I was a long time patient at another dental practice my dentist retired. I never thought I would find anyone that I could trust with my oral care. I love the care that I got from Emerson Dental Bedford . Peggy did a great job cleaning my teeth . She is very knowledgeable and nice too boot. I would highly recommend them .

It was our first dentist appointment for our 3 year old. Everyone at the Bedford office for Emerson Dental was amazing! I felt super comfortable with all their safety protocols. My daughter was a bit apprehensive and everyone was able to pivot and help her feel so comfortable that by the time we left she cant wait to go again!! Very impressed with Dr. Swee and all the people there.

I thought I chipped my tooth ? I actually broke a very old crown, Emerson Dental made a new crown, did my x Rays and cleaning today ! I couldn’t have been Happier!! Great Team there !!

Utterly disappointed with the cleaning for my daughter. She went in after almost a year due to Covid. I am voiced it and expected that they would do a thorough cleaning. We were out in 10 minutes. I mentioned how quick the cleaning was and they said that everything looked great. How great can a 10 minute cleaning be for an 11 year old without flossing. I called my dentist and asked about how long does a general kid cleaning take and I was told 45 minutes. Don’t recommend Emerson for their hygienists.I cannot ignore the fact that the staff was very pleasant and followed all the protocols related to Covid.

I could not be happier with everyone at Emerson Dental . Our whole family goes there and loves it . I use to have extreme anxiety ( trying to prevent that with my children ) about going to the dentist. It is so much better after going there . I would seriously drive 2hrs to go there If I had to .

Was a bit nervous bringing my daughter back for the first time in a year, since COVID. I was happily surprised by their protocols. Called from parking lot, saw the doctor himself sanitize the door handles, was met at the door (locked to general public), escorted to the lobby where our temps were taken by a touch-less forehead thermometer, followed by a spray hand sanitizer. Then the fully geared up (mask, shield, gown, hair cover and gloves) doctor greeted us in the lobby abs escorted us back to the room. We had the whole place to ourselves. No other patients. As always, Dr Swee and his staff were polite, professional and personable. Highly recommend! 🦷

I finally found a dentist I’m actually happy to see!I haven’t had the best experience with dentists in the past and I generally dread going to dentist even when I know I have to.After this visit I actually left the office feeling great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the office was well-curated, and Dr.Greg was professional, thorough, and reassuring!The office itself was extremely pleasant to be in. It’s obvious they took the time to great a pleasant and calming environment, complete with fish tanks and modern looking light fixtures.All the equipment looked brand new and the rooms were clean and sterile. Very happy to have found my new go-to dentist!

I have visited Emerson Dental twice now, and have had by far the best dental experience ever here! The front desk was efficient and welcoming in scheduling my appointments. My hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and kind in explaining my teeth, how they work, and what I can do to improve my dental health. When Dr. Wu came to examine my teeth, he gave me plenty of options as to how we can treat an issue that I have been having, and explained each option so clearly, without pushing me in any direction. I feel so comfortable at Emerson Dental and I look forward to continuing my dental care with Dr. Wu and his amazing practice! (Also, I must add that every inch of this facility is state of the art, clean, and extremely comfortable to be in.)

The nicest dentist office I have ever been to! Great service and kind staff.I visited Dr. Greg’s office when my crown came out for the second time (crown was made at a different dentist). He took one look at it and knew that the original crown was poorly designed and knew how to make the fix. The whole experience was quick and painless.The office had brand new equipment and the most up-to-date high-end tools. Loved all the office decor and calming/distracting fish tanks!Great experience overall!

Its always so wonderful to meet people who care about you. Emerson staff is very patient and helpful. You wont be disappointed take it from someone who has trust issues.

The Emerson dental team is friendly and very efficient. You are in and out swiftly. The dental work is also top notch. The new office space is great and the fish tank is a nice bonus to stare at while waiting. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Bedford location is beautiful! Office staff wonderful. Kiley is a great hygenist. Dr Kwon is very patient and gentle - I no longer have any anxiety about going to the dentist!! My kids and husband all love coming here as well

I’m actually a dentist from San Diego and when I was traveling, I broke a back tooth and needed a crown done the same day. After a quick search I found Dr. Wu and he fixed my tooth with a permanent crown within a couple of hours. Excellent service with top of the line equipment and amazingly efficient! I’m glad he’s on the opposite coast of my practice because I wouldn’t want to compete with him! :)

I switched to the Emerson Dental located in Bedford because it was closer to home. The office is new, bright, modern, and clean. Dr. Wu was very nice and explained everything while he was filling my cavity. I highly recommend this office.

It was the first time I had botox done. Dr. wu walked me through the procedure and most importantly followed up to see how I was doing. Dr. Wu made me feel at ease. He and his staff really care about how a client looks and feels, while giving his best recommendation - and doesnt let you go overboard or be too aggressive for your treatment. I wouldnt go anywhere else but Dr. Wu. Everyone tells me that I look years younger while maintaining my natural smile and expressions.

Dr. Kwon is very professional and kind. The clinic is very spacious and there were fishtanks just next to the patients bed which makes it very relaxing. five stars!!!!

I had such a great experience here. Dr. Wu and Peggi were friendly and just amazing. They took the time to explain what was going on and asked me what I WANTED. They listened and gave me options. The Bedford location is breathtaking (keanu reeves voice). The second you walk in you know that this isnt your grandparents dental office. High end and high tech all the way, and dont even get me started on the exotic fish tanks. I wanted a few more cosmetic procedures and the great part is that they offered the latest and greatest but they also made sure my mouth was healthy. 10/10 would reccomend !
