I got my wisdom tooth extracted here and I had an amazing experience!! I have anxiety, was in severe pain, and was really nervous but all staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the time I walked in until I left. The office is very nicely decorated & clean. Mackenzie & April were GREAT!! They were very nice and comforting. Mackenzie reassured me & made me feel at ease the whole procedure, which I really appreciated. The Dr. was very nice and patient with me, he did a great job with the extraction and I’ll definitely be going here from now on & recommend to anyone looking for a dentist! Thank you guys!! 😊

Dr. Gajera is wonderful and his office is filled with wonderful people. From April in the front desk, to his assistant Israel and the manager Rhoda, they are friendly and professional and made me feel at ease about my procedure. The atmosphere is amazing and I just feel like I’m at home when I’m here! They have a play area for kids and the office is really clean. They are very knowledgeable about procedures and they make you feel so comfortable. Love them!!

From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, everyone there was extremely nice. I went in for a consultation with some molar pain. The doctor was very knowledgeable about what was happening to cause the pain and came up with an affordable treatment for me.The entire place was extremely clean and well maintained, with a nice play area for the kids, as well as a little waiting area in the back for whoever is waiting on the person in the chair.

One of the best dentists is DFW! The staff makes you feel completely at ease. They are understanding and listen to your needs and concerns. They make recommendations and suggestions when needed and dont try to push procedures. It is always uncomfortable going to the dentist, but this will never be the case at Omega Dental!

I love my regular dentist, however they are not open Friday or Saturday, I had an emergency come up and saw omega welcomed walk ins ... very clean and staff was friendly, I think I found a place I feel comfortable with should other emergencies arise

My first time I actually enjoined going to the dentist. I’m 23 years old and I have had a bad experience before which had made me very hesitant about going to the dentist. They were able to take care of my root canal the same day. It’s not overly priced and the dentist really listened to all my questions and concerns. Everyone is so nice and easy to talk to made me feel so comfortable I think I found my new dentist and I’ll be bringing my son here. Can’t wait to get the smile of my dreams 💕

Today was my first visit with this dentist. I had to have an extraction. Let me tell you. I have NEVER felt more relaxed, pain free and taken care of as I have at this place. It was magical. I have had nothing but bad dental experiences my entire life. Finally I have found a home (for my teeth) at Omega dental. From Dr. to staff, everyone was kind and professional. Price was definitely fair and every question no matter how small was answered in detail. I love these folks and I’m so grateful for this experience! 👍🏼I waited a while after my appointment to write this review just to feel comfortable with the work and I couldn’t be happier.

I was really surprised they were able to get me in so quick. Usually you call a place and wait for a few days, but this this place was much different. The staff was incredibly friendly and I liked how often they asked me how I was doing during my fillings. They try their best to make you feel comfortable. The part I liked the most was you didn’t feel pressure to get anything done you couldn’t afford or didn’t want to have done that day. 10/10 would recommend.

Being a medical professional for 22 years, I know what its like to be scrutinized about medical and dental care. Omega Dental never came short on the best dental care I could have possible received. My original post was given a 5 star, but due to the lack of work that was actual done, I’ve decided to change my rating to a 2 star. Dr. E is an amazing person and his staff are always helpful, but the work that was done wasn’t worth any of that.I went in right when they had changed management, because I thought it would be better. I went in for my routine cleaning and was told I needed a root canal. I went in several times afterwards and needless to say my root canal is still not done. The tooth is in constant pain, I can no longer eat on that side. I was told after going in on a few different occasions that they would refund me the root canal and had referred me to a different doctor.Well Covid happened and I wasn’t able to get in then life got busy. I was more upset at the fact that it wasn’t done properly and the tooth that they put in is now messed up so I just pretty much deal with the pain now.I paid for more pain in my mouth and a $150 tooth that is worthless.Both my husband and I have decided to go elsewhere to get our dental work done.

Highly disappointed with the service received. I truly miss Dr. Emdin. I waited for over an hour only to be rescheduled for my cleaning at a different date. It appears that this new Dr has an agenda and I will not be sticking around for it.

The best dentist I have been to thus far. I recently, had to get a root canal done I was terrified. I was in soooo much pain I didnt have a choice. From the receptionist, to the nurses, to the dr was wonderful. They cared about me being in pain and not being able to eat. It took about a hour and half for him to do my root canal. I had an infection in my chipped tooth. The pain was excruciating and unbearable. After two days i made an appointment with Omega Dental. I was able to get a same day appointment. I called at about 11:50am. I was able to get an appointment at 1pm the same day.Was given antibiotics for my pain. Im so pleased with Omega Dentals fast service. Recieved my antibiotics for the pain. My tooth feels so much better now.The dentist and staff are very nice. They explain everything clearly.

This was my first time getting dental work in this clinic. I had a dental cavity and was in pain since few weeks.On appointment day walked into the clinic, staffs were friendly and welcoming. I met Dr. Gajera, he was professional and explained me the procedure. Got the numbing shot, didnt even feel it. However, it was too early to judge. I had deep dental cavity, was very worried how it would go.Dr. made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. Done with the filling, must admit went like breeze. After couple of hours sensation was back, my tooth felt great. No pain and no issues like off bite or sharp edges from filling. Everything was done neatly. Now I am enjoying my ice cold water in this summer. I would highly recommend this clinic. And I want to thank Dr. Gajera and his staffs for their service in the middle of this pandemic.🙏

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Brighter Smiles dental starting with a friendly greeting and easy check-in by Rhoda.Cassia, the dental assistant, was friendly, efficient, and thorough while using the state of the art x-ray equipment and intra-oral camera.The office is clean, modern, wonderfully decorated. There are TVs for every dental chair and gaming consoles in the waiting area.Dr.Chris has great chair side manner. I felt we both received a good exam and look forward to having a long dentist-patient relationship in the future.

