenants.
