I just had All Bright Cleaning out to our house for the initial cleaning. I was concerned about leaving my dogs loose in the house while they cleaned and requested they close them off with the baby gate when they leave. I have to say the professionalism the ladies showed quickly eased my mind. They greeted me and my dogs, walked thru the house room to room and discussed what and how they would be cleaning the area. From corner to corner the house looked polished, the dogs where in their safe area and most importantly I didnt have to clean! I highly recommend All Bright Cleaning Services!

Our apartment complex staff initially recommended this cleaning company. Their IL front office staff were rude, unsympathetic, and had issues with communication with us. Being Active military working shifts, there were times we worked nights. So, Id call a few days in advance and schedule to be first on those specific days. It was a rare occurrence when this request was asked of them. But more than once, the office manager wouldnt tell the cleaning crew. So frustrating. Yet, the manager and the owner could care less when we brought it to their attention. We finally got fed up, and stopped using them. Along with the lack of communication was the lack of the companies consistency when it came to cleaning similarity between cleaning teams too.

Dont expect good communication! They might be great at cleaning, but I wouldnt know because she never showed up to give me an estimate. She is awful at replying to messages to try and reschedule so I gave up. I always give a second chance because things happen, but Im not going to bother with a third. Very unprofessional.