The wait time was reasonable. The staff was nice. The environment was great. I liked the tv in each patient station. But I think the best thing was the dentist was knowledgeable and was able to help me on an issue that Monarch Dental quotes for 10x more and several visits. Here I got everything taken care of in 1 visit for way less.

I took my little one to get his teeth checked out and the staff and dentist were super nice and very professional. They made my little one feel comfortable. They have a small area for little ones to play with toys and read books. The place appears to be very clean. They have coffee station and offer bottled waters. Definitely going to make this location our primary dental care for our small ones.

Dr. Stapleton is as legit as a dentist can get! I had a meeting in Houston with a big potential client. Having sensitive teeth I rarely get teeth whitening done, but with Dr. Stapleton the process was painless AND he was able to squeeze me in at the last minute!

Dr. E, I drive about 2 hours to my usual dentist office, I was trying to find an establishment that was closer with quality service as well. When I came to your office the woman who cleaned my teeth scrapped my teeth so hard I nearly cried, even after I told her I have sensitive teeth. My gums have never bled that much from being sratched and poked in the process of cleaning ever. Now I understand having an off or a bad day absolutely, I would even understand if my teeth where in such a terrible that there was no way it could have been a pleasant cleaning. Though this was not the case, I would just hate for this to be someones first dental experience because personally I like going to the dentist and have never had a bad experience besides this one. This was my first trip to a dentist in awhile. My teeth are healthy (although I did need a deep clean and a filling), I just tend to avoid dentist in general because many of them are rough on your mouth/teeth with their tools. The owner, Dr. Chris, is an exception to my experiences at dental offices. He was very smooth and methodical in my visit, the experience was painless and enjoyable. Chris is passionate about dentistry and a great conversationalist, who I can tell loves providing insight to his clients to keep their smile healthy. I enjoyed my visit so much that I will be routinely visiting Brighter Smiles for my maintenance dental work, moving forward.His office staff (especially Jacob) is pretty great as well! They explained to me the process and pricing before starting. Chris was amazing throughout the process. I legit couldn’t ask for a better dentist. My son has a totally different dentist but Dr. Emdin asks about him in conversation as well as what I do and my career. Leaving his office is actually dreaded at times because I have such a good time talking with him and Ariel, his dental assistant. An important detail: its black owned! Giving back, philanthropy, is near and dear to Dr. Emdins heart. I am proud to support his business and hope to continue doing so.

BEWARE: Let me start out by saying that it saddens me to put this review out. I really loved Dr. E as a dentist, but his financial practices are crooked. I have sent many emails and had many phone calls with everyone up there. NEVER PAY FOR YOUR SERVICE UP FRONT!! They promise they will bill your insurance & refund you the money. It never happens or doesn’t happen right & they say you are SOL! I referred a friend to them and they jacked her for $900! Myself I will be out the about same amount when all is said and done. They are currently ghosting me and haven’t responded to my last 2 emails because I am getting upset. You would be upset too Dr. E if you were in my shoes! I have had multiple phone calls and emails. They can’t seem to get things right! BEWARE!!! DON’T PAY FOR ANYTHING UPFRONT!!Response: I acquired the COBRA Plan & was PROMISED that you will continue to Bill my insurance & refund my CareCredit. That has been a nightmare since Rhoda left. Also, I did call you and left a voicemail this morning. No one returned my call.Responding again: I have sent 2 more emails and my call has still not been returned. The owner is NOT trying to make things right. His below comment is for show.The truth being that you overcharged me for the braces! You were never going to get that amount from my insurance company! So you got it out of me & said you would refund me with insurance money. You’ve been sending in fraudulent charges to get some of the money back. Now I still have a balanced over $900 left that you can’t and won’t answer for! Just avoiding me like a coward! If you wanna do something, go ahead and bring my CareCredit to a $0 balance and make things right. I won’t even count all the payments I made out of my own pocket toward that balance. I’ll eat that.

Dr. Emdin and his staff are friendly and professional but most important made fun. I enjoyed watching Black Panther during my cleaning. I am definitely a repeat customer and look forward to getting my braces next month!

Dr. Emdin and his staff are beyond friendly and considerate! I went in yesterday because of concerns I had on a few of my teeth and Dr. E. explained very clearly what was going on and how he could fix it. I didn’t feel rushed and he carefully tended to each of my questions (and I had a lot). Cassia even held my hand when I asked because I knew it would help me to relax. I live in East Dallas and the 35-minute drive was more than worth it! I highly recommend Brighter Smiles Dental and Orthodontics!

Dr E and his staff are absolutely amazing. They take time with each pt individually and explain everything. Everyone on the office is very friendly. Office is nice and clean. I could not say enough good things about Dr E and his staff!

This dental office is truly amazing, from the moment I came in it was a warm and welcoming front to back. From their nice sweet receptionist Rhoda to their back staff Ariel. Shout out to Dr. E for being such an amazing doctor for me because I am honestly afraid to go to the dentist, but he definitely changed my mind about that. Definitely recommend that you go and get an appointment there.
