ICS was a phenomenal team from my first encounter with Chris and Harry at office to the completion of the project by technicians Jose, Marlo, and David. They walked me through every step of the way always keeping me informed and up to date. They were all professional, attentive, punctual, clean and very pleasant to interact with. The finished project was above and beyond my expectations and I am incredibly happy with my new home Mitsubishi ductless hvac system. I have 6 zones with one outdoor hyperheat dual fan compressor and so far it’s been functioning flawlessly. Stellar team that do incredible work who I highly recommend. You get what you pay for and then some with ICS!

From sales to installation, these guys were nothing but EXCELLENT! Once we were sold on the system, the men came two weeks later to begin the job. The three gentlemen were Jose (the lead of the team), David and Marlon. They were nothing but courteous, professional,hard working and personable. They were here for 3 days, 8am until 5or 6pm... And I was nothing but comfortable having them here, and leaving them to pick up and drop off my kids at school. It was a very big job, and they left my house as clean as when they came. Shoes on and off (or booties covering) going in and out of the house, tarps down... everything installed beautifully! They consulted with us in every decision as far as placement of lines and units...Jose even offered to move the two large condensers if I wanted, after they were placed (but before they were connected!) I didnt want them moved but he was very considerate of everything. They were kind to my two young kids and were just a pleasure to have around. The disruption didnt seem so bad because of them! Theyre work is impeccable and I would definitely use them again!! The AC units are SILENT and powerful!!! We couldnt be happier or more satisfied!!!

All around a great experience. My wife dealt with the sales folk who were thorough and met with her multiple times to ensure all her concerns were alleviated and questions answered. When it came time for implementation, Jose and team were a joy to work with. They were knowledgeable, articulate, considerate of us being in meetings, and efficient. Despite them crawling through every nook and cranny of my house, while I was working from home and on meetings, I rarely noticed them. I cant rave enough about the service.

We got a split AC installed by Integrate Comfort Systems. Jose did a great job with the installation. He asked for our preference on placements of the units and installed it exactly the way we wanted it. We are very happy with the way the whole project was executed. Everyone we interacted with are very responsive. Highly recommended!

ICS provided a thoroughly seamless and professional experience. They were 100% transparent with costs and timing, and even though they provided a very competitive estimate, I was ultimately impressed by their professionalism and overall project management.The installation crew Galo and Jesus literally toiled away all day in 95 degree weather in very confined spaces with constant smiles on their faces! Their work was meticulous!Whilst I opted to provide my own electrician, ICS coordinated all the scheduling and permits.I would highly recommend ICS

ICS installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system in my home at the start of summer 2021. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process from the initial contact to the installation and follow-up. Chris did the estimate; he was thorough and candid in answering all of my questions. Chris was the only person (of the 3 contractors that I contacted for estimates) who addressed state and manufacturer rebates. The other contractors were either unaware or forgot to mention them. Harry - the project manager - kept me up-to-date with the process and permit involved. He was friendly, reasonable, and accommodating. The crew - Galo, Jesus, Marlon, and David - did a beautiful job with the installation. Everyone was respectful and clean. They were happy to answer questions that came up during the installation. ICS clearly installs many of these systems and the installation at my house was straightforward as far as I can tell. I imagine that the installation of this system was not their biggest job, but I never felt like I was being given a lower priority. I would recommend ICS to family and friends.

Integrate techs did an excellent job fixing my furnace. Very prompt at returning phone calls. Knowledgeable and polite. I really felt that they care for my property and not just my payment.

I had no idea as to the wonderful experience and finished product I was going to get when I selected ICS. I did my research and got 3 quotes. Chris visited our home, discussed our wants and talked about possible solutions. There proposal was thorough and competitive. I chose them and couldnt be happier. I hired Chris Wisniewski and his team at ICS to install a Daikin split ductless AC system in my apartment in Manhattan. This was not an easy job, as it required a condenser on my terrace, and two fan coils on different floors connected by line set. In a 110-year old former industrial building, getting through the floors was no easy task. The job was capably handled by a crew chief (also named Chris) with determination and patience, working with my Super to make sure everything was done properly and safely. An original estimate of a 5-day project was done in four days, and it looks great. Id highly recommend ICS for jobs of this nature.

They are responsive, very knowledgeable, easy to work with on scheduling and very prompt to return on the rare occurrence that something needs adjustment. I’m glad to have been using their service for the past 15 years.

While he was there, John also noted other items that will need to be addressed in the near future.
