It was my first time trying 5 minute. Everyone was fantastic and courteous and helpful. We also had the car inspected after the oil change. On a Saturday, we were still in and out in about 45 minutes, including the wait time for the oil change.We will use them again.

The team that works here is very organized and professional. They explain every step to a T and let you know options in case you are not prepared for the expense. I trust them, even though I could tell they were upselling at every opportunity, they knew the business and that’s important to the health of my car. I will be back for sure!

Very busy when I pulled in. They are well organized, efficient, kind and did not appear overwhelmed. Takes about 10 minutes for oil change and fluid, filters, etc check.Take 5 is ~$20 higher than I prefer to pay but I watch for coupons.I love they offer vets and military 25% off (did not apply to me).Fyi, all oil change stickers are at 3k miles so I make a note in my calendar for 5k which is the recommendation for my car.

Always a great experience. It is almost like a race pit stop. Only took 10 minuets but all service you expect are completed. The techs know their vehicles here so no worries. Prices are industry standard. Cannot go wrong here.

I was greeted with kind eyes and a really fantastic cold bottle of water. They checked for me more than once and were really honest. It turns out I didnt need an oil change for my turbo after all. I really appreciate the team that looked over my ride. I will definitely come back again.

I did not have a dipstick for my car, instead of looking up the correct amount of oil to use on Google (like I did), the mechanic put in too much oil. When I called and asked if that was ok, the mechanic said its not that bad, but I can bring it back and he will do it correctly. Too much oil can ruin a car engine, I think Id rather just consider the cost of the overpriced oil change a waste and just get an oil change at a place where they hire people who know what they are doing.

Go to the website and download the coupon. Yes, it only took about just (about) five minutes. Seems pricey- so get the coupon. Very professional team. Great job.

Exceptional service we came for an oil change and also got the headlights looked at. The men are very professional and speak in a very professional manner I appreciate the clear respectful communication between all of them you can tell this is a well trained team that absolutely knows what theyre doing. I love how we were able to sit in the car the whole time and they showed us everything they were doing before and after they did it, they even cleaned the windows! Used to go to kwik car but will come here from here on out.

When I arrived and pulled into the bay everything was fine. Waited about 5 minutes to be serviced for a TOP OFF. And was told by Aaron that they do NOT do tops offs for that specific oil, After visiting several locations before they gave me no problem at all!! Even on my Take 5 oil change sticker says Free top off!However he did complete my top off. Even though was being a bit rude and even slammed my hood shut! Will make sure I will not go to this location anymore.

Inspection day is always nerve wracking when you drive an old car. I appreciate them for keeping it quick and simple, even if it fails. This year it passed!

I went here for a state inspection and an oil change because my cars computer said it was time. The mechanic checked my oil and told me that, good news: it was still fairly clean, and I should wait and come back in another 1500 miles. I really appreciate that a Take5 employee told me the truth when they could have just taken my money. I got my inspection done quickly and easily, and will be going back when an oil change is actually due. Thanks guys!

The employees here were so nice and went above and beyond to tell me what was going on with my oil leak. They explained everything and even told me the exact part that needed repairs. They let me know about the free topoffs the company does and said I can come back as needed until Im able to get my repairs.

This place was amazing. Even though it was late in the day the employees greeted me with what I could only assume were smiles beneath their masks. Very polite and had great attitudes. Attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. No high pressure sales and they made sound recommendations for my vehicle. Their services are quick, professional, and well priced. I had each of my headlights go out this past month and both times they installed the bulbs I bought next door. The second time the mechanic even showed me how ti change my bulb myself. Will always be my go to place for oil changes, inspections, etc.!!

I arrived in the morning with only one other vehicle in the bay at the time. It took about 35-40 mins for them to do an oil change, check my tires, and change the air filter... which still wasn’t that bad of a wait, in my opinion. I think I caught them on an “off” day, but they handled everything professionally and apologized multiple times for me having to wait. My husband came here once before and loved them, so I thought I would try them out. I will still definitely come here next time for my oil change. Keep up the good customer service!

I have a 2014 Chevy Silverado and had recently been jacked around by the dealership who I used to have service my truck. Autonation Cheverolet in NRH. So I heard good things about this location Take 5. When I pulled in and asked for oil change, tire rotation and inspection the guy gave me a rough timeline and even mentioned he liked to over shoot by about 15 minutes or so which I appreciated setting a professional expectation. When we got to tire rotation they could not get one of the tires off due to the dealership torking the lug nut too much. They mentioned to me that they are not a tire shop and do not have the best tools for tires and recommended I go to discount tire. They also recommended other things for discount tire to look at with the lug nuts being so tight. They gave me my money back and told me they would rather be up front then try something that may break more. This is the opposite customer service that I received from the dealership. I will go here from now on and highly recommend. They are clear communicators, don’t jack around, tell you how it is respectfully and are extremely clean and professional. Highly highly recommend.

I would like to thank the guys at this Take 5. I came in to get a oil change several months after going to a different Take 5. They pointed out the mistake the last place made and also saved me soo much money.

Staff was very friendly and intended to help but were distracted if you will. They never checked my tire pressure. They were pleased to replace my air filter and wiper blades that I had already purchased. However, had I not reminded them of these things they would have had me pull out of the bay before completing the job. They also told me that my power steering pump was sealed and the level could not be checked. The young man simply did not see the cap,.

I was here 2 weeks ago to do an oil change on my everyday work truck then couple days later or couple days ago my truck starts to make a funny noise turns out my oil was never changed not happy at all trying to leave a message or complaint at corporate and of course they cant accept messages right now now Im looking at a $1,400 repair on my pickup

We would not recommend this business. The technician required the purchase of a new wiper blade because there was one streak during the inspection. My husband brought it home, cleaned the blade with a paper towel, and it was resolved. Ridiculous. They may have forced the sale of a $12 wiper blade, but they lost our business.

The oil change was extremely fast! They also noticed a mistake a previous mechanic made when changing my oil at a different place. They replaced the plug for free and gave me advice on how to replace the pan that was damaged by the other mechanic.Both of the mechanics here were super kind and patient with me. I highly recommend going here for oil changes, especially with how seriously they take safety during this pandemic.

I LOVE the customer service here! Plus, I like staying in my car- and not being forced to discuss a million extra things toadd to my service. Straight forward car care.

Dropped off my car to get the leak fixed/ get an oil change. Figured it would take a couple of hours. (Was willing to wait.) Then realize it’s 6 hours of labor (because no one had mentioned it on the phone.) Also on the day I took my car in, one of the workers said that they wouldn’t touch the car until the day of (which was yesterday) It’s been 2 days now. Haven’t heard anything from them. Won’t be going back to them again.

Absolutely fantastic experience- Elvis took such good care of me- they didn’t have the engine air filter for my car, but he told me if I went next door to the auto parts store and come back with one he would install it for me- very reasonable- full synthetic oil for $62 and I had a $7 off coupon. I will definitely be returning!

Brought car in to switch out dead battery. There was lots of corrosion build up. Jacob kept reporting back to me in the lobby area to give me updates. Elvis had to be called in to assist. Meanwhile, Valerie came in, giving me and my special needs son two bottles of water and apologized profusely for the long wait.Two hours later, the new battery (which I purchased next store at OReillys) was put in. Jacob said its on the house. My jaw dropped. Never have I ever received a free service. Those guys sweated their you-know-whats off cleaning off the corrosion build up.Highly recommend this place.
