Some of the nicest group of ladies. My fear of the dentist has kept me away, but they have really taken great care of me. I look forward to Aspen being my family dentist through the years to come.

The Bedford Aspen Dental staff are kind, efficient and gentle. Several local dentists were booking out six months, Aspen was able to get us in within two weeks. They are very accommodating. As a lifelong sufferer of dental issues, they were able to solve issues that no other dentists were able to. Thank you for helping our family, we appreciate everything!

The administration is horrible! They quote you at one price and when you come back for your service, they charge you a much higher price. There is no communication. They are worse than a Used Car Sales Man. Very pushy. I regret getting any of my work done here.

I tried to call to speak to the office & get directions & get a price on an extraction. I clearly got a call center at 3:15 on a Wednesday. I asked for location & their information wasnt updated so many things she brought up havent been there forever & she listed wrong malls to where they are. Example, Walmart is no longer in Bedford. So much for getting a person who actually works there.

Had a dental emergency, and after fighting a phobia of dentists, the entire staff at Aspen Dental in Bedford NH saved the day for me. I had 3 visits in 2 days during school vacation when they are busy. I know I will be back, and I encourage others to give them a try.

A very pleasant visit. I was a1st time patient. The office was immaculate. Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgable.

This Aspen (like many of the others) is absolutely the worst dentist I’ve had the displeasure of associating with. I’ve been heavily scarred here, as the doctors and assistants are incredibly rude and Dis-helpful. They give no adherence to people with gag reflex problems, and anxiety. I’ve been told I was “wrong” and “needed to sit still” while they were incredibly rough with me. They blamed me for their inability to take x-rays, of which I was charged a horrible amount. If I could give negative star review I would. I went to a dental office in New Boston today and the difference is between night and day. I’d rather my teeth rot out than go back to that hole.

Aspen offers an excellent resource for anyone in need of emergency dental attention. We set up a plan of action, including x-rays and consult with the Dr. The cleaning was thorough and well done. I experienced no discomfort either. I will be reviewing the plan of action with questions, and the office has been very accommodating and helpful in assisting me to obtain the services I am seeking.

If I could give this negative stars I would. My first initial appointment was fine, had to set up oral surgery, while in the office I was told after insurance my bill would be $800. For three weeks I had to chase them down and repeatedly email them for info about the appointment time for the date they told me. After the 3 weeks I finally got a call, they changed my price to an estimate of $2,000 and I was pushed off the schedule for the day first decided on, and was told I needed to move to another location. I will not be back here for anything but a copy of my x-rays. Pitiful.

Go elsewhere. Told me my smile was unflattering in an attempt to sell me on invisible braces. I left with the same problem I walked in with.Absolute money grubbing jerks.

Aspen dental is taking advantage of there customers pain by running ex rays charging almost 141 dollars just to see them. The office manager wouldnt take my insurance for stuff they advertise for online . She just wanted cash .

The dentist at this location are honest, helpful and willing to explain and talk through any dental situation you may have going on! The whole staff was super friendly and helpful when I had to have my 2 year old in with me while getting a procedure done. So thankful for all the people that work at this location!

Very disorganized. Wanted to get teeth whitening done. They told me they had to reschedule my appointment after I got time off work. Then for my cleaning I told them I would be late because of having the time changed only to say when I arrived they had to reschedule because there was not enough time. And then telling me the day of my whitening Id have to reschedule that too because I need the cleaning first. Im just going to go somewhere else.

I cant think of the last time I had a better experience with any health care provider. Im so glad I have finally found a permanent dental office I feel good about.

I loved my visit, and I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. However the prices were too high, and I wish they had of been able to work a payment arrangement out with me. I received a free dental exam and x-rays, however the quote for future work (due to one issue with one tooth) was over $3,000. Its the first place Ive been to, and am hoping I can find a more reasonable price (for my fixed income). If your main concern is having friendly and compassionate staff then this is the place for you. My wallet just couldnt afford it.

