Absolutely phenomenal, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. On a Friday evening, we had a leaky shower that turned into a bigger problem involving the shower cartridge. The office staff was responsive and got someone out to us in a very reasonable timeframe. Fred was great. Friendly and attentive, he fixed the problem almost immediately. The next morning we realized the problem was not in fact completely taken care of, so Fred came back and completed the repair free of any extra charges. I called All Clear Plumbing after my steam boiler broke. Originally, I had my contractor try to install a brand new Utica steam boiler. That was a huge mistake on my part. It was an absolute train-wreck. He had no idea what he was doing. I called All Clear in the morning- Ivan, the owner picked up. He asked me to send him pictures of the boiler my contractor installed. He advised me not to turn on the boiler as it would be detrimental to the well being of my family and home. I also sent pictures to another plumbing company. When they saw the pictures they refused to work on our boiler because the job was so poorly done. Ivan, on the other hand, scheduled an immediate install of a brand new boiler. His plumber, Wilson, came out and did a wonderful job installing our brand new boiler. He also replaced the vents on a few radiators and serviced them at no extra charge.Here’s the point- this company is exemplary. Their service and work is stellar. Had such a great experience with All Clear Plumbing of Essex County yesterday that warranted me taking time for a review. Ive used them in the past as my go to plumber since buying a home in Kearny, NJ about a year ago. While I have certainly been greatly satisfied on previous occasions, I will say that my experience yesterday stood out as an example of why I continue to place my trust, and business with the owner Ivan and his team at All Clear.My wife and I had ordered a dryer to be installed going into Memorial Day weekend when it was discovered that the gas valve and line in our 100 year old house was in need of repair. The dryer installers could not complete the install and I was left with a dryer I could not use. I immediately called All Clear and they had someone over within 30 minutes to take a look. I spoke with the technician Avi and he gave me a few options. While he was here, I noted another plumbing issue I had been meaning to take care of as well, and overall Avi was able to deliver a combined quote to address my original gas line problem along with that other issue I had with my hot water line. By this time, it was already approaching 3pm in the day.Avi took the quote to the owner Ivan, who agreed and gave the thumbs up for Avi to get the work done that day. He then rushed back to the office, grabbed more gear, and came back and took care of our issue over the next few hours. I called All Clear Plumbing, and a plumber named Avi came to my home. It was for a kohler cartridge replacement of my shower. Avi told it will cost $420 + Tax. So I set with him a day/time. When I called the company, they said Avi is booked for the whole day and they will send me another plumber. After 5 hours wait, a new plumber showed up. He told me that it will cost me $1200 to replace the whole thing because Kohler doesnt make the cartridge anymore. When I told him that Avi agreed to $420 and he will do the job in 1 hour. He responded that Avi doesnt know his job.I called another plumber, the work was done in less than 1 hour and paid $260.All clear plumbing is not a well structured company. It is an umbrella of bunch of plumbers working in non-synchronized and wild way. All clear plumbing is very expensive and as Avi said it is filled with young and money hungry plumbers!Dont use....

This is the third time I have used your services. Each time, I was amazed at how fast your response time was. The tech was calm and went about the service needed. This evening Wilson arrived and was wonderful. I was frazzled by that time, and he remained calm and fixed the problem, and cleaned up.

Replaced an 8ft section of cracked cast iron drain pipe that ran through a wall and under a toilet. Excellent work. They (Ivan and Mike) showed up the night of to evaluate and quote. Finished the job in one day soon afterwards. Its been 1 week since and everything is fine.

I was quoted for a water heater replacement yesterday. I called in and tried to make the payment but was told I need to be at the physical residence to accept payment, no problem by me. However, no one came to take my payment. It has been a day and a half and when I call in, they say they will give me a call when someone is on their way. They told me that yesterday and I waited all day. Told me that today and still waiting while my basement leaks. They have good communication when I call in however, no one comes up to pick up the payment from me. Ill have to go with the second highest bidder, theyll even handle the permits on my behalf.Update: from 4 to 5 stars. I got a call back and they sent Mike over to collect my payment. I cancelled the other company and went with All Clear. Mike did a great job and explained fully what he did and the permit process. Pretty satisfied with his work and the new water heater.

