I am very happy with our new flooring. Jennifer guided us to the right kind of flooring for our needs. Jason and his coworker did an excellent job installing the floor. They were quick, efficient and friendly. From placing our order to installation everything went smoothly. This is our second experience with flooring from McCullough’s Flooring, we will definitely buy from them again.

There are really no words truly good enough to describe the experience we have had with McCulloughs Flooring. I reached out to them a few months ago and was put in touch with Jen Joyner. From the minute we spoke I knew we had the right company for our project. We have 12 year old existing hardwood in some areas of our home and were ready to have the rest of our home done with the same hardwood throughout. Jen came to our home, measured our existing spaces and took a plank of our existing hardwood. Jen did all the foot work in contacting the company and to our delight they still made our hardwood and the milling process has not changed...We were scheduled promptly based on our special order arrival and they did not disappoint. Right on time. The installers Joe and Bill came out for our install. Professional, prompt, kind and courteous. They made the tear outs painless. The installation of our new hardwood to our existing hardwood can only be described as the 8th wonder of the world! I can unequivocally tell anyone that McCulloughs Flooring, Jen Joyner, Joe and Bill have been amazing to work with and they do amazing work! THANK YOU all for your part in making our house a home!

A friend recommended that we call Chris Parciak for new flooring. He showed up on time, explained the pros & cons of the different types of floors, & sent us the estimate immediately. He was never pushy & didnt steer us to any particular product. Billy & Joe did the install & their craftsmanship is second to none. These gentlemen treated our home as if it were their own. We highly recommend McCulloughs for your flooring needs!

The process starts out great with friendly staff and a wide selection of flooring options. You can take home huge panels of flooring to see what works for your space. I used MCullough for a 90sqft office. There were some communication bumps in the road in part from the pandemic which is why Im giving a 4/5. The owner was made aware of the issue and quickly had someone come out the same day for installation. The installers were fast and professional.

I recently had my carpets cleaned by this company and they did absolutely amazing. There was an old Koolaid stain that I thought would never come out, but thanks to Freedom (the cleaner) it came out no problem! 5/5 would recommend and will definitely be contacting them for any future cleaning.

One year ago we purchased our carpeting from this fine establishment. Dennis was our salesman, a more knowledgeable person you will not find, Hes been in the business along time. The manufacture, Shaw, recommends cleaning every 12-18 months so we stopped in to see Erin to set up our first cleaning. She sent Devon out with their newly acquired truck built just for cleaning floors. They even brought the water (the other guys dont do that). Devon was very professional and did an excellent job. We had the other guys out before to clean the carpet we had previously, but this was a far better experience and we are very satisfied. Hats off to the fine folks at McCulloughs!!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. We decided on hardwood floors late last year and after a decent amount of research, decided to go with McCulloughs. Christie helped us with choosing everything from scrape and color, to width and manufacturer. She knew her stuff and gave us the info we needed to make good, informed choices. For install, Travis and Justin showed up on time everyday (4 days) and were absolute professionals. Those guys took pride in their work, treated my home like it was theirs, and were artists at their trade. Id absolutely recommend McCulloughs. Fantastic work guys.

I recently had my floors cleaned by McCullough’s and they did an amazing job! I purchased my floors from them about 6 years ago and was excited to find out that they now clean carpets. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to purchase floors or get them cleaned! They also have the BEST showroom around!

I have purchased flooring from McCulloughs for over 20 years. They have a beautiful showroom with many options to choose from. Their sales staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldnt shop for flooring anywhere else.

Although we initially had some challenges on matching our existing flooring and the project took much longer then expected, the owners took the time to meet with us personally and ensure we were satisfied with the work being done. The end result looks great, I would recommend to others based on customer satisfaction and quality of work.

Its always bad business to to have to talk down your competition. Its classless. Thats exactly what they did. would not recommend this place. you will be better off shopping at home Depot or lowes. muchbetter prices and dont let them fool you about quality of the big box stores. as long as you dont buy the .69 a sqft. floor you will be fine. they have great products.