Aspen Dental is amazing. I cracked my tooth and needed emergency dental service. When no one else excepted my Insurance Aspen did. The receptionist Anthony was awesome with explaining what to expect during my first visit. Anthony as well as the rest of the team are very friendly, professional, and caring. Yesterday 4/27/16 was my first visit to Aspen. My visit was for a package on dentures and teeth extraction. The receptionist was so pleasant and sweet. I got x-rays done by Kelsey (she was fantastic!!) I hate doing x-rays and she was very calming and understanding.The Dr. Manjari Was very nice also. Very gentle and had a very kind demeanor about her. The Dr. And Kelsey explained thoroughly the process of dentures and my extractions. They are very knowledgeable and friendly which made me even more excited about smiling again.I then met with the girl who goes over the finance part of everything and she was also very sweet.I would definitely recommend Aspen in Bedford to anyone!! They all exceeded my expectations especially Kelsey!!!!

I cant believe the excellent care and service I had received at this office. I had lost my tooth due to periodontal disease. I was seen and cared for promptly. Everything happened so fast. The people at this practice are amazing and made me feel so comfortable through the entire process. I am so grateful for them helping me and giving me the opportunity to smile confidently again. They have changed my life and helped me feel beautiful. I cant even begin to express how happy and just all around wonderful theyve made me feel. I was very anxious when I first entered the office, but the staff was very friendly and professional. I was treated with kindness and respect. Everything that was done or would be done was explained to me. At the end, the treatment was also explained as well as the costs. I was very pleased.

I went in to Aspen Dental yesterday for a consultation about my wisdom teeth that had just broken the surface of my gums. Upon arrival, an extremely pleasant assistant brought me in for x-rays. Within a half an hour, the clinic had set me up for a full cleaning and wisdom tooth removal. The staff was kind, professional, quick, and caring. They really made an exceptionally unpleasant procedure bearable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Bedford Aspen Dental office. I had bonding and two veneers that were more than 20 years old and had become discolored. They created a great plan for me that moved very quickly! Happy to report I just finished replacing the old bonding and dull veneers and I love my smile again. I was thrilled to learn that work that was done at the Manchester office I was unhappy with will be corrected at no expense.

I recently moved to NH and found Aspen dental took my insurance. I scheduled an appointment online very easily and went to the appointment for a check up. The staff was friendly and had me fill out the new customer forms before taking me for X-rays. I then was brought into an exam room and met their dental hygienist who did a exam of my gums and said I had gingivitis. I then met the doctor who said I had eight cavities. Now I started to second guess things from here.. They never did a cleaning and then brought me to their office manager to discuss payment options for my next 5 visits! The next one is for a cleaning then 4 more for the cavities. The cost of this is $775 after insurance.I went to another dentist for a second opinion. No cavities. No gingivitis.Aspen dental is there just for the profit and not to take care of your health. Look elsewhere for a dentist that helps its patients.

I went to this office a few years ago and hated it. I recently decided to give it another try and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly, nice and did a great job. Ask for Marissa to by your hygienist she is awesome!

Went through the whole nine yards for them to tell me it would cost me $2886. Who the hell has that kind of money and they dont offer payments. Plus, they dont accept Medicaid, so therefore, I had to go to a dentist that did. Not impressed.

I was a new patient who thought I broke a tooth. They got me in right away. Actually my cap had come off and they glued it back on. They took all the precautions these times call for. Very professional and friendly staff and dentist.

I wish I could give zero stars. This company is a bunch of scammers. Beware. They give you procedures that you do not need and try to get out of pocket money from you even though you are covered 100% by insurance. Never pay them until you talk to your insurance company. And know your coverage so you can say no to all the extras they want to do.

Aspen Dental is a dental mill. All they want to do is part money from your wallet. I was told I needed deep cleaning for excessive gum pocket measurments. I asked if I could give it six months of really being diligent at cleaning/flossing. The dentist said no, she wouldnt even allow me to schedule a cleaning in six months without treatment. I did what I promised myself and really worked hard at good dental health for the next six months. I scheduled with a new dentist and they rave at my dental hygiene never mentinoning deep cleaning.

My visits to Aspen Dental have always been a good experience. They have never failed me. i do want to mention Jessica an assistant, she has been there for me since my first visit. Jessica is a great asset for Aspen Dental.

Unlike past visits this one went smoothly. There were no questions on the cost of services nor unexpected services requested. The office staff was pleasant and considerate.

