I phoned them for a repair on Saturday evening. They told me it would be $200 for the service call on Sunday to come out or I can wait till Monday and it would only be $60. Part covered by warranty (Beloman installed the HVAC system in 2017). No conversation on travel fees mentioned. I decided to schedule for Monday to save a little cash. When he arrived on Monday, I was told it would be $60 for the repair as we discussed over the phone on Saturday plus an additional $60 for a travel fee. Bill now $120. I was never informed of a travel fee and should have been. While he was there I did ask him if he could install a new smart thermostat. He said he could for an additional $60. A bit steep I think but I agreed. Bill now $180. Someone must love $60 fees. Satisfied with work completed overall but I think something might be up with the fees charged. :-(

Excellent service by Jason! After another company left us hanging, Jason came out on a Friday, gave me a quote before he left, and was back out early Monday morning to complete the job. He explained everything in detail and was very professional. I would highly recommend.

The AC stopped blowing cold air so I called late in the day and was offered an after hours same day appointment or one for the very next day first thing. I opted for the next day and the technician was very punctual. He diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and had it fixed in less than15 minutes! The whole job took less than an hour and the technician was very kind and professional and not to mention they didnt charge me an arm and a leg. I will definitely be calling them for future HVAC needs.

Gage and Dustin at Belo have always served us well. Recently, on a Saturday, the A/C quit cooling. Initially we were told it would be several hours before a tech would be able to get to us. Soon after, we received another call advising someone would be out soon. Even though it was his week-end off, knowing a number homes would need service due to a summer heat wave, Gage came to work. When he reached our home he diagnosed the problem quickly and made temporary repairs to get us cool until a new part arrived. He followed up with the part replacement when it arrived and resolved things in a matter of minutes. Gage was professional and pleasant. Belo should be proud to have such dedicated professionals as Gage as part of their team.

Our AC gave out at 4:30 on Friday night. We called Beloman and told the girl our problem. She took the information and said someone would call us. We waited about an hour then called again. I forgot her name but she had me talk to her husband. He sent Rob Crane out. Rob checked out our unit. It was working. He left and it quit working again. I called back and was told Rob would be back Saturday morning. He came out and the motor on the unit would get hot and stop working. He installed a new motor and we are back to a nice 75 degree home. Cant say enough about how great their service is and how much we appreciate Rob. If we need service again we will ask for Rob. He even was nice to our 3 crazy Boston Terrors

Very responsive. Repaired a leak under my sink and hooked up a new faucet in my kitchen in less than an hour. Two days later, another spot began to leak. Beloman showed up with 30 min of my call and had it fixed within 10 min of being at my house! Cory was very professional and courteous. I will recommend this company to all my friends, family, and neighbors.

We are so grateful for the service that was provided at our residence today.A smell from the depths of heck filled our laundry room this morning. We were fairly sure it had to be a gas leak. We called hoping Beloman would be able to come asap. They did, and not only did they come same day, but a few minutes later they called back saying they could actually come at that moment rather than the scheduled appointment which was still hours away!The technicians were Val and Andy. They were competent, fast, solved the problem, and brought the peace of mind at a cheaper price than another place we price checked. They even added a military discount. We are now converted customers.

I have never seen anyone take the fan to the blower out and clean it. Impressive. Unfortunately our furnace is now making another very loud high pitched noise when it kicks on. So my guess is that Ralph will need to return, hopefully soon.

I like the text and email advising the technician is on the way. Joe took care of fixing a drain leak, squeaky toilet valve, adjusting toilet tank water level, faucet water flow and looking for a potential natural gas pipe leak. Beloman came out the same day I called for service. While waiting for a tech to come for my furnace, I realized I had a hot water heater issue as well. They were able to fit me in for that issue as well on the same day. Colby (for the hot water heater) and Jim (for the furnace) diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly, while also explaining the issues and not trying to make unnecessary repairs. I was very impressed with this company’s technicians and the prompt response and professionalism! I will use them again!

Beloman and specifically our plumber, Aaron, was such a blessing to us. No one wants to have a plumbing issue especially during a pandemic, but I found myself in this situation. I have a medical issue and I have been trying to be extra careful during the pandemic. Aaron called prior to coming to my home and we discussed the plumbing issue and what the problem could be. He basically gave me a thoughtful estimate of the cost and brainstormed what the issue could be. I could tell he was very knowledgeable. We also discussed safety protocols due to the pandemic- wearing a mask, gloves, and maintaining social distance and paying over the phone or online to minimize direct contact. He was so respectful, responsive, and accommodating. He came in a timely manner and fixed the issue in record time. Im so grateful and know who I will be utilizing if I have a plumbing issue in the future!

They seemed like a legitimate company and I felt comfortable with them in my house. I would call them again if I had issues -BUT- MAKE SURE YOU GET A CLEAR BREAKDOWN OF WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING YOU FOR. I had an appointment between 2pm-4pm and the guy still wasnt there at 4pm so I called the office knowing it would be an extra $90 if it was past 4pm. The girl assured me he was on his way and that I wouldnt be charged extra. The tech got to my house at 4:12 (I have security camera footage showing this) He quickly diagnosed the problem and said for an extra $6 he would change my filter and vaccuum the system out. Without knowing the break down of charges, I agreed. Long story short, I essentially paid that $90 trip charge that I was assured I wouldnt have to pay but since he told me it was some special, and he didnt show me a physical break down of prices in writing, I dont really have grounds to dispute the charges. I would have much rather saved $96 dollars and changed the filter out myself. Overall, satisfied with the service, not super happy about the charges.

We had an issue where our toilet was clogged up and draining into the tub. We called two other places where one couldn’t get to us until Monday and the other didn’t answer. We just bought this house last year so this was our first panic situation and he was great! I am so appreciative that we got this taken care of because this is our only bathroom in the house! This is the second time this service person visited us. The last time he was here he suggested a control board rather than replacing the entire furnace. Although the control boards are not made by the furnace manufacture anymore, he suggested a third party board. This alone saved us thousands that we did not have.This visit was more of the same VERY professional and very personable. I wish more of the service industry could take their cue from this technician.

John installed a Honeywell VisionPro (wireless) thermostat in my 1950s house. John arrived within the window mentioned by dispatch. He was very pleasant and insisted on wearing (disposable) plastic booties which he put on and took off whenever he went out to his truck. John was very knowledgeable about HVAC thermostats and took the time to indicate in the owners manual which wires were used for which connections - especially useful inasmuch as we decided to use existing wires to draw power from the furnace and to control the whole house humidifier. He cleaned up after his work. The Honeywell VisionPro was not the most inexpensive choice but left options open for the future with respect to multi-zone heating and cooling as well as internet control and outside temperature sensing. The first photo is the thermostat and the second photo is the control module mounted on the furnace. I highly recommend John and Beloman. Had Ken Huelle out during June 2020. He was on time, prepared, and unclothed our toilet (dont ask) in timely fashion. We recommend Ken from Beloman (plumbing) as well.