Where do I start? I bought a house that went through a poor renovation, poor inspection, and here I am. As soon as I moved in I noticed 8 leaks in the basement. I called Rota Rooter and they told me that it would cost $1,100 and that they would have to tear down a large amount of drywall to fix the leak. I then called All Clear and they sent Mike out within an hour. He me that he could do it for $850. He completed more work than what was promised by Rota Rooter, he did it that day, and was cheaper! Rota Rooter was even trying to tear down the wrong wall! Mike cut the smallest hole and pinpointed the cause of the leak and fixed it! I highly recommend All Clear for fast, honest, and professional work!

Truly impressed by this company. Had an emergency leak with my parenst kitchen sink on a Saturday. Thankfully they were openAfter doing research. All clear had great reviews. I called and within 1 hour they were on their way to my home in belleville. It took them no less than 1 hour to replace old pipe and install the new pipe under my sink to pvc. They were also very reasonable. They charged less than $400. Very affordable for a last minute, Saturday emergency morning call. Ive dealt with other plumbers before and they wouldve tried to milk nearly $1000. The reviews of this company are accurate. All Clear is reliable, honest, clean, and responsive work. Thanks so much. I had water leaking inside a wall and a plumber from All Clear came to fix the problem. He had to leave to get a part but did not come back for hours. When I finally called him, he sheepishly said I should call the office. When I did, the person at the All Clear office said that they put the plumber on another job and that he wouldnt be available to come back to my house until that other job was finished first. UNBELIEVABLE!!! He came back many hours after he had left and finished the job, but how All Clear thinks its OK to have their plumber disappear on the job for hours like that without asking for the customers permission first or even without informing the customer of whats going on is just beyond me.UPDATE: The owner of All Clear, Ivan, called me right away after my review was posted. He explained that the plumber did go to get the part, but the store from which he needed to get it was closed (it was on a weekend) and they had to contact the owner of the store personally to get the part. Apparently, it took a long time for the store owner to get back to them, so rather than having the plumber wait around for hours, All Clear decided to put him on another job in the meantime. Too bad that neither the plumber nor the receptionist at All Clear explained this to me in the first place, but better late than never, I guess. Ivan gave me his sincere apology. He really seemed to care about customer satisfaction and I decided to change my review from one star to five. Thank you, Ivan.

I called All-Clear to my home 3 different times for the same issue. First time was Jan/Feb of 2019, they replaced my 7 month old toilet and we thought the issue was resolved. Three months later, I had to call them back out for the same issue and was told they would have to take down the ceiling in my kitchen again to try to figure out the problem and I declined bcuz I was getting married in 2 months and wouldnt have the time to replace the ceiling again. In September 2019 I called again for them to come out for the same issue, I was told by the plumber that the initial issue wasnt from my toilet, it was from my tub. Fast forward to now, Aug 2020, remodeled everything except for my sink/vanity, and guess what..?? The issue is my bathroom sink bcuz the water is still dripping into my kitchen after the everything in the bathroom was replaced. So Im out of a few thousand dollars bcuz All-Clear negated my initial claim when I suggested a pipe burst in the wall connecting to my sink and not the toilet or the shower/tub.

All Clear was timely, responsive and professional. What stands out is their clear attention to customer satisfaction. Ivan, the owner, takes a personal interest and pride in the delivery of a quality service. Would definitely recommend and use again!

I recently had my hot water heater replaced by All Clear Plumbing after my old one suddenly stopped working. They were able to send someone to my house less than an hour after I called and the new water heater was installed the same day. While originally I felt that there were several shortcomings with the service that day, I am happy to say that after speaking with the owner--Ivan--we were able to resolve everything. Ivan takes care of his customers and makes things right. He took care of the permit required by the town and I was easily able to schedule for necessary inspection. I will be using them in the future.

