My Hunter Douglass silhouettes are old and were filthy, as they were left by the previous owners of our house. They came out looking beautiful and clean and they even fixed a hole that was in one of them. This company is a pleasure to work with and are fairly priced. They come and take everything with them and then put everything back looking new. It’s such a breathe of fresh air to have a company do a great job and take pride in their work. Can’t say enough great things!

Im very satisfied with the team of Mitch & Brian, sent by your company.All my Laundry and Dry Cleaning was returned as expected. Brian brought along Plastic Covers for my new mattress, which i didnt expect, and had bought my own. I didnt notice his COVER was not Close-ended until after they left. The workmanship is excellent. They came and took down the drapes and brought it back on time, so I am extremely happy with them. The seam turned out very good and the drapes look fresh. I am generally very picky, and I commend this company for their excellent workmanship and great customer service. I am very pleased.

At first we had a great relationship with this company. We set up for another job a year and a half ago. We were patient for a while and then covid hit. Weve been trying to get our job completed and settled since the summer. We cant even get a text or a call back anymore. Its been a year and a half! Be very wary of any jobs you may want completed.

I had a large drapery job with red wine stains. No dry-cleaning company could handle the job, because they were too large. Mitch came to take a look at them, and scheduled a day the following week. He came on scheduled day and knocked it out. The drapes are wine stain free, and he went above that and applied fire retardant to them as well. Mitch is as nice as it gets, fair and professional. What began as a nightmare of a situation ended when Mitch recognized my situation and took care of it almost immediately.

I have Hunter Douglas silhouette shades that are 20+ years old in good shape but absolutely filthy. I had the choice of purchasing new blinds for upwards of $1400 for 2 shades or get them cleaned. I talked to a few cleaners one of which wouldnt do the job due to the age and another that was not too ensuring. Mitchell came to my house and explained the issue of cleaning old shades to me in detail and I felt comfortable giving him the job. I just got them back and they look pretty much new. I called this company last week because my 7-year-old aluminum mini-blinds were in desperate need of professional cleaning.  I was given an appointment for the following week, which was perfect timing for me. The technician called on the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way.  He quickly removed the 8 sets of blinds, took them to his truck, and approximately 1 hour later, returned them to their brackets completely clean.  The price for this service was less than the quoted telephone price (yay!). I plan to use this company again because having blinds cleaned professionally makes such a difference and saves me the time and energy of doing them myself.

Mitch from the Drapery and blind cleaning company is an extraordinary credit to the establishment. My mom had her white sofa cleaned and after 4 years of use. When the  slip covers returned they looked like new. Not one stain was missed. Spotless like the day that it was purchased. Mitch replaced the slip covers on the sofa with such expertise, without wrinkle or crease. The customer service he provided was impeccable. My mom is meticulous and difficult to please when it comes to her home and nd she could not stop talking about the white glove service he provided. My blinds were really in need of cleaning. I didnt even think they would come clean. They were supposed to be tan but the people living here before me smoked. The blinds were yellow. The Drapery and Blind Cleaning Company, cleaned the blinds in my condo--I was getting some work done on it and they very nicely held on to the blinds for a few weeks until I asked them to come back and hang them back up. I found this company when I searched on google. I read the reviews and decided to go with them. I called them and gave the specs for my blinds and they gave a quote within few mins. Mitchel came to pick up my blinds and put up temporary blinds while we were at work. He was very professional and he just did what he was intended to do.
