First time customer. Very friendly, explained that my car takes 0W20 oil (2019 Toyota) and that is a synthetic oil. It is not available in a conventional oil option. While they were servicing my car, I looked up all the info online and they were correct. Very knowledgeable.They may look a little rough around the edges but they know their stuff. No pressure to buy extras, just make you aware what will be due for maintenance coming up soon.

I dont know if there is some corporate pressure for them nowadays but when I went to get a basic oil change, they basically told me I had no choice to go with synthetic because they had no more of the conventional oil. I was a little skeptical of this but thought that I would at least be able to go a little longer without having to get another oil change. Well, surprise! Oil light turned on before 3,000 miles. Seems like they either did a bad job, or just straight up lied to me, putting conventional oil in and charging me for synthetic. Used to come here all the time. Theyve lost my business.

Beware they ripped a wiper blade we had already checked before going In for state inspection. Typical quick lube trying to get the easy up sells when a women comes in alone. There are to many honest shops around to use a shop like this. Beware!!!

Had service over the weekend. Had small bills ($8-10) in car console. When I left there was $2. Not a lot of money but says a lot about the honesty of the staff. When I called to report the issue the employee put me on hold, then came back on trying to use a different voice. I returned to the location to complain. Not even an apology. Will never go back.

Hours are 8-5. I called ahead to have my car inspection for the next day and was told no appointments. They recommended I be there at 8. I got there at 7:55. No one showed up until 8:20. The man inside saw me at that point and ignored me. Kept the doors locked and walked around the garage. He eventually let me in at 8:40. When I asked him about the time he said, “ I was drinking my coffee. People can wait. If they don’t like it to hell with them.” When I said “Wow! That’s terrible service. Who is the manager?” He laughed and said he is. Unreal.

Went in for a oil change. When my car was done my check engine light along with other lights were on that were not on before. I asked the tech gary or garth what was up. He said the lights were on when i brought it in. Which I am sure they were not. And nothing on my paperwork said anything about it. He was very rude about all of it. Also under recommendations he said air filter and cabin air filter but I just changed those myself yesterday. So what did he really do?