The staff were ok. The hygienist just wanted to sell me expensive products. I felt as if it were an assembly line rather than a caring facility,,, I mean they are doctors right? Have they not heard of warm and friendly bedside manner? The receptionist stared at me on my checkout, and seemed to have trouble finding my insurance information, so she basically cornered me to get my social security number, ( I will definitely be checking my credit report for any potential new charges). On checkout I asked if they see children and I was given weird looks,, and they needed to confirm that my children behave themselves before they would see them. They even checked with the doctor and she stated that she was not comfortable seeing a two year old.Last I checked most two year olds have teeth, and this dentist is not comfortable with checking childrens teeth? Then what is she doing being a dentist. Too commercialized for me, no friendly family atmosphere. I will be finding somewhere else to go.

I went to Aspen to have a crown made. It has been a few years now. At the time the dentist said he would adjust the size to improve my bite. He did not. I am now going to another dentist. When she saw the work he did, she just shook her head. I now have a big line around the crown where it was not fitted properly.

Everyone in aspen dental was great! The staff was super nice. I worked with jessica first hand throughout my experience she was very informative and made me at ease because no one like going to the dentist! (: at the end i sat with tracy and made future appointments i will definitely be returning to aspen dental and referring you guys to all my friends and family! Thank you.

I had an emergency need for an extraction. The procedure could have complicated other medical issues I was having at the time. Dr. Rajavelu and all the others in the Aspen Dental office that day were helpful, professional, and very supportive of my situation. The extraction went well, and I experienced no complicating difficulties.

They were very gentle to me knowing I was in a lot of pain. Which was a major plus in my book.

Everyone here was knowledgeable and very, very helpful. I was very impressed with my first visit.

I intially came here because of a bad toothache and they were the only dental office that could take me on such short notice. Ive only moved to New England recently from California so I didnt have a regular dentist at the time. The staff were all very helpful and made things easy for me. I knew I would need a good deal of work done on my teeth and they got me going quickly with a treatment plan I was satisfied with. The doctor was very good at explaining to me what I needed and how we should approach the work that needed to be done. The assistants Eileen and Sheila were great and the hygienist Marissa who did my cleaning did an excellent job. My girlfriend saw the work they did and is considering coming here too.

This place is an absolute joke and a nightmare I went there for the 1st time today because my son accidentally cracked my tooth and I needed to get it fixed. When I got there I had to fill out a new customer forms in the receptionist was very nice I felt comfortable at 1st but nervous about what was going to happen afterwards. Then I was taken in to have my x-rays done which was very uncomfortable but the girl was really nice that did my x-rays. After that I was brought back into the room where the dental hygienist looked at my teeth and let me know that my teeth look good and that they would be doing a light cleaning. When the dentist came in all of That all changed she looked at my x-rays and began telling me that my teeth were in bed shape and that I needed several teeth to be removed I needed root canals and all other kinds of unnecessary work then she brought me out to their office manager who then told me that my procedures were gonna cost well over $10000 that they would help me out by starting with one problem at a time and the 1st problem for my cracked tooth would be $775... they are SCAM ARTISTS and scumbag. They DO NOT care about the patients!!! The dentist is an in compassionate scumbag!!! RUN!!! DO NOT go to aspen dental in Bedford nh!!!! I would be getting another opinion from a different dentist tomorrow a real dentist that actually cares about its patients, and doesnt just want to rob them blind!!! To hell with aspen dental!

I just saw a commercial for Aspen Dental and thought it would be good to post my review. I went to them back in 2010 and they did xrays and told me they were really no teeth left to save & I needed full dentures. I started crying (I was 39 at the time) I went home and decided to get a 2nd opinion. I went to a peridontist about 1/2 mile from the Aspen Dental office and I told them they said I need full dentures. He said that was ridiculous and started with a series of deep cleanings. Well here it is 2019 and since that time I have had to have 5 total teeth removed but now I have a PARTIAL dental and still have a total of 24 of my own teeth. GOD!!! Makes me so angry .. I CRINGE when I think what would have happened had I listened to them. Do NOT go to Aspen Dental in Bedford .. they will lie to try and try to extract the most money out of you. I am so glad they didnt get one red cent of my money (said it would cost almost $10,000) Rip off, scam artists .. how can they live with themselves. So, so glad I never listened to them. If you go there and get a similar diagnosis please PLEASE I implore you, get a 2nd opinion. Trust me 9 years down the road you will thank me.

