They got us right in on a holiday weekend. They were very quick and professional. I watched them clean out built up leaves in the engine area, even though that’s above and beyond what we brought our car in for. I was able to use an online coupon. I’m really happy with my experience with this Jiffy Lube!

We had the best experience ever. Mr Joey was awesome from his customer service to his knowledge for servicing the car was above and beyond. And the car needed rear brake pads, rotors and a caliper. They did it the same day. And even though they ordered the parts it did not take long. And they all work together as a team. Just flawless service. Thank you again.

Been going to this shop for the past 3 years. They’ve been super polite. Then COVID hit and I hadn’t used the car for a Conor month. I just went back because of the batteries problem. Everyone wore mask. They had me sit and wait in my own car while they replaced my batteries. No contact work and I felt quite safe waiting in my own car. Overall, fast, convenient and safe. I will go back here again for future service.

Awesome guys that are very efficient. The manager runs a very tight ship as I have yet to be disappointed by their service over the years. I made the mistake of showing up 10 minutes before close and the guys didnt even flinch or showed any sort of displeasure, I know I might have not done the same :), took care of everything and had me outta there, literally, in a jiffy.

Quick service, but I didnt get my floors clean or some of the other list of tasks that were given to me at checkout.Since this is my first time getting.my car serviced at a Jiffy Lube shop, I am not sure whether all services advertised are provided or not.Despite that the overall experience was pretty good.

They had a good setup to stay safe during covid. You pull up and tell them you need an oil change (without leaving your car). Then they have you pull into a bay and just stay in the car while they do the service. After youre done you just drive out the other side.

*AVOID* Dropped my car off for an oil change. Was done in about 6 minutes. 2 weeks later? $2,500 in damages being repaired because they tightened the engine cap too strong and busted it open. Didn’t bother to tell me until there was engine damage.

They charged me $130 when I asked for an oil change. I said just the oil and they ended up change the oil filter as well and giving me the most expensive oil. Not to mention I was there for no longer than 10 min and they charged me $50 for labor. Place is a joke.

Delali is a great manager, every time I go to jiffy lube he is very welcoming tells me exactly what I needed for my car. I’m never overpriced, it’s better then going to the dealer.

Fantastic service.

Pulled in my car outside the baydoor at Jiffy Lube in Bedford, MA for an oil change. A service worker drove my car into the shop. I went into the office and no one was there. I wanted to know the price of the oil change before anything happens. I waited and next thing I know, someone from the shop came in and brought me in for my info, inputted it into the computer, and go over the cost. The cost was a lot more than I would normally pay at a car dealer. Not what I expected, even with the coupon. I told him that I would go back to my dealer to have it done. He said too late, because they had already drained the oil. I was pretty upset, because they already started without consulting me first. I had no choice, but to get it done and pay for it. The person in charge really didnt give me any option except to pick the oil you like to pay for. Is this a regular routine in all Jiffy Lubes, drain the oil and ask you which oil would like to pay for without first checking with the customer. My first time there and most likely, my last time.

I read all the reviews and was skeptical, but I went there for my first time today. I went during my lunch hour for an oil change, and I was in & out of there within 15 min! Staff were friendly, fast & efficient. T Gomez was the one taking care of me, and he was professional & helpful. Everything was great, I was pleasantly surprised. I will go there again and hopefully will experience the same great service.

It’s a good managed service Jiffy Lube. It’s on a busy street and there are many folks like me who do not have time to schedule an appointment for oil changes, car maintenance or are not mechanically incline. Jiffy Lube satisfies this demographic of busy people. There is up sales but that is something to expect from a walk-in business like Jiffy Lube. One can choose to say no to the air filter or fluid exchange. They are just stating to the customers that these service is there for the customer’s convenience. I understand it’s slightly marked up in price but account the reason you went to the Jiffy Lube in the first place. They do satisfy the busy customer and that walk-in fast service needs to be accounted when you receive that service and parts invoice. The manager “Tyler” and his mechanic crew runs a tight Jiffy Lube business in Bedford and I commend this staff with great customer service with quick oil changes. I will be a regular visiting customer to this Jiffy Lube.

This Jiffy Lube waters down their wiper fluid - every time I get an oil change here, they top off my fluids and their wiper fluid freezes in the lines the next time temps drop below 20F. If I add good wiper fluid, it eventually thaws out, so I know its not something with my car. If thats the kind of corner they cut with the wiper fluid, god knows what other shortcuts they take. Last time Im going to this place.

I went in this afternoon for an oil change, and was pleasantly surprised by how speedy, friendly, and helpful all the guys were! I was done in about 10 minutes, and they even helped me install my new lowbeams for free! Ill definitely come back next time my car needs service. :)

No complaints. The upsell happens as it normally happens in quick maintenance shops, but they were reasonable and the quality is great.

I went to the Bedford location for the 2nd time and enjoyed the same quick, efficient and courteous service that I got the first time. The staff’s professional attitude and the value received exceed expectations.

Busy location on week days at lunch... they do their best to meet their time quota but they often take a little bit longer. They of course try to over sell you on items - but thats the Jiffy Lube way.

I would love to know why the oil was drained out of my car before I was given my options/prices. I would like to have had a choice to take my car elsewhere, but didnt have the choice as there was no longer oil in my car. I was given a discount after speaking to the manager but still paid nearly $100 for a $75 oil change. Pretty sad that they do this to people. Suggestion: Dont drain the oil until you give the customer their options. Its not like I could have driven away and gone anywhere, so I had no choice but to pay.

I was impressed by the professional, courteous staff, and how quickly they were able to complete the service on my vehicle. I will definitely go back, and have already referred two other people.

Brought my car in for an oil change. (Thats all I wanted)They pull in and told me I should to this and that because its requires it including the oil change.So I agree to do what they said I needed to do. The next thing I know, my car is leaking fluid. I had my car for over 3 years, I never had an issue.Brought it there once, now all these issues are occurring literally 2 days after.Brought my car be to check it out, they say they cant do anything about it because the part where they worked on was in the front of the engine not the back part where the fluid is leaking, although its all connected. They didnt mention anything about that, but of course found ways to up sale me.I dont trust this place, you shouldnt either.

I went for a break pad and rotor change. The manager, Delali Dika, was very kind to check the breaks and said that the breaks were fine and no need to be changed or serviced. He helped aligning the break disc protective covers which seem to cause the noise to my break and did not charge me anything. The issue was then solved and I cannot be more thankful to him and his service. This is the place where you can trust and everything was done to ensure customers highest satisfaction. I also did oil change and tire rotation here before and it has also been a fast and of a quality service. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube Bedford to anyone.

Fast, clean, and I had no problem getting service twenty minutes before they closed. The only slight issue was they didnt see me outside the garage bay and I had to go inside to see if anyone was there.

Good for oil change with coupon. Upsell attempts are relentless. Protip - changing engine and cabin air filters yourself is trivial even if like me you are not mechanically inclined.

15 minutes in and out with oil change, carpets vacuumed and tires inflated. Very friendly and fast service all for $52 for high mileage oil change.

If I could give a zero, I would. $65 for a basic oil change. Thats at least $30 too high.

Its a little more expensive than the dealer or your neighborhood shop, but you dont need an appointment, and you are in and out in 20 min or so.

This was a HUGE mistake - they must be under newer management. They are now all about up-selling you. Dont fall for their tricks and in fact dont go here -ever! Your oil change will cost you a week of groceries - AVOID THIS PLACE!