My wife and I recently purchased a 100 year old home in Kearny, NJ. Having just dumped a small fortune on the investment, and us being in the midst of the ongoing Covid Pandemic, we were very concerned about a significant water main leak issue in our basement. Having consulted 2 prior plumbers in the area, both suggested they could try a fix at the cost of about 3k (but there were no guarantees) and I would then be looking at around maybe 8-10k for them to dig up underneath my property for the fix. They both said maybe when pressed and would not give me a solid number which lead me to believe I would be paying more like 12k at the end of it all; and, that any attempted fix would surely fail.Staring at the prospect of having to spend another 10-12k, I took a chance and contacted Ivan @ All Clear. His crew came out and assessed the situation. Talking with Ivan, he offered an attempted fix for about $700. Not only that, he explained and gave details about what they would try to do to repair it (neither of the previous 2 plumbers shared what they would try). This extra insight and information gave me the confidence that Ivan and his crew knew what they were doing, and had a high probably of pulling it off.tldr: I took a chance with All Clear and it paid off! They repaired the leak onsite in 1 day. We ended paying around $700 instead of $10,000. With the extra money, we were able to enjoy our new home (as it should be), rather than live off bread and water for the next few months .Overall, I cannot recommend All Clear enough. They are the most professional and honest plumbers I have talked to in NJ since buying this house. I would say give them a call if you have a plumbing issue that seems to be spiraling out of control. Maybe that call could save you thousands of dollars too!

Great company. After a nightmare of a bathroom remodel my bathroom faucet started pouring into my kitchen ceiling. I was quoted over a thousand dollars and told I had to rip open my kitchen ceiling to replace pipes. Thank God I called all clear for a second opinion. Fred showed up and saved the day. Turns out it was just a clogged drain that was overflowing. He snaked it out and its working beautifully. And there are no holes in my ceiling. Theres a lot to be said for honest, courteous people. Excellent company, excellent people.I was away from my home and my neighbor noticed my sump pump was running. After an investigation he determined that my water heater was leaking. I called All Clear on a Saturday at 3pm. The lady who answered the phone was very kind and helpful. They got a plumber to my house in 10 minutes! Heres the take away...always treat people with respect regardless of if you agree or not, have an adult respectful conversation. All Clear did a very good job replacing 60+ year old sewer line at our home. The job took them probably 12 hours and required permits which they applied for and obtained as well as passing inspection. We will definitely use them again if needed and recommendations to others.

A few hours later they called back to say they could at least look at the problem right away, so Ivan and Eric came to my house, got to work and got the job done fairly quickly, despite a couple of unexpected problems. Their service was good, the price was reasonable, and now the plumbing is working better than it has in years.

FRED is the man - great personality and friendly - solved our problem carrying a cup of coffee and a 2lb hammer (yea...ok...; and an 80ft snake) - but this guy was great - explained everything, a load of helpful additional tips etc...In a city (Newark) where you are on guard to getting ripped off by anyone with a pair of pliers calling themselves a plumber; these guys are the real deal - and, what a relief to find a reliable contractor.....finally!!!!. Fred knew exactly where the problem was, and knew exactly what to do - and was gone in 30min - problem solved.Also should mention - Arranging the service was also a breeze for an emergency call - quick call back and arrival was on time and professional.Great job - will call them next and any plumbing related projects for our home.Thanks Fred

Had a small leak that quickly morphed into a big one in my kitchen ceiling. I called All Clear and they sent a technician over that same evening. The tech assessed the problem quickly. Gave me an estimate and explained the details of the issue. Communication will never be an issue with All Clear. They always pickup the phone and always address questions and concerns right away. The work was efficiently done the next morning within a half hour. I feel so relieved the leak was fixed. And I am happy I chose All Clear. They also worked on my boiler last year. I had no heat and they came over immediately and fixed the issue.

What a great company - They work at my rental properties and we always ask for George - His knowledge is second to none - he is very honest, nice,and I cant say enough about him or the company. I would give more stars if I could. Use them.