I went to get an extraction and the staff was really kind!! They treated me with care amd respect and believe it or not but i did not feel absolutely no Pain at all!! I highly Recomend Aspen Dental anytime!

Expect 20 - 40 min wait even if you have an appointment! I dont know how their dental care is because I didnt really stick around long enough to find out. Scheduled an appointment for right when they open and ended up waiting around for 15 mins before I saw anybody, 20 mins past my appointment time till they took me. Second appointment, scheduled for 5 pm, was the only person there. Two people came in after me and were taken first. I walked out after waiting 35 mins past my appointment time. Never going back!

It was Fantastic every thing done in one visit! All the staff are extremely friendly and helpfull!

I called Aspen Dental to see if there was an opening for an oral surgery to get two of my impacted wisdom teeth extracted. I was told there would be someone either there or in Manchester to remove those teeth by the end of the month when I was going to be moving. When I arrived ingot x-rays and was informed that there wasnt going to be any surgeons until halfway through the next month. I then waited an hour and a half for the doctor to come in to just look at my wisdom teeth to give me a referral. During this time I watched her go to two other patients that came in after me. When I saw her go to see the second of the two I grabbed my things and left. The kind women at the front desk were shocked that I was still there. I read alot of other reviews on this same doctor while I was waiting for her to come in the room and they were not good. Im definitely not a happy customer.

I went to Aspen dental with an absess in my mouth and pain from a wisdom tooth arriving. The employees and doctor were very nice and accommodating, but I the information I received about the absess was confusing.The referral I received was also confusing.Im going again for an exam and cleaning and hopefully I am not so anxious that I forget to ask the right questions about what is going on with my dental health.

I had gone to aspen dental for a year or so. The office workers were wonderful, everyone who helped me out was fabulous. I had gotten a root canal back a few years ago from a doctor whom i cant remember his name but he would only be around once a month or so. He was fantastic and to this day my cap is still intact.But there is one doctor whom i can no longer remember her name but i remember she was an indian woman. She was very kind and sweet but her dental job? Terrible! she was my primary dentist whom took care of my teeth each visit. She was good at cleaning but any experience where she had to fix teeth? She hadnt a clue.When she had put the numbing shots into my gums, she numbed my neck and everything but the tooth that needed it. She filled a tooth terribly, two months later? Completely fell off and the pain was excrutiating.She had extracted a tooth, was having a drill fest on it, my tongue was numb and a bit of my tooth which i could still feel pain. once the anesthetic wore off, my tongue was in terrible pain, i look in the mirror to see what happened and this woman cut chunk of my tongue! She couldnt even tell me which if she did i wouldnt have been so angry. I had taken a picture of it to show others.my experiences with her were not at all pleasant and truely if you decide to go to aspen, please save yourself the pain and do not have that woman work on your teeth. I will not be going back to this place and will not recommend it to anyone.

I havent had an extraction in a very long time and was dreading going, but with the pain I had, I knew I had to. Well, Im still in shock because the whole procedure was pain free and oh so quick. Dr. Rajavelu was outstanding. She REALLY listened to my concerns and did what was best for me. I cant stress enough what this meant to me. She has spoiled me and now do not want anyone else. Ill be more confident to return to do whatever else needs to be done for my oral health. Thanks to all in the Bedford Office for making this a positive outcome.

They dont take care of billing, ask you for unnecessary treatment and dont listen to patients

They are only after money. Went in for my first exam and the wanted me to pay for all the following appointments on the spot in advance. They started getting real pushy and rude when I refused.

I had my first visit this past Saturday, and it was a great experience. I had called earlier in the week and they got me right in. It is extremely helpful that they have Saturday appts as my work schedule can be difficult to work around. They really took their time with x rays, and thoroughly explained the findings which was great since it has been many years since my last exam. I met with the dental hygenist and the dentist who both explained my options and their recommended plan of care. I then met with the office manager who helped me coordinate my next visits so that it benefited my scheduling and financial needs. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Bedford to everyone.
